And that is why I only brush my hair before I shower hi. My name is Sarah and I have crazy, unmanageable and frizzy hair. If you guys are new here, don't forget to subscribe and hit that Bell notification, so you guys will get notified every time. I post a video in today's video, I'm showing you my hair care routine and how I get my hair from what I just showed you guys to this, as you guys saw before my hair is crazy. This is all my natural hair for so long. I straightened my hair every day and I finally, after high school, just got sick of that and needed to figure out how to manage my hair with a lot of trial and error. I finally found a method that works for me, so I hope this helps some of you, and this is just personally what I do so this is actually the day after so last night I showered and wash my hair obviously, and I'm gon na show you guys What I use so for shampoo, I love using this it's from Gardner. If your teeth garden here Lutece, I can't say that it's the sleek and shine shampoo and it is good for frizzy dry, unmanageable hair, which is exactly what I have so I use this stuff. Shampoo doesn't matter too much to me as long as it like cleans my hair, and this does the job, but for conditioner. That is super important and I've been using this for years for so long and it is the John Frieda Frizz Ease daily, nourishment moisturizing conditioner. This stuff seriously changed my life and it really takes that frizz out. I still have like frizz ease that like stick out on top that are hard for me to like calm down, but overall, like as you guys saw. My hair is like this, like it just gets so frizzy, so rule number one: don't brush your hair unless it's before you shower and then rule number two I use this stuff, so I've just been trying to keep my hair healthy and happy and trying to not Be so rough on it, so, instead of drying my hair with a towel, I actually just dry my hair with like a cotton shirt. I just kind of like Pat my hair and like rub too hard, because I don't want it to break or anything. So I'm just very gentle with my hair, and so I don't use a towel anymore after I get out of the shower. I use this product also from John Frieda Frizz Ease. This is the leave-in conditioner. So I spray this all through my hair. Once I spray it I'll kind of just like rub it into my hair and then I will let my hair like air dry for a little bit. So I typically shower at night, because I like to sleep with my hair wet because I noticed by shower during the day I let my hair air dry. It becomes like poof Egon. I don't like that. So it's worth it to me to sleep on my hair wet, and so I let my hair air dry for a little bit. So typically, I will put my hair in some loose braids and I find that putting my hair in braids or a bun really work, because it kind of keeps my hair flat, because my biggest problem is having so much volume right here that I want this part To be flat almost like you know my hair, it's making it just like stay flat and then the braids also give like a nice wave and some texture to my hair. So I really like that as well. So when I'm styling my hair, I will always put a argan oil in my hair and I just used this one argan oil of Morocco. I really like it. It makes my hair shiny and soft, and I really don't know what it does, but it makes my hair shiny and soft and then, if I am putting heat on my hair, I will always use a heat protectant super important. I just used this one by Tresemme. That is how I deal with my crazy, unmanageable hair, and this really works for me. I hope it helps some of you if you guys, like the video, please give it a thumbs up and subscribe. Follow me on Instagram, and I will see you guys next time, bye,

venus: hey! I have some tips for you 1: after a shower don't brush your hair with a brush use a comb and start from ends to roots 2: use a deep conditioner/hair mask every week 3: try to find a shampoo and conditioner without silicones and sulfates (the brand shae moisture is amazing) 4: try out the curly girl method because you might have wavy/curly hair! 5: do an oil treatment every week 6: wear your hair in protective styles more often not just after your shower 7: wear a silk/satin hair scarf to bed to prevent breakage 8: use a silk/satin pillowcase 9: try only brush your hair in the shower with conditioner 10: don't sleep with wet/damp hair because hair is most breakable when it's wet 11: when your hair is wet don't put it up in buns because that can cause breakage near the roots I really hope you try these tips because this saved my hair and I had hair exactly like yours

User Name: I just wish I had pretty hair, I have long straight brown frizzy bushy hair, it’s always a mess , I end up just putting it in a bun all of the time.

SOMEBODY ELSE: My tip: 1. Use a shampoo that cleans your hair thoroughly. Mine is Tresemme. 2. Shampoo only every other day. 3. Use a conditioner that suits your hair type. Apply it every day. 4. Don't sleep with wet hair. This can cause breakage, headache, and blindness for worse. 5. Brush before bath. You can also brush gently after when it's still wet. 6. Satin pillow case. 7. Argan oil and castor oil is recommended. Also try coconut oil if doesn't look too greasy on your hair. 8. Maintain a clean scalp. Basic shampoo is fine but you can also opt to hair scrub like NatureLab clarifying scalp scrub. 9. Don't blow dry. Don't rub the towel roughly too. Let it air dry. 10. Don't use too much harmful chemicals on your hair. 11. Do further research.

nikkkiddd: Do you put your hair into braids on other days as well? Don’t they get frizzy the next morning if you don’t put them into protective hairstyles at night?

passang kee: Hi... what about hair oiling? How often do you oil your hair?

VISlONARY1: Deja Vu All Over Again: Hey Sara, do you remember doing a video like 5 years ago about your crazy hair, and you had like a black Led Zeppelen tank-top on? I am thinking only your long-time devoted followers could remember that far back, but I am one of them! I remember! Your hair was just as crazy then, your voice was slightly higher-pitched, and we were all about 5 years younger!

Nicole Marcial: Worked for me!!

L: My hair isn’t curly but it’s really frizzy poofy and thick, when I brush it, it gets even worse, I tried hair masks, frizz prevention shampoo and conditioner, serums, anti frizz cream, and I don’t want to straighten it a lot, any help?

discs platinum: Your hair doesn’t look that crazy, you should see mine!

Season’s Greasons • 69 years ago: I’m so sick of my friends calling me hagrid because of my hair

Funny Donutsss: Okay I have a questiom Every time, like litterly every time I wash my hair, shampoo or no shampoo My hair becomes very like fluffy and dry, my waves dissappear and it becomes straight, it's very soft but dry, and after it rains it becomes normal again. HOW can I fix this, because I don't know how to manage my hair, I'm very self conscious....

missmayflower: So nicely done. Short, sweet and to the point. But...Darn. The smell of John Frida triggers my allergies. Trying to sleep with wet hair makes me freeze.

Cozy Gameplays ASMR: Frizzys are annoying ! whut omg !! Everything I sleep with my hair wet I get a headache and feels funny idk haha

Never Back: 0:03 What I have I'm tired of my hair there's nothing I can do I watched most of the videos and they recommend shampoos and conditioners that has sls or anything else that's not healthy for the hair Like is there a really way to make my hair at least not frizzy? I never used any heat and it looks horrible as always :(

ashley L: people have made fun of me for my hair being so frizzy and i have tried almost everything and i dotn know what to do :(

Megan Harangozo: My hair is curly but every time I braid it and go to bed it stretched it out and it looks straight puffy frizzy idk how to explain and Idk why and I never brush my hair I only brush it when it’s wet

Jessica Galyon: Is this still your routine? I am getting frustrated w all the videos now about “I didn’t know my hair was curly” & they just take care of their hair I have beautiful ringlets. I’ve been doing the curly girl method for 3 months. I started it to get my hair healthy & able to wear natural. So far my hair is 500x frizzier than it ever was using silicones. Going back to them next wash day. My hair has always been wavy & will always be wavy. I don’t care how curly it is. I just want the frizz gone!! And I hate volume also! lol Everyone telling me “don’t use leave in conditioner, it weighs your curls down” Really? Good!! I WANT that! lol I have frizz now when my hair is wet even. This CGM is not for me. Silicone is my friend.

A G: Wow your hair is exactly like mine

Nicole Bryant: Your look and hair reminds me of Alanis Morisette, love her!

cico777: You should use natural organic shampoo or vegan shampoo. Garnier is so bad and not cruelty free :/
