Hey guys welcome back to my channel. I hope you all are doing well for today's video we're going to talk everything here. I get so many queries on my routine, the products i use and everything. So i thought you know what let's sit down and talk about. The products i absolutely love now these are not products, i've just discovered or i'm recently obsessed with, but these are products i have repurchased over and over again and i swear by, i rely on them and i know they work for me and i think they're worth Your money, too, like these are products that can get my hair through a bad hair day, and that's a big big big claim now before starting this video. I do have to say a couple of things about my hair, so you know if you can or cannot relate to my hair type. I have dry scalp dry hair, which is color treated, so it got slightly frizzy towards the ends, because those are the parts that gets drier even quicker. I do have hair that's on the straight side, but because it was a little frizzy. I got it smoothened about eight months ago when my brother was getting married, but now it has worn off and plus my natural hair has grown out too much, because this is my natural texture that you can see on my crown. So i do have like rather straight and silky hair, but again because of the color treatment, it tends to go a little frizzy. Another thing to keep in mind is that hair is mostly jeans and you can't really change your hair type with just products. You have to get procedures done, like smoothing or keratin to change your hair texture. You can't change it with the product. You can manage it with the products, but you can't change it with the products and yes, with that long, ass, intro, let's get into the video. Let'S start off with hair oils, i feel like hair oils are essential in your hair care routine. Now you don't actually need to oil all over your hair. You only need to oil, your scalp, because it stimulates the scalp on the shaft. It doesn't really do anything because your hair can't absorb the molecular size of an oil. So if you're applying oil on your hair you're just feeling like you're doing something for your hair but you're actually not doing anything for your hair. Now the one that i swear by is karma and vedas treatment. Now this is a smaller size, because i ran out of my full-size bottle and this one goes a long way too, because you need a tiny amount for your scalp. This is an overall oil. It does everything for you: it reduces hair, fall, encourages new hair growth, moisturizes the scalp and stimulates it too. I love this oil so much now, if you want an affordable, bring out the option, we have sheisha's neely bringer the oil which i talked about recently again. This is an overall oil, so it does everything for you and when it comes to oils, i actually prefer oils that are multitasking. So these two are my absolute favorites - would definitely repurchase them over and over and over again now, when it comes to shampoo and conditioner something i abso freaking newly love is a vera's cherry almond range. This is such a mild, gentle, yet effective, shampoo and conditioner duo. It'S so moisturizing makes your hair so silky smooth. I love this combination so much. I know this is on the pricier side of things for some affordable options that i don't have with me currently is because i've emptied them out and i yet have to repurchase them. Is herbal essences whipped cocoa butter range? So many of you actually picked that up and you guys love it and that's the highest compliment for me. You guys picking up something that i recommend and end up loving it. I also love coco souls shampoo and conditioner. That is so good as well, but yes, if you are on the lookout for new shampoo and conditioner and budget is not an issue, definitely try out this variant from aveda. Now, let's talk about a hair mask and if you've been following me for a while, then this won't come as a surprise to you guys. I have my plum olive and macadamia hair mask with me right here. This is my third or fourth tub. I'M not really sure, but i love what this hair mask does to my hair. It adds shine. Tames the frizz adds a little bit of bounce. This makes my hair look so healthy. I can truly tell a difference when i use this mask and when i don't use this mask love this mask, so much highly recommended have been recommending it since a while - and so many of you actually ended up picking this one up and truly falling in love With it too, so i know if you haven't picked this up yet you definitely must you definitely must. This is a must purchase. I love this mask and even if you're, not a hair mask person, what you can do is just take a little bit of this. Add a little bit of water in a spray bottle, shake it up, just spray it on your hair. Whenever your hair feels a little dry, it's a hug that i absolutely love doing. I have three products that fall into the post hair wash care routine, and i want to talk you through all three of them because they have a place in my heart that no one else can take the first one is the schwarzkopf bona cure. Hyaluronic moisture kick spray conditioner. This is my second bottle. I finished my first bottle up and basically this is a spray that adds moisture back to your hair. This is a hyaluronic acid spray. So what it does? It just makes your hair look so much more smoother. Tames down the frizz and it doesn't weigh your hair down, which is super important to me, a lot of time with serums and hair oils. They weigh your hair down, and this one doesn't do that. It just makes my hair look so good and that's why i picked up another bottle because you know obsessed a product i talked about recently is earth collective's, hair moisturizer. This is something i discovered recently, but i might have to soon repurchase it because i'm almost about to run out of it now. Basically, this is a moisturizer, but for your hair and does not wear your hair down moisturizes it tames away the frizz and makes it look so shiny and bouncy. If you have dry hair, if you have curly hair, if you have hair, that's just frizzy, you need this in your life, so you know everyone needs in their life because everyone either has dry, hair, curly, hair or frizzy hair or all three of them, which is Like i don't even know how you're taking care of your hair but produce to you, but yes, love this one is a beautiful product, makes your hair look so good, and the last post wash hair care product i want to talk about, is aveda's dry remedy, hair Oil now i know this might sound a little confusing dry hair oil. What'S going on. Basically, it's a super lightweight oil that doesn't feel heavy or greasy on the hands, but it intensely moisturizes your hair. It makes your hair feel so soft and smooth it's a beautiful product. You just need two to three drops. You need the tiniest amount and that's why i feel like this is worth investing in, because this small bottle will go a long long long way, and i can honestly bet my money on this - that you will end up falling in love with this, because it's such A gorgeous product, a heat protectant that i've been using for years and years and years is my tony and guy heat protection mist. I don't even know what bottle i am on, because i do like to apply it quite frequently now, even if i'm not styling my hair with heat tools, i do use it and spray it on my hair, because, if i'm stepping out, i am exposing my hair To heat and sunlight and everything, so this helps in protecting my hair against the environmental stressors to and not just styling tools. But yes, i would definitely suggest you use a heat protectant before you style your hair, or you will end up trying your hair, like. I have done multiple times and learned the hard way that heat protection mist are an absolute must in your hair care. Now i don't know which category to place this product in, but this is something that would help with your hair fall and hair regrowth situation. I have my indulge your hair vitalizer. Now this is a non oily product, so you can use it on your scalp every single day without the worry of your scalp looking oily and dirty. This really helps in stopping your hair fall and promoting new hair growth, which is something i absolutely love. This is actually an empty, so you will be seeing it in an empty video soon, and this is my second bottle. It'S not my first, it's my second bottle. You guys my mom also loves this. She has been using it too, because she was having that transitional hair fall period in the monsoon time. But yes, we both absolutely love it and again. So many of you have also purchased this and you guys have loved it. So i would highly recommend this one: if you have hair fall issues or if you just want to get newer, hair growth out and the last category i want to talk about are dry shampoos. I feel like dry. Shampoos are more hair care than they are hair. Styling because they can elongate your washing cycle and they also add a nice volume and bounce to your hair. So it's a win-win for all of us. The first one i'm going to talk about is bed heads, ob hive dry, shampoo and oh, my god. This is such a nice dry shampoo. Not only does it make your scalp look fresh as hell, it also has such a nice smell and fragrance to your hair. So if you have sweaty smelly, scalp issues, then you can definitely go for this one, because it would just make sure your scalp looks like you washed it right now. It'S such a good dry shampoo, but if you're an og follower of mine, you would know that i'm absolutely obsessed with batiste dry shampoos as well. This is equally good product and you also get this in smaller sizes, so you can definitely pick up a smaller size. If you just want to test waters and see if you like it or not, there are so many different variants in this one. So you can choose from fragrance and also colors, because it has a dark variant for people who don't want, like a white residue on either scalp a lot of times. Dry shampoos can leave white residue. If you spray it too closely, there is a way like there's a whole guide of using a dry shampoo. Again. I learned it the hard way, but yes, spray from afar. So you don't get those white blotches on your scalp, but these two abso freaking lutely love them both cannot live without them, because without a dry shampoo i would always be looking like an oily mess. Even though i have dry scalp because i work out every single day, you know sweaty smelly scalp. This one takes me through the week, so i don't have to wash my hair every single day, because i can't i have long, hair and washing. My hair is literally full day task and i hate doing that, even if it makes my hair look so good. And yes with that, i finished all of my recommendations. Namya Goel: A small correction here Shreya, the molecular size of the fatty chain present in coconut is able to penetrate the hair shaft as it is smaller, thus able to affect with its goodness inside the shaft, coconut oil actually does help in protein reparation and also reduces protein loss in every hair wash. No other oil has the quality to do that, so yes!
