We shouldn't add too much pressure whenever we oil our hair. If you do so, you'll lose the rest of your hair.. We think it is the right way of applying oil following rubbing with pressure, but simultaneously we lose hair. If we follow that way. Hope you guys guessed, what is today's topic is about. Also, I'm gon na give you guys Beard tips as well. Hair. One of my major concerns for the past 1 year. I hope Everyone has to face this situation by reaching a certain age. Like hair, thinning, hair loss and, in fact, complete balding. It is clear that if you are losing lots of your hair, It happens due to having no proper nutrition, food and haircare.. You are going to make the hair loss worse. If you are thinking a lot about it.. First of all, Calm down., It happens. Just think about what is available to you to make it better. Only keep focussing on this thing.. Nothing will be left if you think a lot or worry about it.. Let'S try a few routines, which can at least reduce the damage caused.. Our first routine is not at all related to the hair. It is related to your nutrition, Having beetroot juice once a day. You'Ll see a positive difference in hair loss and hair thickness. Definitely you'll observe better results in hair loss and thickness.. Lack of right nutrition will be the reason behind everything.. You may have listened to this from many For hair thickening and also stop to balding. We should repair it internally as we get the hair from inside. Of us. Beetroot is the first thing in nutrition and also multivitamin Do take the multivitamin regularly So concentrate on taking Biotin in your regular diet.. If you are not getting proper Biotin in your diet, then how can you supplement Recently? I started using Cureveda's `` Grow'', Guys sincerely, I'm not promoting this product.. So here we end about Nutrition.. Now we'll talk about What can we do to our hair Externally? We can apply oil, Eggs and methi seeds, ( Fenugreek ). How should we use Oil? We can use Coconut oil, Olive Oil, Amla Oil and Almond Oil. Keep applying oil at regular intervals like once per week. Remember apply oil very gently to your complete scalp, avoiding hard rubbing. Sulfate-free Shampoo is the best for hair.. Sulfate-Free shampoo costs a little more prince than Normal Shampoos.. If you really looking for good shampoos, then go for Sulfate-Free, You can go for Shampoos having sulfates & parabens. If you don't need hair care, ... LOL, You are watching this video because you have concerns with your hair.. I said you can use any oil in your normal maintenance phase. If you have concerns like hair, thinning and hair loss, Then we should use the right oil. So I've been using a few oil's for the past few years, One of which is Khadi's Naturals BhringRaj Oil. I'Ve been using this for one year.. I won't say that using this oil, some magic happens on your hair, But I used to have grey hair on the sides.. In one year they got vanished And one more hair oil Secret Black Charm.. I received this from the company itself. I'Ve just used it just a couple of times not experimenting more on it. First, I should say this guy.. I said you to oil once a week, But I Oil my hair once for 3 days, So I used this for four times. I felt this oil completely natural through Its smell, and I feel this oil is effective. A Vizag based brand `` Leo Naturals''. They sent me this scalp treatment, serum for Thinning and front balding issues. I sensed that it is made of Natural Methi seeds, ( Fenugreek ). So other than these hair Oils, I will say you guys: few DIY's or home remedies Take two whole eggs and apply them on your damp hair for 30 mins And wash it off with lukewarm water & sulfate-free. Shampoo You'll see definite results in 2 months. If you apply eggs once every three days, And also if you use the overnight soaked Methi seeds, ( Fenugreek ) paste, You need to apply that paste every day morning for 20- 30 mins In a period of 1 month, you see better results in hair thickening. Here we end about the Hair Topic. The next topic, which I'm gon na say you guys as a bonus, is about `` BEARD''. There were many requests to do a video on Beard, But I couldn't be able to do it Because I felt a little bit awkward explaining about beard and how to maintain from the start on a shaved. Look. I'll definitely explain to you guys about the Beard maintenance when I'm in my next phase of growing beard., But right now, as the concern is about growing Patchy Beard or improper Beard, growth I'll explain to you guys about the Beard Growth. So this testosterone again come under the Nutrition category. You should choose using a good beard oil only when you are having good nutrition levels in your body., Like taking Testosterone boosted & multivitamin, rich foods.. So If you guys say why, and how should we use Beard, Oil, ... Beard, growth will be faster for those who maintain well moistured good skin.. It means If we want to grow a good beard, then we should moisturize beard in the right way.. It is not that easy, moisturizing, the Beard It will be easy in the starting days, but when it is getting thicker as we use some creams, the moisture doesn't reach the skin. So that is why we use Beard Oil Using Beard, Oil, the skin down the beard. Will get moisturized and it is easy for the Beard to grow And for the guys who have Patchy Beard. I found this wonderful product from Ustraa, which is a very popular Beard Brand. This oil will definitely work for those who have irregular or patchy beard growth.. This costs a little higher in price than Normal Beard Oils. So when I grew my beard, you can observe the pic attached. I got a very thick beard at that time.
