Welcome back to my channel it's dawn, and today I'm gon na be giving you 12 basic tips. 12 basic pieces of knowledge that anyone who wears weave wants to wear weave is new to the weave world. Welcome in by the way you need to know this done so without further ado, let's just jump right into the video. So, let's go with number one say no to tight, weave and tight installs just say: no, don't do it do not let anyone who is installing your hair snatch, you back. Okay, you don't need to be snatched back that hard okay, they can snatch a little bit, but not all the way. Okay and your hair does not need to be that tight to last long. Okay, just say no: no to tighten sauce no number to wash your weave. Ladies, you can wash your hair once a week or once every two weeks at the most like do not go hold three weeks without washing your hair. Do not go a whole month without washing your wheat. You still need to take care of your weave, not for you. If you don't need all that expensive shampoo, you can get some basic shampoo, some Pantene, some Tresemme basic stuff, that's very affordable and it'll. Do wonders for your hair three-three number three number: three moisturize your edges, like you, you have to do this because if you, if you don't treat your edges right, ladies, they will leave you and they won't come back like seriously. So you get you a daily moisturizer. Put a little coconut, a dab of coconut on you, a coconut oil on your edges, a dab, a little grease, a little something just a little moisturizer on your edges. So you also have number four make sure you have a nice foundation for your hair. If you don't have a nice foundation, then your we won't last very long so on your base. Ask for a net number 5, get a trim when you take your hair out when you take your weave out when it's time to wash your real hair, make sure you get a trim. Some people are so scared to trim their hair and cut their hair girl. It'S just hair, it's gon na grow back and if you don't trim it then you'll have all of these dead ends. So then, one that you do finally get a trim and eight months you have to cut off like three inches of your hair, so get a trim every time you take your weave out because we've as a protective style, so your hair will automatically grow. So if you keep it up and you keep it trim, you'll get your inches Lee they'll come your inches will come to you. Just trim trim number six avoid glue, do not put glue in your hair and do not let anyone put glue in your hair hair glue. It'S the devil like do not put it in it's just gon na pull your hair out. It'S just gon na damage your hair, it's not good for you! There'S nothing good about putting glue in your hair. You want to squeeze another track in try to throw it in the back. Don'T don't just glue it in at the top or try to glue something. Now don't do that, there's no good from glue! Nothing good can come from glue number seven! Do not keep your weave in for six months. Please do not keep it in for six months, two months, the max six to eight weeks. That'S your range right there other than that, ladies! Don'T do it, take it out, wash your hair, deep condition. Your hair trim your hair six to eight weeks. Okay, six months, you see those pictures on Instagram of the moles and girls having to cut all their hair off because they think that, oh, my God, my weave is good. It'S gon na six to eight weeks. That'S that's it! That'S all! You need number a make sure you, oil, your scalp before you sew in your hair after you braid your hair. Up put some oil on your scalp run some oil through the braids, the parts of your braids, and that's it and rub it in with your fingers and that's all you need just a little bit of oil on your scalp, so it won't be dry and itchy And flaky, because all that patent, that's not keep it's not cute at all boy. You just got nine, get you some flexi rods, some big flexi rods, some small flexi rods, so you won't have to get up in the morning and curl your hair every morning or wander here. Every morning before you go to sleep, throw 3-4 flexi rods in your hair and boom you wake up, you got some voluminous curls and you can keep it moving and you just got to do is: do your face? Beat your face. Take out your flexi rods. Put your clothes on and go girl and you're set, get you some flexi rods, number ten Marshalls and t.j.maxx your best friends. If you don't have a good quality flat iron or a good quality lawn curler girl go to TJ, Maxx Marshalls, I'm pretty sure Ross might have some stuff too, but Ross the baby playing around. Sometimes they don't didn't, really have all that good stuff, but TJ Maxx and Marshalls go to them. You can find you a nice flat on a nice font. Curler twenty twenty-five dollars boom bow BAM. That'S it TJ Maxx Marshalls, your best friend number, you let it if you find a good weave. Ladies, if you find a good company that has good weave quality, stick with it. Okay, I know you see all these people out here, trying all these weaves and all these different brands and companies and everything. But if you find a good company that has good quality hair for a good decent price, stick with them don't go out and try this and try that, because most likely you'll be disappointed, especially once you find that good company with the good hair - and you love It it doesn't tangle, it doesn't shed and then you're like. Oh, let me try another company and you just be disappointed. Stick with what you know, okay, especially if it's affordable, stick with what you know, that's it and last but not least, number 12. Make sure you love the hair that grows out of your own scalp, make sure you take care of it as best as you possibly can, and just love you for you, okay, guys, there you have it. There are your 12 basic need-to-know pieces of knowledge for everybody who wants to wear weave you already wear weave or you're new to the weave world there.
