So I made an updated hair care routine for my sister since she dyed her hair twice this month and also she continuously uses heat on her hair to preserve her hair.

Everyone, so today we are going to be talking about hair care routine after you dye your hair. Now, a lot of you have been asking me to make actually your formulated hair care routine for every single one who is about to dye their hair and who has already gotten their hair dye. So what you do after that, so my sister. Actually, if you notice she just newly newly dyed, her hair, so would you tell them about your experience and what your hairdresser told you so actually I dyed my hair, I'm twice already this month. My first color was like chestnut brown. Okay and however, I didn't get the result that I wanted, so I excited to go lighter. So I dyed my hair again and my hairdresser told me that your hair strand really went from the thin build up, thinner yeah, so I really have to treat my hair and, of course, the damage. The possibility. What you know you will have more split and your hair will very easily and the dryness yeah. Oh, I figured that I'm gon na give you a haircare routine. You can follow along today. I'M just going to suggest the things that I crews. We have right now. Okay, so, firstly, I would actually suggest for her, since this is like the most available thing for her um, but I do suggest like buying shampoos and conditioner that really treats like color treated hair, because I feel like that would preserve your color as well. And if you can ask your hairdresser like what kind of shampoo, if you will use too often, we preserve the color of your hair and that'd be great as well, but right now this can actually be a good um shampoo to use on your hair, and that Is Palmolive intensive moisture and this is shampoo and a conditioner and it has cocoa cream and milk protein, and this is specifically for people who have dry or coarse hair, which is her hair. Currently, right now - and I feel like that - is actually accessible and available to you like almost anywhere now, if you guys are watching this, you can also use any shampoo or conditioner that treats dry or coarse hair or dry damaged, hair or for color treated hair, because That would really benefit you, import conditioner. We are going to be using our trusty old cream, silk dry rescue, and it says here that it gets up to 99 % dryness free and I feel like every girl here in the Philippines uses yeah use cream sell. If ever they rebonds our hair, if they dye their hair so for hair masks, as I've said, you can go for like the DIYs, but I know that you know she's a working, mom and also she's, like her life, is always on the go. She basically doesn't have time to do all the DIY hair masks. So for her for convenience sake, you can also use the Tresemme keratin and smooth, and this is for Salon smooth, hair mask and it looks like this and if your hair is drying it right now and if you're suffering from a lot of frizz this product is A great product to use as well, because it really tamed sound phrase while moisturizing your hair. You can also use a leave-in conditioner if you want to, but I don't be like it's not necessary because of all of the moisturizing that we've done for your hair. No, so in between washes, you guys, I'm like telling her that from now on, she should just stop washing her hair, often so in between washes. You can use a dry shampoo, just even on your scalp, to get rid of those excess oils because she has like the oily scalp type. So this would be a handy thing for her to use. So you guys who've actually tried all those things on her hair. The shampoo, the conditioner and the hair mask. So how does your hair feel right now? Middle or right feels really soft and move huh, even though it's my hair's not get cold yeah, but it's still yeah yeah gon na. Let her hair air dry and once that's done, are you planning to flat iron, your hair or not? I think so. If we're gon na dry, my hair mm-hmm we're just gon na flat iron me yeah cuz, that's her regimen! She really does flat iron her hair once a week. So basically, I'm gon na show you, after we air dry, her hair the process on how she flat irons, her hair and also the last grooming. So now my sister's hair is completely dry all right, so on her hair we will actually be using the HSI argan oil thermal heat protection before she flat irons, her hair. That'S what it looks like right now go ahead and apply the argan oil on your tips and this hair care routine. I made it especially for my sister, because I know that she uses heat on her hair constantly, and if you are the same, then you can actually follow these as well and just to like your own products, feel free to use whatever it is. It works for you, but basically this is just a guide that is take you guys. I hope you all liked this video and found this video helpful, and this are actually the guidelines am letting my sister you, since she has dyed her hair.
