How To Use Rice & Beetroot For Hair Care |30 Days Summer Hair Growth Challenge|Day 13,14,15 &16.

Hai friends,
We start an excellent hair care journey 30 days summer hair challenge in this summer for regrow lost hair, get double hair density & long hair in 30 days.
We used Our 6 day routine
So use Today remedy as day 13,14,15 & 16 of this 30 days summer hair challenge.
13,14,15 use scalp only the 16 th day use entire hair and scalp add aloevera or hibiscus flower or coconut milk in 16 th day
If you not wash hair daily use one day or alternative days this tips.
Please watch video give important instruction for this 30 days summer hair challenge.
We used simple ingredients That easily available in our home & kitchen.
Ingredients :
Raw rice one spoon
Beetroot one
Beetroot really helpful to clean scalp, Remove dandruff and support healthy hair regrowth.
Rice excellent remedy for hair related issues like dry hair, split ends etc. Its give more strength and work like a shampoo
Take one spoon rice and one beetroot. Wash this both. Then cut beetroot and add rice, one and half glass water then boil it. Its cook well then cool. Then paste it. Filter it. Then apply entire scalp day 13,14,15 then 16 th day add aloevera or hibiscus flower or coconut milk apply entire scalp and hair
Do proper Touch up oiling
Apply entire scalp
Then 10 minutes later wash you hair
Good water use in hair wash(Not use shampoo if hard waster use hair wash use mild shampoo)
Drink 10-12 glass water.
Skip white sugar(white sugar contained foods)in this 30days.
I will give different hair growth supporting shakes.
Now i am drinking different type of Juices. We called 30 days juice challenge. now its completed 19 days. its an on going routine after getting a fever after 2 nd dose vaccination. That videos uploaded daily evening 7 pm so watch that videos and follow it.
