Hi everyone, i'm shutta khanna and welcome back to nykaa tv since the wedding season is here, i'm going to be talking about some hair care tips and the perfect hair care guide for all you brides to be i'm going to be sharing free, bridal haircut that'll help You prep your hair, the right way for your big wedding day. Then i'll also share some products that you must include in your hair care regime during your wedding functions and finally, we'll also talk about some post bridal haircare tips that your hair will be in some serious need of. So let's get started starting off with pre-bridal haircare. Now this time is to be utilized for treating or targeting any specific hair issues that you may be facing, such as dandruff, hair fall, split ends, frizziness, and things like that and along with that, you also need to prep your hair for all the wedding functions that Are coming your way and for that i recommend a three-step process which is very simple but very effective that is, oiling shampooing and masking. Now my personal hair type is frizzy dry and i experience hair fall also quite a bit, which is why, if you have a similar hair type, i would recommend using the briller anti hair fall control, booster oil shots, and these are super easy to use because of The dropper that they come along with now this helps not only with hair fall, but also strengthens your scalp and your hair roots. So both the mask and the shampoo from the enforcer range is a big thumbs up from my side for my hair type. But if you have colored hair, you should always use products that are suitable for colored hair, a product that i can recommend. If you have color treated hair, is the gk hair protecting shampoo as well as conditioner, but if dandruff is the issue that you're targeting, then the nike, naturals, apple, cider, vinegar and ginger, anti-dandruff, shampoo and mask are a great product to add to your hair care regime. Apart from these product recommendations, you should also trim your hair eight to ten days before your wedding and get rid of any spittans that they might be along with that. You need to start following a healthy diet right away and include foods like nuts oats, eggs, spinach berries, because these foods are really good for your hair. Moving on to hair care during the wedding. Now this time can really take a toll on your hair because of all the styling and heat that your hair will have to go through to get you ready for your wedding functions at this time. Your go-to hair products should be a heat, protectant spray that will prevent your hair from any heat damage and also help maintain its shine. Now, as the bride, you may not have time to do a full head wash in between wedding functions, and this is where this product is going to be a savior feeling. The batiste dry shampoo is definitely one of the best out there and i highly recommend it. It'S very easy to use. All you have to do is section your hair and apply this in between the sections and gently massage it into your scalp. Now, let's move on to the post, bridal hair care! This is the most important time after your wedding, because you want to relax unwind and treat your hair for any damage that may have been caused because of all the heat and styling deep treatments is what your hair needs right now you could visit your closest salon For a hair treatment, spa, which would be a great option, but if you want to do something at home here are a couple of tips. My number one tip here is oiling and doing a hot towel treatment, which is very easy to do and i'll show you how the first thing that you need to do is oil. It helps resurface your hair fiber, as well as repair your hair. It also helps in locking all the moisture and the goodness into your hair.
