My Winter Hair Care Routine + How I Style My Loose Wavy Hair

Hello, everyone and welcome back to my channel. I hope you guys are doing good today, so in today's video i am going to talk about my hair care and how i make these curls or how i style my hair. So this is how my hair looks like i show you guys what products i use are. I have been using regularly so without further ado. Let'S get started also, if you are someone who is new to my channel. Thank you so much for watching this video. I hope you like it here - i mostly post about affordable makeup, skincare fashion on this channel, so yeah. Let'S move on to the video now, okay, so before starting off, i do want to say this is the most highly requested video that i get on a daily basis. I'M not kidding you guys. I get this on a daily basis to show you guys my hair care routine, to show you guys how i style my hair, so i just thought of doing this in one uh. You know video itself and i also wanted to say that you know i'm not the best uh talk about hair care products because i don't have much knowledge or i haven't, like you, know, uh researched, a lot about hair care, but these are the products that have Been working for me so for a really long time and my hair condition is, i would say my scalp - is extremely extremely dry. I have frizzy hairs, but, as you can see right now you cannot see the frizz because i i have been using these products to you know just uh make my hair look bouncy and these products have been working really well for me, so the first product i Have to talk about is this: require pre wash anti reassurance tender lotion. So this is exactly as it says, it is a dandruff lotion. You guys it is i initially. When i got this, i thought it was going to be like a very liquidy type of a formula, but it's not it's exactly a tender lotion it. The consistency of this is like a lotion. I have briefly talked about this before on my channel, but oh my god, i'll go deep into this. This i don't know what ingredients this has or what magic this has. It removes my gender and i have a very uh. You know dandruff, as i said, very dry scalp and i had a very bad, severe condition with my dandruff, which was affecting my skin as well, and i went to the dermatologist also because of it and yes, i did try some shampoos or i was on medication, But ever since i have been using this my dandruff issues, it's so much lesser like every winter. This is what happens. I will get dandruff. You know. My friends knows this. My family knows this. Everybody who knows me knows that i have dandruff issues during the winter, especially it bothers me a lot. So i decided to try this one out at first. I didn't honestly think that it was going to work. I just thought: maybe it's like a gimmick or something because nothing works on my scalp. Believe me, but, oh, my god, i used it once and i washed my hair and i saw that the dandruff was completely gone. Like you know, whenever i use the oil or anything like that, my dandruff never goes away completely, but with this i noticed that it goes away completely this product. It is such an amazing product, especially if you have dandruff issues, definitely give this a try at least once see if you can get rid of your dandruff, because i got rid of my you know. Dandruff condition, and obviously it's dandruff is something that is going to come back. It'S not completely going to disappear. Even my dermatologist said that, so i have to really keep in mind what products i am using, especially during this winter season. So really really such an amazing product. So definitely if you want to get anything from this whole entire thing i'm going to be talking about, is this this one product, so the next comes the shampoo. Obviously, so this is the shampoo. This is a rice, water and chia seed shampoo. So this is a very newer product that i have been using and uh. I honestly love it so much. It is not like your typical shampoo at all. I said this in my previous uh video as well, where i talked about this product with the buds and berries i used this twice and i noticed a difference, so i will talk about how this product works on me. So this is a shampoo right, but it is. It doesn't feel like a shampoo when you're using this on your skin like scalp it more so feels like a creamy kind of i don't know a creamy lotion. I would say honestly: it is so so good for your hair, especially again i'm saying if you have dry hair, if you have frizzy hairs, you know if your hair doesn't have that nourishment to it, and you use a shampoo that has you know leathers a lot Or that kind of you know feels a little too clean. You know too clean after you use a shampoo. If your hair feels too clean or too kind of dried out, i would say, skip on those kinds of shampoo. This feels like a creamy lotion texture. It doesn't foam up a lot and what i like to do is i like to put this near my scalp. I do not like to put shampoo near my ends. I have noticed that if i do that my hair kind of dries out, so the only thing where i like to put my shampoo is near my scalp. So that is where i put the shampoo and you yeah. You do need a little bit more than your regular shampoo, because it doesn't foam up a lot, but that's the best thing i like about this is that it is really a creamy shampoo. I haven't used this kind of formulated shampoo before so really such a great shampoo and also you can skip on moisturizer. If you use these kinds of shampoo, not moisturizer, i meant to say conditioner, but i like to use a conditioner. That'S just me, but if you you know sometimes i can skip my conditioner. That'S what i'm saying you know with this kind of shampoo, so the next product we have here is the recoil conditioner. This is the anti-freeze smoothing conditioner. I have been using this for so long. It'S been what i would say six months since i have using obviously not the same one. I have repurchased it simon again and i i always switch up my conditioner to see which one is the best and right now for six months i have been using this. I i think i have used the love beauty, planet conditioner as well. That one was really amazing too, but this one i feel like is a little bit more better than that one and yes, i really love this one as well. Some of i think one of you guys recommended i try this. I have tried this in the past, but once i got this again, i was like. Oh my god. Why did i ever leave this conditioner, and i am in love with this conditioner i've been using this continuously, and this is one of the best ones. You do not need a lot of conditioner, especially i don't, as you guys know, obviously don't put your conditioner on your scalp just near the ends and that's it. My hair just feels so smooth and yeah, and all of that you know super shiny, smooth doesn't have that much of frizz to it really really good for dry, scalp and dry hair conditions. Okay, so another thing i want to talk about - i didn't use this today because i kind of use this only once a week and whenever i use the hair mask i skip on the hair conditioner, because i don't need a hair conditioner when you are using a Hair mask so this is the plum hair mask, and this is the avocado hair mask and a lot of people were talking about this. You know a lot of influencers recommended this. I honestly didn't try a hair mask this. Was this amazing, but oh, my god. This is actually really really good, so you have to keep this for about 20 minutes. That'S the only thing i don't like, because i don't know what to do in the shower when this hair mask is on like sometimes i feel like. 20 minutes is a lot, but i have seen a difference when i keep this on for longer period of time. I feel like my hair loves it. My hair condition just changes to very, very silky smooth, and yes, this is something that you can use once in a week. So if you are using a lot of different products, you know styling products. A lot of creams on your hair moves on your hairs, so yeah you definitely need to use a hair mask once a week. So this is what i have been using for a really long time. A plum did send this to me, but i am going to run out of it very very soon. It'S like half of it is only left here so yeah. I just use this once a week. Do not use this every time you wash your hair just once a week is enough. It just deep conditions, your hair so well, and it's going to give you that shine back that smoothness back in your hair, so definitely um a really favorite product of mine. So the next product that i have here is a little bit on the expensive side. This is the most expensive hair care product that i have, but it is totally worth the money i have talked about this so many times and i honestly use this every time. I wash my hair and i'm still you know only. I have only used this much as you can see so. I'Ve been using this, for, i guess like three four months. So this is the argan oil of morocco and this retails, for i think, 800 rupees. I would say yes, i know 800 is a little bit more for a serum, but this is a amazing serum. You do not have to go out and buy this again and again, because you just need the tiniest drop of the serum to work on your hair, and this is what actually gives me that shine that you see. This is what actually tames my hair after after i'm done. Uh, you know washing my hair and my hair is like 80 dry. This is what i would use. Uh also use this. Don'T use this directly on your wet hair, because i have noticed that it doesn't do much when you use this on your directly wet hair or even dry hair. I feel, like a mid, mid type of a damp hair. Oh my god. Some kid is shouting continuously. So, as i was saying, this works on your damp hair, more better than you know, just directly wet hair or dried hair. So that is how i like to use this. Just one drop of it works for my uh thick hairs. I do have thicker hairs, so just one drop also works for this. I honestly love it so much, and i can totally see myself purchasing this time and again and it's it's going to last me a really long time. I just know it so yeah. Definitely an investment that i made and i loved it. So another thing i want to talk about obviously have to talk about this, because i have been talking about this for so long quickly. We'Ll go through this. This is the no haircut cream, leave-in conditioner. So this is a product that i feel like i need in my collection, like my hair care collection. This is not something i use right after i wash my hair. For example, i haven't washed my hair for like three days and my hair definitely needs to be styled up a little bit. For example, i need to use a curling iron, or i just want my hair to have its like revive moment. I want my hair to look like it's uh washed. It'S been washed and it looks refreshed. So what i like to do is i like to put this on and just it's like a cream leave-in conditioner, so it just revives my hair makes it like look like. I just washed it and uh the best thing to do with this. One is that, if the next day, you do not want to wash your hair put this at nighttime and just leave it on just like your normal, regular styling cream and wake up in the morning and you're, going to notice that your hair feels so good. You just wash your hair and your hair feels super soft. None of that frizziness to it so definitely definitely a product that i really really love and um yeah. You guys some of you guys did buy this on my recommendation too, and you guys said that you guys are loving this and yeah. I just have been loving this for so long and i was sleeping on this, but it's one of the best products i have so a few tips. Maybe i would like to give if you want a good, healthy hair. First of all, is you cannot color your hair and expect it to be healthy? That'S that never happens. I colored my hair uh once before. It was like in february or march and after that i did notice quite a little bit of hair fall so that you know that is just going to happen. You just have to take a little bit more extra care when you color your hair or bleach. Your hair, but still then it's your hair, never returns to its natural state after once, you color it so that just happens. However, you know you take care of your hair, it doesn't matter, but if you color your hair yeah, it's going to be a little damaged. You know that's just how it is so the heck. A second thing is that always put your cleansing products like a shampoo or anything whenever you're cleansing your hair. Put that on your scalp, i used to do this like. I would put shampoo on my ends as well, and i my ends got so rough and frizzy. But ever since i have been using this technique where i just put the shampoo on my scalp and that's it so after that, i noticed that my scalp gets cleaned out really well. My hair has been really really nice in the freezing department. It'S not as frizzy as it used to be. Also. The third thing is that let your hair air dry do not blow dry your hair. Obviously, if you are going out - and you really have to you - know - use a blow dryer use it that time, but do not blow dry your hair every time you wash it because that is just going to cause a lot of frizziness a lot of hair fall. So these are just a few tips that i like to uh. You know included in my sub hair care routine. I have been taking a little bit more care a little bit more. You know extra care for my hair and yeah. It just feels like i like how my hair has been quite at this moment, so i will show you guys how i style my hair as well. It doesn't. It takes me about, like 15 minutes to style, my hair, so yeah. So this is how my hair naturally dries uh, as you can see right here, after washing it off. This is how my hair naturally dries. So i tend to go in with a curler to give me a little bit of that loose wavy, very natural, wavy, hair kind of a thing. I sometimes leave it like this also but yeah. I mostly do have been doing a wavy curls. You know so i have my curler right here, which is the this. Is the vega curler that i use it's not the best curler, i would say it does have this stand, which is pretty good just to keep it above your you know, table or something like that, and it has this clipper as well. That helps you to uh. You know get your just clipping your hair, while you're doing the curling thing. Another thing i wanted to talk about this is that it's not that great, because it doesn't have any heating sections like you know it doesn't have the temperature control or anything. It is just a very, very simple color i am going to upgrade, but right now this is what i have so this is what i'll be using, and also i like to section my hair before doing this. So, as you can see, i have medium length hair and where is my um yeah? I do use a heat protection spray as well. So this is the heat protection spray that i use, or this is the tresemme one and it has marula oil in it as well. So it kind of like removes the frizz. Also, as you can see, i don't have any frizz, because i use the shampoo and the conditioner and the argan oil, so i really don't have so i really don't have much freeze on my hair, so i'll just be using this spraying. This, so here is what i like to do i'll open the clipper. I will put the curling rod in this downward position so that i curl the hairs away from my face. As you can see, this is how i like to curl my hair. You know clipping it away so that i like that direction of curl. You can do it any way you want like inside or outside, but i specifically like my hair to have this outward curl, so i will be curling all my hair in this outward direction. So i'll just take some small section of it and just putting this in the curler wait for about a minute or so the thing about this curler is that it's not bad, but it does take a little bit of more time to you know: curl your hair Nicely so yeah after that is done. What i'll do is i'll just pull the strands like this, so that it gives me a very, very natural aspect to it. I do not like my curls to be very, very tight, so yeah, so that is what i do. After that, it's very hard to just explain and do it as well i'll do the same thing over here as well. It'S going to be the same pattern you know, so this is how my hair looks like after it's been curled now. One thing i want to say about this is that you have to run your fingers through your hair in order to make it more like loose and wavy and more natural. So this is what i like to do. I just like to run my hands through my curls and then it just becomes a little bit more natural, a little bit more wavy and not just very tighter curls, so that was it for today's video.
