Hi guys welcome back to my job hi guys welcome back to my channel today, I'm finally doing an updated, haircare, routine and I'll be sharing with you tips and tricks that help my hair feel healthy and grow faster and just like shine, baby shine. This is definitely something that I am very particular about. My hair. I'Ve been making sure to keep it healthy sense forever. This is my claim to fame, so I'm gon na share all my secrets with you, and I want to start by answering a few questions that I get really often on my Instagram and the number one question is, if I color it so this is my natural Color, the only thing that I did was putting highlights and that's something that I did recently. I only did highlights two times in my whole life and the first time was about like four years ago, when ombre or balayage or whatever was like super happening. So I got that done. I only did it at the ends and then I did another round of highlight four months ago. Otherwise I don't color my hair, I've, never like actually put color from here to there. I had even a few really lucrative modeling jobs that required me to dye my hair, and I said no, I don't know what it is about my hair, but this is my superpower and I ain't ruining it for money. I got morals. Okay, I got skander's and more, I got morals, no great calculator. So that's what I do. My hair naturally gets lighter from the Sun. So, every time on the way or if you see on my Instagram sometimes it looks lighter it's usually when there's Sun it like changes its color really fast and in the winter it gets darker. I wash it about once to twice a week. I don't like washing my hair. I think that it actually ruins your hair, it strips away the oils that make sure that it's protected and luscious and healthy. If you have super oily hair, I understand that you have to wash it more often, but for me it works when I do get oily your hair I'll use dry shampoo. I try not to use it too much, because I don't want to create a buildup, but when I really need to or even create a texture, because sometimes my hair is like super flat. I'Ll use. My dry, shampoo and I'm gon na bring show you which one since I got introduced to this product chlorine, I haven't used anything else. I tried a few other ones that like companies sent to me and like no way it's not worth it. This is literally the best ration poo I've ever tried in my life and I'm not even exaggerating it has oat milk and it has a natural shade that I really like, and it's paraben free, that's good. I find this either at Sephora or at our local drugstore. They sell that too, and I have this like discount card, where, on Thursdays I get like 20 % off. I think it's like a senior discount or number, I'm not sure why I have it, but I use it and I'll go and I just grab like 10 cans. They think I'm weird, but as long as my hair is happy getting into the shampoos and conditioners that I use, I can't say that I have like one that I'm very particular about and me to make sure that I have at all times. I do try different ones. I tried a few natural ones. I noticed that I don't like anything that feels too fake. It'S like smells really strongly like Victoria's Secret stores. I can't it actually makes me want to like vomit, and I'm also not big into like getting the super expensive shampoos and conditioners, because I just don't get it you wash it off there. I don't get it. I found this to be my kind of perfect middle. Where it is a clean, shampoo and it's very affordable, I actually get it at Walmart and this is by a company called lift clean. I use right now the air gun oil, restorative shampoo and extra body condition, and this has bite and then there's one for color. There'S one for like thin hair for volume check it out. They really have a lot of it and it's 90 % planet ingredients and eco-friendly. It has Moroccan oil in it. That'S good stuff, there's no silicone in it, so I'm really loving their line of products, and I've noticed that I actually been using it for the past like a year, at least so, if you guys are looking for a cleaner, shampoo and conditioner definitely check this out. I actually bought it by mistake. I think that my bumble shampoo is like was finished and I went to Walmart to buy something for the kids and then I just saw this and I just grabbed it so but yeh fine. Then I have one mask that I've been using for probably five years and that's kind of a gem that I found at Whole Foods - and this is by John masters organics. This is a lavender and avocado intensive conditioner. This is something that I only use, probably about. Maybe twice a month or when I feel like my hair really needs some lovin. So I use this instead of my regular conditioner I'll wash my hair with the shampoo and then I'll put this on and I'll do other stuff. While this kind of soaks into my hair - and I would leave it about for three to five minutes and it really moisturizes and hydrates the hair - I love how my hair feels after it. So I actually recommended this in my previous video, and this is definitely still my staple for haircare once I'm out of the shower. If I do this intense, like conditioner mask, I won't put any oils on it, but usually I do like to hydrate my hair. A little bit I've been using way, hair oil for a while as well. This is actually something I got that last year and I still have quite a bit of it. You literally need like half a pump, and I just spread it into my hair, especially on the ends to make sure they're taking care of yeah it kind of does its trick. This is definitely my favorite product from her line. So I recommend you guys if you ever thought about purchasing this check it out, it's pretty good, a new product that I've tried and I I actually got the travel size. I take it with me when I travel. This is from Rio, Gio Biagio. I'Ve seen it getting a lot of spotlight actually with a lot of influencers recently, so I decided to kind of try it out, and this is the recycled milk, and this is a leave-in conditioning spray. I just kind of spray it over my hair again focusing on the ends and that's it and then I kind of let my hair dry. I don't blow drying my hair. I try to avoid using Hot Tools as much as possible. Sometimes you need. You know a little fix here and there and that's fine, but when I do use Hot Tools, I try to use this serum, and this is just a UV protecting thermal serum. You don't necessarily need to try. I don't feel like this is something that other ones won't give you just fine, a serum or some spray that you can put on your hair before you put any Hot Tools to make sure that it's protected and won't burn, and you won't have like that. Electrified. Look on your ends and in general, okay, so this is basically all I do for my hair. The other thing that I did yesterday because my face felt so dry with the weather. Now it's getting so cold and dry and and my hair also felt very abandoned. I decided to do a coconut oil mask. I haven't done one in a long time, but wintertime is perfect time to really try to get as much as you can from the products. So I just grabbed this jar that I use for cooking and for baking and for skincare and my kids use it as their body lotion. I use it for everything, that's why I go to like Costco and buy those big jars. I just spread it all over. My roots and then all over my hair, I put so much, and then I wrapped it with this kind of towel where it's it becomes a turban. This is a great one. I the best purchase ever any think it was like two dollars or something I just slept with it overnight. The one thing that I did was probably going a little too crazy with the coconut oil because it melted and then I had like it was kind of dripping everywhere. Gary came home last night and he's like. Are you sweating? It'S like no. This is my beauty routine. You can thank me later when I dazzle you with my shiny hair. It really worked. I feel like today, my hair. I can't stop touching it, it's so soft and it has much more shine than yesterday. Look how shiny dit. This is just such a simple mask. You don't have to go and buy any special ones from any brands. Go get some good organic extra virgin, coconut oil, put it on your head and go to sleep. The one thing that I did was to wash my hair twice with shampoo, just to make sure that all the oils are out, and then I just use regular conditioner and that definitely during the winter I'll use the coconut oil much more often than during the summer. So these are all the products that I use from a hair externally, externally, externally, and now I'm going to show you the things that I take any supplements that I truly feel make a huge difference when it comes to my hair and my skin, but focusing on Hair, so the first one is the one that I keep on preaching and sharing with you all the time on my Instagram and my other nutrition videos - and this is the cod liver oil. You don't have to take a cod, liver oil, but in general, fish oil is so beneficial not only for your hair, but really for your brain and it just like to keep a balance and good function for your body. But if that's not a good enough reason for you to get used to the yaki taste, it's gon na make your hair look gorgeous. So it's worth it is the cod liver oil just because it has a naturally occurring vitamin B, which I really need, especially living in a cold country. If you are from Netherlands or Sweden or anything if you're from any cold country, I'm sure in your child hood. Your parents made you take this or your parents. Parents made then take this. It'S a very known supplement that will benefit you and make sure you are healthy. This is some Carlson. I'Ve been using this brand for cents. I start taking fish oil. I love it. So the EPA and DHA, and the vitamin D here does really magic to my hair and my overall health. The next thing that I do is the collagen. Also, I've been showing it to you for a while in different videos of mine, and this is from Great Lakes gelatin. I'M gon na link all these products in the description. This is something that I started taking for my joints, but I found that it actually. That'S amazing, thanks to my skin and my hair, it has a natural amino acid that really helps with not only skin health, but also with hair growth. So this is definitely something that I recommend for you guys to start taking. I put it in my smoothies and my teas and whatever I can put it in, I just do it has no flavor, so you don't even notice that it's there I take about two tablespoons a day. That'S it. This is all my magic tricks and hacks and supplements that I use you know what I really like to find things that work for me. I don't care about brands or how expensive it is if it works. I'M sticking to it, I'm a very loyal customer. So if you have a great product, I'm yours for life or until the next best product comes along. I hope you guys got all the information you wanted. Please let me know if you have any other questions, I'm gon na answer them in the comments. Okay, now go and make your hair shine: coconut oil! Oh! Thank you! So much thanks for watching and I will see you guys back.

Siena Roma: It’d be great if you did a ‘30 things I learned at 30’, once you turned 30. I think you’ve got such an inspiring take on life!

abby rose: - get a hair cut when you start seeing split ends - try massaging castor oil/coconut oil onto roots and ends every 2-3 days - no heat - no hair dye - only wash when feels oily/dirty - silk pillowcase - use Nexxus shampoo & conditioner - use shampoo brush - use old t shirt/microfiber towel to dry hair after shower (gentler than regular towels) - brush from ends to roots, not roots to ends (unnecessary stress on roots) - gentle hair ties & hairbrush (scrunchies & Wet brush) - stay hydrated & eat healthy - take biotin supplement daily

Felicia Carmen: "no Gary this is my beauty routine. You can thank me later" I died hahaha love you Valeria ❤️❤️❤️

GintareMellupe: I was exactly the same with my natural hair colour until I had hit 30 and started to get grey hairs ‍♀️ I remember I was so upset about having to colour it and now it’s been couple of years since and I still hate it, but hey! can’t do anything about getting old just enjoy every day love your videos, Valeria! You’re such a positive person and I’m very happy that I’ve came across your channel ❤️

Sarah Gerard: Yay! Finally! My favorite thing about your channel is that you haven’t compromised yourself as you gain more followers. You are still the same beautiful person (inside and out) that I subscribed to at the beginning. Thank you for being so genuine! You are such an inspiration! ❤️ ~Sarah

Adriana G: I’m having some really important exams this year and my hair is falling like crazy and breaking because of the stress and I was thinking about cutting it short but I’m definitely goint to try these tips and products before taking that step, so thanks a lot! This video is exactly what I needed haha. Also, how are you always so pretty?? I love your minimal make up, it looks amazing!!

Pamela Aceituno: For anyone wondering, the live clean shampoo and conditioner she uses are cruelty-free!

Stavroula Nikolaou: These products changed your life but you changed mine❤️I discovered you almost a year ago and you have inspired me in so many ways. From style and skincare to dedication.

CandidCrayon: I’m so happy I found your channel! It’s hard to relate to a lot of beauty bloggers and especially when they’re using products that would make me go broke, I really appreciate you being so real

Qurious Qat: Just started with my "own" hair care routine today. Just on time. Thank you for your tipsreally needed it

Iba: Definitely going to try my best and integrate these into my hair care routine! Thanks a lot for making such a helpful video! Love you!! ❤️

hownaice: I love how you make jokes and don't take yourself too seriously. Your channel is perfecttt for me. I haven't been using heat in my hair for a long time and I see such a difference in my hair. I used to not be able to wear it natural because it would frizz up naturally but now I get really beautiful waves and I loveee it

Simona Taseva: You’re so inspirational! I’m learning how to love myself because of you ❤️❤️❤️

Tsveta Grozeva: The exact video I needed...from about a month my hair looks so bad and now I know what I have to do. Thank you! ❤️

alexandralukas: Thank you for sharing these tips! I use some of the listed products too and I totally agree with all you said:) But I actually have a question about collagen - how old were you when you started to take it? Can it be too early for start to add it to your diet? Google says different things about that:)

Josefine Öijer: YES! FINALLY! :D You have the most gorgeous hair Valeria!

Anyra Rahman: This is what I have: Cut your hair just half an inch when you have split ends. Apply coconut oil for two hours before shampooing, once a week. Wash every three days. This is the perfect balance for most types of hair. If coconut oil gives you a runny nose and headache, just add drops of it in your palm before applying the shampoo. :D FINALLY. Comb it all the time. Yes, never use a brush. Use a simple comb that is kinda wide toothed but not too much. Comb it all the time, like three times a day.

Amelia Byrd: Thank you so much for all these tips! I'm actually going to purchase every single product you recommended because I would love to try out your hair care routine. I'll let you know how it works for me, I'm excited to see a difference! This is my first video I've watched of yours and I'm in love with your channel now. Your videos are great!

Emily: You are an angel Valeria! Love seeing your face more often lately Keep doing what you do! I learn something from every single one of your videos ❤️️

ShanDomi: Hi Valeria! Your hair is so pretty! I also love the length of your hair as well! I agree with totally that coconut oil is the number one key to have healthy shiny hair. It is also excellent for hair growth as well.

Barbie Lee: I just had my hair colored and looking for a good hair care routine to prolong the colour of it. Thank you valeria:)

Tania Arangoitia Marina: I ordered cod liver oil and collagen that you recomended, and I got it today! some time that I amlooking for some suplements that helps my overall health and I think this two gems are such a great option, and if it helps also my skin and hair, I'm more than happy!! Thanks for sharing your tips, Valeria! Kisses from Germany :-* <3

Darkhorse3211: Just to note: in my area (Canada), they make cod liver oil capsules---we use them in some horses's feed to give them a shiny coat :D Might be worth looking into --they may have it in your area. :)

Amel BHS: I use the coconut oil mask too! A good tip is when you get in the shower , put shampoo on and massage your scalp before you wet your hair down! That way you won't have to wash it twice , it's unhealthy! Love you xx

Audrey Luttrell: Everytime I put my ZALAs in, I swear I am a different person. Thank you for the confidence boost ZALA!! You make me feel like a queeeen

Bia: Thank you for sharing your tips Valeria! ❤ My hair color is natural as well but lately I've been getting a lot of white hairs and I'm not sure what to do about it because I don't want to dye my hair but at the same time I feel like I want to cover them somehow.

Hannah Williams: Love your videos, I am so inspired by you! You're such an amazing mama I hope I can be just as good as you one day ❤️

Ezra Needles: Your tips made my hair grow longer Much love Valeria <33

SoniaVerardo BeautyBlog: You have gorgeous hair! I agree about Klorane dry shampoo, it really is the best. I like the one with avene (oats) as it's very gentle. Also, coconut oil maks are amazing for long, healthy and shiny hair. This "treatment" helped my hair stay in good condition after giving birth. I only wish I kept my natural hair colour, as colouring surely damages it! xo from Italy

Alex S: Very useful, high five! Another clue for those that suffer from hair loss - it could be your iron levels, I've recently discovered I am deficient and am now excited to see if supplementation helps. Valeria, since you're a nutritionist - I'd welcome any recommendations for iron supplements xx

Ir Kor: I love the highlights you have, I was trying to copy it on my hair but I tried some natural things like vinegar, lemon, cinnamon, they also work but very gently :) Thanks for video lovely Valeeeria <3

AC DC: you got it girl. I used to dye My hair, ended up ruining them so badly I had to cut it off and it was also falling out.

Pinja Pekkarinen: Your hair looks amazing !! I am currently growing my own hair color out because of how damaged the dyed part is. I started to dye my hair when I was 11 so I just want to let my hair to be for a while if not stop dyeing it completely.

Helena Mondragon: I so needed this video, because you seriously have the most beautiful hair out there on youtube! Love your videos Valeria!

Natural Beauty: Husband: "Are You sweating??" Valeria: "No, this is my Beauty routine! You can thank me later." Hahaha I just love You! So funny and cute!!

Charlotte Cecilia: Thank you Valeria! Your hair is gorgeous x

Priscilla Jackson: Valeria, i really loveeee how natural you are and all you use are affordable and natural products :)) love it!!

Giovanna: You are amazing! Always telling us the truth! Your hair is goals!!

Yulia Channel: Wonderful video, I'm so glad you've made this one! Did you see a change to your skin/ hair when you started taking fish oil and collagen? Would you say eating oily fish a few times a week is just as good as taking fish oil, or would you still recommend taking fish oil regardless of whether you eat oily fish or not? Thank you Valeria!! Yulia xxx

Irita Birkerte: Hi, Valeria, thanks for the video! I was so happy that finnaly someone started talking about how important it is to take Omega3, because no matter how healthy we eat we still get too much Omega6 in our nutrition, which causes inflammation, when Omega 3 has it's power to heal any inflammation in our bodies. But the sad thing about Cod Liver Oil that that it may contain synthetic E vitamin, which is super bad for the liver and other organs and Cod Liver Oil doesn 't stay in our body for too long, about 16 hours, which is more than Krill Oil or Concentrated Omega3 oil would, but still I want to recommend you to try Zinzino Balance Oil, it contains natural D vitamin + Omega3 and Omega 9, it 's is super high quality and it stays in our body for 36 hours so in this time it can reach cells, muscles, bones etc. And it's so gooood for the kids, they become less hyperactive and get ill super rearly. I'm sure that if you would notice this and try out this product you would be a fan of it. It' s possible to get it in any country, you they don 't sell it in shops, to buy this thing you need to contact any Zinzino partner. You can find some information here www.zinzino.tv, there are some videos about it, in may languages. It would meen a world to me if you notice this. I 'm writing all this because I' m studying medicine and I want the whole world to know about this. Thank you so muuuch! <3

sisenceto: So jealous of your hair! I had great hair like yours but lost it when went on a diet at age 14 :( Have you tried olive oil as a mask? I found it easier to wash off than the coconut oil.

merel theunissen: It's so true about the cod liver oil! I'm from the Netherlands and my parents always made me take a fishoil pill and I absolutely hated it! So I stopped taken them but recently I started again because it is so beneficial!

The Pencil Skirt: I haven't been taking supplements I think this would really help me thanks Valeria xx

Ina Eris: My hair is like yours, excepting that I dyed it many times, decolored it like twice or three times, did dreadlocks, did permanent curls... until I wanted to stop and go natural. Everyone tells me how beautiful my natural hair is, now imagine how would it be if it was 'virgin'. I regret so much all I done to it. So one day when my hair was literally falling out, I cut it ALL off and started using shampoos without parabenes, sulfates, silicones, etc, and making special treatments based on eggs, oils and vinegar. My hair is much stronger and healthier. People, love your hair.

ileane k: There are fish oil alternatives, that don't have the yucky taste. They are derived from algae, as opposed to fish. I order mine from Iherb. Just search for vegan omega-3 and you'll find plenty of options (they are a bit more expensive than regular fish oil, though, but it's worth it. I still remember how deadly the burps were after taking fish oil.. Never again, lol)

Mira Abulhaija: LOOVEE HOW FREQUENTLY YOU'VE BEEN UPLOADING VALERIA!!

Catherine Levison: That was very good. I haven’t coconut-ed my hair for years but I keep thinking about it everyday. I also stopped washing very often now that my hair isn’t an oil factory. I have to shampoo twice now, so I still use it up. I like Redken “So Soft” shampoo and their 2 types of conditioner. One is called “heavy” so I used it seldom. The daily normal conditioner is enough and you don’t need much. I have recently started using Quidad shampoo Playcurl & the Vitalcurl Balancing Rinse Conditioner and Playcurl Curl Amplifying Styling Spray which says it will, “shape & hold without curl-suppressing weight” so you’d like that but it is perfume-y. I like that though especially because I don’t wash as often. A hair stylist recently taught that we are NOT rinsing enough so perhaps if you rinsed a lot you would like the pretty smell. The Redken has no smell and it does give you the softest hair possible. Thank you for this delightful video.

Maureen: I love you, Valeria! One question-- how do you keep your hair clean after workouts with showering? I'm trying to shower less but I feel too gross to not shower after exercising. Thank you!

Julia Hawk: That’s so awesome that you didn’t color your hair just to receive a modeling check!! I’m working on letting my color grow out so i can get back to my natural color

Kels Vaughne: i started doing coconut oil masks over night and then wash the next day and love it! i also wash twice and then condition and it has seriously been sooooo good! kels xx

kromatic: Amazing! I will definitely check out these products! Thank you, Valeria.

Evelyn N: Your so funny and genuine keep up the good work I love watching your videos

Kimberley Day: “And it’s 90% planet ingredients”☺️ so cute - I mix up my words all of the time like this! ❤️

stargirl: i love the concept of you not ruining your hair for money ❤️ role model

Merel: You are my hair spirit animal. I wouldn't dye my hair ever either (unless I'm going grey early), or use any heat tools on it. Them curling irons and straightener irons can stay the hell away from my hair. However, my hair refuses to grow past a certain length and it's crap

laurenalexisvina: COD LIVER OIL <3 I am Ukrainian and my mom always made me take it and I used to absolutely love it...havent had it much as an adult but I wanna give it another go. Thanks for your recommendations!

SleepingBeauty: Hi Valeria! Thank you for this really interesting video! Do you think that there is a difference between fish oil in capsule and liquid ? I’m taking the capsules one to avoid the taste but if you say that the liquid one is more efficient I’ll take it for sure! Thanks girl kisses from Paris

Marie: You look like a little girl! You're going to age so well! Ahhh you're so lucky lol

Raven Moon Troche: Hello Valeria! Thank you for the hair tips!!!! My hair is color treated and it is extremely dry, I use coconut oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, and yet it is still dry and coarse! What can I do to make it soft and shinny?

Unicornz AlltheWay: 'Shine baby shine' !! haha ..thank you for the pointers, my locks have been misbehaving lately. Also love your inner dialogue - ' morals/ no standards/morals , great talk Valeria' :)

An: I mostly trust on the products you use/recommend, because they're all bio/natural and I know what you pick out is 'clean' :)

Theresa Khongwir: really glad you shared with us your tips and tricks. love your hair.. hoping one day to have hair that's of your length. <3

Play Time with Ellie: Keep doing watt ur doing on you tube.. ur very inspiring for moms with toddlers..

Shreya B: I HIGHLYYYY recommend using the ogx intensely invigorating shampoo (like $5 USD) and the Hask Keratin Conditioner (around $8 USD) they have such good ingredients and are free of so many harsh chemicals. Literally my ride or dies!!

Hanna Belle: Thank you Valeria! You posted on my birthday Turned 24! Now I will be 24 with gorgeous hair! ‍♀️

sandrute09: I love this shampoo line. I forgot about that, I need to repurchase it again!

manika tomar: You can use aloe vera gel and even the fresh one but since you live in cold country avoid it also steaming your hair after applying coconut oil will make your hair super healthy and will keep dandruff at the bay. Much love always excited about your uploads Valeria keep going!

Lou Picard: Hi Valeria ! I am personally started using organic, sulfate, silicone free products on my hair and it has never been healthier and has grown sooo much, I recommend you Léa Nature (it's French) ❤❤ loved the video ❤

Caroline Deli: Coconut oil is THE BEST !! :) I've been trying a few natural and organic shampoos and one of the best I've found is from Lavera and it's called "éclat et souplesse", french for something like "shine and soft" it is just amazing !!! Love and good luck for facing the cold canadian winter !

Bruna Neves: Beautiful hair ❤️ Love you Valeria!!

Lacy O'Connell: "you can thank me later"- you are the best youtuber on my feed. been watching your videos one after the next! sending love dahling! you are the bestest and so funny. xoxo

Elizabeth Baker: ALL YOUR VIDEOS ARE SO HELPFUL THANK YOU!!

Andrea Valentina Pérez: When your hair is curly but you still watch this because: Valeria ♡

Kasia Zawartko: I have color treated hair (light/very light blonde with my natural light mousy grey) and I love black cumin seed oil for hair - sinks right in and is repairing, nourishing and really lovely when you hve split/dry ends :)) macadamia oil works great on my hair too! xx <3

The Webshop Studio: Omgosh so cool that you use Great Lakes collagen. I'm 43 and starting taking it to see if it would improve my skin. It really really has, after taking it for a year, I swear the fine lines on my forehead have reduced but the biggest benefit was indeed my hair has gotten fuller and stronger.

Shilla: I loved your advices and things you use and thank you for sharing them with us

Eyza Izzah: I was shocked when u said “my kids”. I thought u were a teenager

Constanza Levit: Love this video, i wash it twice a week too, i have really dry hair (actually i have dry everything). I used to be blond, but when I grew up it went darker, so now my colour is dark blond or light brown, and with the sun it comes to be lighter. Thanks god now is growing, but i used to hace alopesia because of anxiaty, now im working it out.

Dimitra Chorianopoulou: Yayy!!! The video I 've been waiting for Thank you very much Valeria! Love you❤

Amanda Brown: Thank you!! I look forward to trying many of those things out!!! Question! Do you comb your hair right after you wash it? And do you brush your hair when it is dry? My natural frizz wave makes it hard to have smooth hair when I do those things but I can’t stand not to comb/brush. LOL. Also, do you know of a serum that might help tame my frizz waves without being too heavy? Much love to you!!!

Anna Damszy: i used to put natural greek yogurt on my hair as hair mask for like 30 minutes and then rinse it off (shampooing) and it left my hair feeling so soft and healthier .. also coconut oil is my holy graillll

DIVINE MERCY IS FOR ALL: my hair is healthy (no split ends at all) and thick and naturally very dark. i don't color it too but lately i'm tempted to ruin it for the sake of styling it. i can also grow it easily so yeah i'm worried that once i will start being harsh to it i will have a hard time growing it and my hair will get thin which i don't like. love this vid because i share the same "thinking" like you. i thought i'm the only one thinking this way and i'm just being OA with my hair. oh well whatever

Amna Ameer: Valeria, you are beautiful and such a dynamic personality. Someone I can look up to as my fashion and beauty icon. All your videos are genuine stuff. I am your new subscriber from Pakistan. Much love. More power to you. <3

szafii: your hair is amazing, just like you <3 I'm from Poland and my mom would always make me take fish oil. I went vegan a while ago and don't use it anymore. Do you know of any substitutes? Love you!!!

willy wonka: I feel like you're that type of girl who is so nice and pretty that is kinda intimidating irl

Barbara B.: Love your personality! You instantly make me happy! Hugs from Macedonia!

C G: Actually, there is nothing real like heat protection. If you heat your hair, it damages either way. If you use oils or something, it just makes it worse. Just use oil afterwards if you have to use heat. Heat protection is just another way to get your money! Otherwise great video. I like appreciate that you are using such natural products. Keep on!
