How to Wash Hair Less When Working Out | Post Workout Hair Care Tips for Oily Hair

I used to wash my hair every day and I experienced a lot of hair fall and damage as a result of this. Gradually I started to wash my hair less and now wash my hair once a week even with working out 5 days a week! In this video I share my tips for washing hair less while working out including apple cider vinegar for hair + an itchy scalp, hair oils for tangly frizzy hair, how I wear my hair during workouts to minimize sweaty hair, and a dry shampoo hack to prevent excess sweat. As someone with naturally oily hair, these tips have made a huge difference for me!

Hello welcome to my channel or welcome back happy to have you here for today's video i'm going to be talking about some tips and tricks for dealing with sweaty post workout hair, basically so that you don't have to wash your hair after every single workout. If that is something that you're trying to avoid or minimize, whenever i talk about the fact that i only wash my hair once a week, this is definitely the most common question i receive, which is basically how on earth do you manage to only wash once a Week or how do you not wash more frequently when you're getting sweaty from workouts throughout the week? So that's exactly what we're going to be talking about here today, we're going to jump right into that, but before we do, if you like, hair care content like this as well as skin care content, don't forget to subscribe to my channel so that you don't miss Out my next video and definitely go follow me on instagram and tech talk. My username is also abby young in those platforms, and it's right here for you, weird spelling, i know but okay, that is everything let's jump into this video okay. So i have three major categories that i want to talk about for this video, so pre-workout tips and tricks first event, things that you can do during your workout, like the way that you can wear your hair to minimize that sweat and then we'll follow up with Post workout tips and tricks after that, so let's start off with the things that you can do before you're, even ready to work out to keep the sweatiness and oiliness at bay. Okay. So i do want to give a little quick plug here for wash day and shampooing in general. I personally find that this actually kind of makes or breaks my hair throughout the week and how manageable or unmanageable it starts to look as i continue to sweat and work out. So, while i'm definitely not saying that changing the way that you shampoo, your hair can prevent you from sweating, i am saying that for me, it kind of sets me up for success. If i'm really meticulous about my wash routine, i recently uploaded a video talking all about my tips and tricks for greasy hair and in that video. I talk about that. How i shampoo clarifying shampoos that i love and all of those things really help to kind of set me up for success as cheesy as that sounds for my workouts throughout the week. So i would definitely check out that video, if you haven't seen that yet that will be linked below, but that's kind of my step. One in this whole process is make sure that i have a really good, clean scalp, basically, so that my hair doesn't look even more sweaty and unmanageable as the week goes on. Okay, my other main tip for before your workout is to actually use dry shampoo before the workout even begins, and i think a lot of people probably already know this, but dry shampoo actually works the best on dry, hair and not damp hair. So if you're, someone that feels like dry shampoo just doesn't work all that well for you, but you've been trying to spray it on your hair immediately after a workout when your hair is still wet and sweaty. That could definitely be why so i would recommend using dry shampoo before your workout, then it's there kind of as a protective layer of insulation. What am i even saying so, as you start to sweat, when you're working out it's there and ready to absorb those oils versus trying to kind of tackle that retroactively, which again is just not how dry shampoo is going to work the best for you. So when it comes to dry shampoo, i get questions a lot on my favorites and i kind of want to do a video where i just test out a bunch and let you guys know which ones, i think are the best out of those. So let me know if you're interested in that, but to be totally honest, i just don't really feel like i'm dry, shampoo, loyal, there's so many affordable dry shampoos that i have really enjoyed. So i know what i've talked about. A lot is from tresemme they're between washes, dry shampoo ogx in general is a brand. I think they have great dry shampoos, there's a lot at the drugstore that i think work just fine, so i will link some of those below that. I would recommend the one that is a little bit pricier that i've really been enjoying lately is from curology. So if you're looking for a really nice one, i do think that this is a nice one. It'S the refresh and go dry shampoo. I, like it a lot, but i just don't think you need to splurge here. I think the way that you apply your dry shampoo is more important than the type of dry shampoo that you're using in my personal opinion, another route that you could go down for. Dry shampoo, before your workout is a dry shampoo powder and there's a couple different reasons why this may be something that you want to consider. I think the two major scenarios would be number one if you have really dry, brittle, damaged, hair and you're, looking to heal that hair or number two. If you feel like you need to use dry shampoo very frequently, and you need a lot of it to minimize the oils. The reason that i say that is that dry, shampoo powders, like this, don't have the same kinds of ingredients that dry shampoo sprays have in order to get these to spray. Like this, you will typically find the first three ingredients to be something like butane, denatured, alcohol and propane. Of course, those are drying. Ingredients are going to help to absorb the oils. That is the point of dry shampoo. However, again, if you have really dry, hair really damaged hair using a lot of dry shampoo like this could be something that dries out the hair further and causes more damage down the road. I don't say that to freak anyone out and i don't want anyone to think that they can't use products like this, because i use dry shampoo spray on a weekly basis. But i use it a couple times a week and i'm not drenching my hair in it. So, just something to think about: it's not a problem for me, but if you are one of those people that falls into those categories that i talked about, dry shampoo powder may be a better route for you because they don't have ingredients like that. So this one this is from dp hue. It'S our apple, cider, vinegar, dry, shampoo powder, that's tapioca starch. It has aluminum starch, silica, apple, cider, vinegar, and then this one has fragrance. So a lot more basic definitely will still help to absorb the oils. But it's just a totally different type of product. This one it's interesting, i feel like this is a problem with dry shampoo powder in general. Is that they're a little bit harder usually to evenly massage into the hair in a traceless way without leaving white residue behind? So if you have super dark, hair, you're - probably not going to love this - it works for me, but it's something that i really have to take time with, so that i don't have white stripes down the center of my head. So that, i would say, is a downside to dry shampoo powder, but either way using one of these before a workout, hopefully will get you in a much better position than if you were to use one after okay. Now, let's talk about tips that i have for during your workout, which is pretty much all related to how you actually wear your hair. This may be something that again is kind of like uh. Does that really matter? For me, this is so so important. There'S very specific ways that i wear my hair depending on the type of workout that i'm doing to make sure that i'm not getting super super sweaty all over or just to at least help to minimize it. Because there's certain hairstyles that make me sweat even more, which is basically this, do you guys, like i felt like i had to rock the sporty look, actually wear a ponytail for this video, but this is how i never wear my hair. If i'm going to do a sweaty workout so on days, one i'm doing cardio or something that i know makes me really really sweaty. I never wear my hair, like at the base of my neck scalp base of my scalp. You you get what i'm saying i don't ever rock a low pony or a low bond on sweaty workout days, because this i mean this is already an area for me. My neck kind of base of the scalp area, top of my back, that gets sweatier than other areas and having the weight and heat of my hair trapped in that area during a workout just makes me even sweatier and even warmer. So that's something that i always make sure to avoid. So, on those days when i am going to get really sweaty, i always wear my hair on top of my head completely away from my face and there's one very specific type of elastic that i will use on those days. So this is an extra long, hair elastic from scoochie. I think it's from their no damage range. This is something for me. That'S a lot less damaging than a smaller kind of traditional hair elastic because it has a thicker surface area to work with, but you can still wrap it around a lot of times. So it keeps your hair secure. So, if you're jumping around a lot, if you're running - and you really need your hair secured in place - this, at least for me - has been amazing for that versus something like a scrunchie. Just doesn't do nearly as good a job, so i will wear my hair either in a high pony or more often than not a high bun, because for me, it's kind of key to just keep my hair off my body. I'Ll talk about that. A little bit more in a second but those are, i would say, the two main hairstyles that i will rock when i'm using the extra long hair elastic on sweaty days and then on the days where i don't need my hair to be as secure so lower Impact days, i will not use the extra long hair elastic i'll, typically use a scrunchie, but there's a couple other hairstyles that i think are really really helpful at minimizing sweat that i'll talk through as well. So, of course, you can just use a regular scrunchie. Whatever you already have, this is a satin scrunchie. It'S what's in my hair right now that i found on amazon, i've talked about it. A lot love it so much, but doesn't necessarily do anything for sweat like this does. So this is a microfiber towel scrunchie for the hair. Obviously it's a scrunchie it's from kitsch, and i think this is the most genius thing ever. You guys know probably that i'm a huge fan of microfiber towels versus cotton towels, because they're softer and gentler on the hair. So not only does that have this as an added bonus, but it's really going to help to absorb the sweat. As you start to work out, while it's in your hair and then aside from the type of scrunchie that you use, there are certain kinds of hairstyles that i think definitely can be really helpful at minimizing the amount of sweat that basically, this ponytail length of your Hair comes in contact with which can make your hair really unmanageable. If you wear your hair in a ponytail like this, it can completely spread out, and basically just lay in that sweat on your neck or on your back, which is going to make your hair a lot more unmanageable. If you wear your hair in a more, i would say concealed hairstyle like a bun, which is definitely ideal. If it's in a bun, it's completely up off your body. It'S not touching your neck, it's not touching your back and then this is not getting nearly as gross. If i just let my hair fly like this and get my sweat, it gets snarly. It looks nasty. So i just try to not do that. If you don't love wearing a bun, when you work out, you could wear your hair in a braid or a twist or a bubble pony, because those hairstyles are going to help to kind of conceal your hair a little bit more. Keep it in one place so that it doesn't have the opportunity to kind of splay out like this. So there's definitely a lot of different options totally up to personal preference. If you did want to wear your hair and a braid or bubble pony or any of those options, i would definitely recommend this scoochie. It'S called a hosiery elastic. I think, of course, everything will be linked below. This is not the same thing as a traditional hair tie. It'S a lot softer. Look at this because it's actually it's like hosiery yeah. It'S like a nylon rolled up. So of course not the most secure thing ever, but good for securing your hair at the bottom. Where you have a lot less hair or throughout that ponytail and then last little accessory for the hair that i have to recommend is a mini jack clip, and this is specifically for those of you that have pieces like this. That frame your face. Maybe you have bangs or layers anything like that that you are constantly touching throughout your workout to get out of your face. That touching is, of course, going to make your hair look even sweatier and greasier when you're doing that with sweaty hands. So using a mini jaw. Clip like this can just secure those pieces out of your face, then you're not tempted to touch it's secure in a way. Basically, that's the whole theme here: keeping the hair, secure and away from the face and neck and back okay. So now, let's wrap up with some things that you can do after your workout to deal with the sweat right away. So of course, at this point we are still sweaty because there's nothing that we can do to prevent the sweat. But i have to say that for me personally, i do kind of like to just let my hair breathe and kind of let it dry on its own. If i try to go in right away with a lot of product, i feel like it just makes it a mess. So while it is kind of gross, it's just something that i've gotten used to to be honest, is just letting my hair dry on its own. But if you can't do that, i totally get it so there's a couple things that i would recommend doing. The first is again to use a microfiber towel, but this time an actual towel just squeeze up some of that extra sweat. If you're super super sweaty, i wouldn't rub this back and forth through your hair, because that can definitely make your hair more frizzy just use it to squeeze any areas that are super extra damp. Then from there. You can take your blow dryer and make sure that your blow dryer has a cool setting which do they all. At this point, i feel like most do this. One is from bio ionic and last i checked. I couldn't find this exact model anymore. I love bioionic blow dryers, but they're definitely very pricey, so i will link my favorite affordable blow dryer below it's from conair. That thing is amazing. That'S what i had before this that one also has a cool setting, but using your blow dryer in a cool setting can help to dry your roots more quickly, so that you're not sitting in a pool of sweat but, of course, be less damaging than the hot Setting and also just be more comfortable because who wants to blow hot air on their sweaty scalp grow. So a few minutes of this at the root on the cold setting can be really helpful at drying up that sweat. Of course, that's not absorbing or getting rid of the sweat, it still is there, but it at least will help to dry it. So it's not soaking wet from there once your roots are dry. If you feel like you need more dry shampoo, you can definitely apply a little bit more at the root, but, aside from the greasiness at the root, i feel like there's a couple other common concerns that i wanted to address here. The first is for those of you that get a really itchy scalp when you're not washing more frequently. Here, i want to say that this is going to totally be up to personal preference and what you actually have going on with your scalp. If you have a certain scalp condition that can benefit from more frequent washing by all means, please do that. I'M definitely not trying to say that once a week washing is for everybody. The reason that i do that again is because my water here is so damaging. So if that's not what's going on, it's not a major scalp condition that you're worried about, but you just get a little bit itchy from that dried sweat, an ingredient that you could seek out in hair care products is vinegar, apple, cider, vinegar, because that ingredient is Something that cannot only help to absorb oils and impurities, especially in a rinse off product, but can also help to adjust the ph of your scalp, which can help with that itchiness. So one that i talked about in my greasy hair tips and tricks, video is the dpq apple, cider, vinegar, rinse i'll link that below i talk about that more in depth in that video. That'S something that you would use before shampoo or in place of shampoo. In the shower, so, if you feel like you need something that you can use on the hair throughout the week when you're not washing it, this is something to look into it's from a g hair care and it's called their remedy. It says it's an apple, cider, vinegar, levon mist and on the back it says it. Detangles reduces frizz, adds shine and balances the ph of hair. This does say to apply it on clean, damp hair, but i found that it works on not so clean, sweaty hair to just provide me with a little bit of itch relief when it comes to a product like this. That has vinegar that can be drying. I'M not spraying this all over my hair, i'm not dousing my hair in this, i'm not putting it anywhere near the ponytail length of my hair, really just spritzing a little bit on the scalp area, wherever i have some itch, but it's also not something that i Use every day, so in general i would say just be careful with ingredients that are designed to absorb oils and impurities, because if you use them too often or you use too much at once, they can definitely be drying. And then the other main concern that i feel like a lot of people have after a workout is frizzy tangly, basically snarly hair, and for that i would recommend using a hair, serum or something that has oils in it to help to detangle and tame that frizz. So my personal favorite right now is from alterna it's their my hair, my canvas glo for it universal gloss, love this because it's such a nice lightweight kind of serum oil, if that makes sense, not heavy and greasy, it doesn't look gross on the hair. So i'll. Just use a little bit kind of warm it up in my hands and then i will just spread it through the back of my hair here, which is where i get the most tangly. I don't really get tangly up here, so you can use that how you would like, depending on your hair type, if you have all over frizz, just using a little bit and kind of coating. The hair with your fingers with that could be super helpful. And then i have one more product category, which is to actually kind of use the sweatiness to your advantage, which i know is a little bit backwards. We'Ve been talking about ways to offset that, but by the end of the week my hair is not looking pretty anymore. It'S not looking fresh, it's not looking how it did on wash day or even a few days after wash day by that seventh day. My hair is a hot mess, so what i like to do towards the end of the week is to use texture and wave sprays to help to work with that kind of grittiness and build up and sweat to get kind of an undone beachy. Look to my hair because i know it's not going to look freshly blown out, so my personal favorite is also from alterna and they're. My hair, my canvas, range it's their anyway, texture spray, one that i think is amazing, because it doesn't leave a weird residue in the hair. It'S not crunchy, it doesn't feel gritty or sticky amazing, and i will just spray this all over my hair and basically scrunch. My hair, to give it a little bit of that undone beachy, look, give it some life in a different way than a fresh and clean blowout. Whey has one it's called their wave spray. There are so many different brands that have texturizing sprays. Just like this. That actually work amazingly well on sweaty kind of dirty hair that don't work that great when your hair is freshly cleaned. So i wanted to make sure i was bringing that up, because i don't want anyone to think that my hair is just looking perfectly amazing. All week, it's definitely not by the end of the week and that's kind of how i embrace it and use it to my advantage and then my very last tip has nothing to do with product or the way that you wear your hair. But it's arguably the thing that makes the biggest difference for me, which is to plan my workouts based around when i want my hair to look. The best sounds super high maintenance. I know, but this is just what i've done and it works really well for me and it's kind of a way to hack the system because, like i was saying before, we can't control how much sweat our scalp produces. So what i can control is when i wash my hair and when i do those really sweaty workouts, so i've always liked my hair to look the best on the weekends. At least i did when i had a life, so i've just maintained that schedule. So i will wash my hair on wednesdays. I like a little bit of grit in the hair, not freshly cleaned, so that's what's worked best for me, wednesday, wash day. That means i do cardio on monday and then wednesday morning, the rest of the week tuesday end of the week. I will do resistance training for me personally. I'Ve never gotten as sweaty during weight training as i do during cardio. Legs is kind of an exception. So i will do legs on tuesday. I know it's like i'm literally planning my workouts around my hair but monday cardio, tuesday, legs and glutes wednesday cardio. Again, then, for the rest of the week, i'm doing workouts that still are difficult and push me, but things like arms and abs, where i just don't get nearly as sweaty and not only does that help the hair situation, but i've always found that mentally. That'S really rewarding because it's like get the hard things out of the way. First, then, you have easier workouts to look forward to at the end of the week. So you definitely don't have to do that. You don't have to be as extra as me, but that is how i can take control of that and make sure that my hair is looking a little bit fresher and better on the weekends. So that's officially it for this video. I really hope this was helpful for you guys, and you picked up some things that you think are really going to make a difference in your hair throughout the week. I would love to hear what those are in the comments below. Is there a certain product? You'Re excited to try. If so, of course, i will have everything listed in my description box below, as always, if there's something else that you do for sweaty hair, that you feel like is a game. Changer leave that in the comments below and we can kind of all exchange tips there. If there's anything else, you would like to see from me max leave that request in the comments as well. Otherwise, please don't forget to subscribe to my channel. Give this video a thumbs up. Click on that notification bell and send my channel to a friend sounds like a lot of things to do, but honestly helps me so much to make sure that my videos are actually recommended to others. So, thank you guys so much for your support. My next video will be up in a few days, so stay tuned for that. But until then i hope you have a great few days. You

Abbey Yung: Sweaty workouts are basically the one time of the week when my rule about wearing the hair in protective styles is put to the side... while the tight ponies and buns aren't great for long periods of time, I feel this actually helps prevents future breakage for me more- because then I don't have to wash as often! But with that said... video all about hair breakage coming soon! Stay tuned

brooke elle: You should do like a 7 day vlog showing your hair and how you style and treat it on each day after wash day. I think that would be super helpful, because I’m still lost without actually seeing what you mean

Ally T: When my hair was highlighted blond like yours, I could easily extend my washes to every 4-5 days (without training!). The bleaching process dries out the hair and adds volume. But as soon as I went back to my natural colour, my hair became limp and greasy so quickly. I spent four months trying to train it, only washing it twice a week and trying to extend it even longer, but I saw no results. My hair would look wet by day 3, and dry shampoo could only cover up so much. The most I can go is every 3 days now. I don't think washing once a week is for every hair type. If I ever go back to blonde though, I'll definitely be washing it less.

Kristen Lewis: I’m here for a dry shampoo video!! I’m SO sensitive to fragrance, can’t stand the powdery feel, want it as natural as possible and I’m not willing to buy a ton to find the perfect one only to waste the others. So far the Not Your Mother’s unscented is my favorite.

Jillian Maloney: Thanks for doing this video! I also struggle with hair that gets greasy fast and for the past year or so I finally have been able to go without washing so often, but haven’t figured out factoring in workouts in the best way. Let me just say I am amazed at how many baby hairs have come back in from ditching former bad habits and washing less. I had no idea I had so much breakage. It takes quite awhile they are still growing in after switching my pillow, less tight styles and scrunchies and silk pillowcase too.

Codi Brannan: Thank you! 3 weeks in to this journey from a super oily scalp and your videos have been life changing for my hair. It feels/looks so much better!

Veronica Valenzuela: Loved your tips! One thing I used to do for really sweaty workouts (I haven't done them in over a month because I got COVID and I'm still recovering) is to rinse my hair off with water and put a tiny bit of conditioner on my ends to moisture it up a bit, rinsing it off later of course. I do this mainly because I sweat a lot and I couldn't survive the week without rinsing out the sweat, and with sweat comes smell so that's a no-no.

Ashley Turner: I am trying to wash my hair less and was watching all your other videos about hair washing last night, was wondering about how you deal with it when working out a lot! perfect timing!!

Helen Couto: Thanks for all your wisdom! To be honest my issue is sunscreen. With all the reapplications throughout the it inevitably gets in my hair. Almost impossible at the hairline to avoid the “buildup”. IDk, I’d really LOVE to get to a once a week wash but I just haven’t figured out a way to avoid the yuck feeling of the sunscreen. Any suggestions?

Vane B: I love the content, and you have great tips. I think this one is a bit of a miss in that sometimes, too little washing is just counter productive. Having a constant itchy scalp and loads of build up can end up being just as bad. As far as product, love the powder idea. Sprays are drying and lead to buildup. cornstarch works great too.

nina: Great tips!! I always wear a shower cap when showering and if I’ve gotten too sweaty depending on the area I will pull my bangs out and shampoo them no conditioner and or a tiny bit of shampoo at the base of my neck up under the shower cap and rise out . I don’t blow dry when I do this . I wash my hair on wed and sun

Patti Kousoulis: The absolute best tip to apply dry shampoo before a workout!!! Can't believe I never thought of that. Tried it today and it worked great. Another added benefit is sometimes I would get a whiff of it which is always nice to smell something pleasant during a workout. Have you reviewed the Bumble and Bumble post-workout dry shampoo? That is what I currently have and would love to hear your thoughts on it.

Isobel: Love these tips! Something I feel after working out is just that I want to shower my hair with water, not shampooing but just water. Now If you have hard water this is probably bad, but if you dont just a quick cold to lukewarm rinse makes me feel like im not dirty, you could probably have filtered water from a cup or something that you can just rinse the hair with

Keyza Almanza: This was helpful. Thank you! If you could upload a hair progression through a regular week, that'd be great :).

Sarah M: I've had suchhhhh trouble with this to the point my hair has been shedding and breaking off and I'm fairly certain it's from the sweat because I went to the doctor and all my lab work was fine and I eat really healthy, the only change has been exercising 6 days a week. I also have thick curly hair which further complicates things because I feel it's a waste to wash every day, plus my hair is too dry for that anyways. I think the sweaty scalp is what's causing my hair to become damaged though but it's hard to avoid unless I just stop working out, or start washing every day. Looking for tips, so thank you

N McHugh: Have you discussed hair maintenance for outdoor workouts, like running or walking? I walk or run 5-8 miles every other day and I wear a hat to keep sun from fading and damaging my hair. Any tips for that? I am for sure sweaty underneath afterward. I do let it dry then apply dry shampoo afterward, but I will try your dry shampoo before idea. Loving your videos, recommended you to my hair stylists and she is telling all her clients. Thank you!!

Heather N: Love all these tips, very much needed in my life!!

Abby Glawe: Loving watching your videos!! FYI I went to get #20 and it’s actually linked to the blow out product instead of the texture spray.

Marjolein Wolvers: An immediate like for this video! I've been searching so long for tips on how to wash my hair less frequently but didn't know how to incorporate them because I work out 5 to 6 times a week and get swaety hair. Thank you so much!

isabella revilla: I also plan my workouts around my hair I have to talk it out with my boyfriend too. We train in our garage and he sweats so much, making the garage even hotter and I hate sweating because of my hair!

Barbara Mello: This video was so incredibly helpful, thank you!!

Bonnie Anderson: Just curious if you have ever used corn starch instead of dry shampoo? I use it all the time and it works well to help absorb the oils. AND it’s economical. What are your thoughts on this?

Hazy Daisie: Yup. I'm only half way through the video, but I'm already with you because I use those extra large hair elastics. I double it to start with, meaning I start with the elastic already as if it were wrapped twice around my hair, but I put it like that on my hand before I put it on my hair and then I treat the 2 layers as if they were one single hair tie. They last much longer than regular hair elastics and don't stretch out of shape nearly as easily and they hold my high ponytail or high bun in place all day long. My work day is a workout itself because I have a highly physical job and I don't just sit inside all day

isabella revilla: For sweaty days, how do you ensure that the hairstyles aren’t pulling your hair out? A receding hairline\hair loss are big fears of mine. But I work out 6 days a week

Catalina Randle: Oh Ouai wave spray on not freshly clean hair thanks for the tip Abbey I have that one so will use it on dirtier hair . I also heard it can be used on the roots to give volume ‍♀️ I love the way you do your hair buns ☺️ how about a tutorial on that ? Few hair styles you use often ...

Sherry G: I can’t use dry shampoo because of the fragrance, I’m allergic. I wash every other day. After a workout, on a non wash day, I wash my bangs only. I have my hair up in the shower, and I rinse the hair above the back of my neck, where I sweat. That’s how I manage it. Thanks for the tips on how to wear the hair in a workout!

Wen-chee L.: How do you wear your hair while sleeping?

Florecita: Everything sounds great…BUT…all of these products seem kind of expensive (texturizer, powder dry shampoo, etc), and also a daily process to maintain. Honestly I think it would be much easier, and might even look better, to just wash your hair twice a week. Seems like less work, and more affordable, Lol. Also, none of these tackles one of the biggest problems with dirty hair: bad smell. In my experience , most hair products don’t really mask that well this issue. Hair starts to smell really bad probably around day 4-5, and by day 6-7, flies would be going around the head, Lol. I just honestly can’t comprehend how anyone can survive waiting 7 days to wash their hair unless is someone that doesn’t sweat at all. Kudos to all of you that are able to, but I don’t think most people are in this category ‍♀️
