Hazy stars: it's your girls are and I'm back with another video today, I'm bringing you the second installment of your most frequently asked Greece questions. Now I don't wan na waste your time. Let'S just get straight into this video. If you haven't seen the first installment I'm going to link in the top right corner, so you can watch it prior to watching this video or after just let it open up in another window. Now, of course, before we start, please don't forget to do these four simple things be sure to thumbs up this video. It lets you to know you enjoy this type of content comment down below. Let me know your thoughts share. Your ideas with me ask your questions. Be sure that also share this video with your friends and your loved ones and last, but never ever least subscribe to my channel and turn on your notifications. So you know every time I post a new video. Okay, let's get right into it if you're not already make sure you're following me on instagram via epic design, es I K, Z or aren't there. You can see all my lovely pics and interact with me and be sure to also follow me on twitter via FX. I became EF, i k za ra there. I taught you all. I share my thoughts and we're gon na be doing a lot of Giveaways very soon, so stay tuned girl. I love you this video. Is it question? I don't have a sensitive or itchy scalp. Usually, I'm thinking to use your tea tree and water concoction, the Shea Moisture low porosity can dish which truly is the best and do grow hair grease. Do you think it's still worth adding in the sulfur 8 as extra scalp protection, or will the remainder of your routine? Suffice again, love you uh-huh! So if you don't have any scalp issues, I personally don't think you need to seek out a grease. That'S dedicated to scalp health um, but you might consider using it because sulfur has some growth properties, so I mean that's a reason why you could use it, but actually, if you really don't have any scalp issues, if your scalp is not dry, then you probably shouldn't Be putting anything on it that probably means that it's producing enough sebum and if you put anything on it, could actually upset your scalp and aggravate it so scratch that don't put anything on your scalp. If you don't have scalp issues, if you're not suffering from the dryness, if you don't have dandruff, if you don't have dry, scalp and itchiness, please what do you edit your videos with? Do you advise grease on hair, even in the winter, I actually advise grease on hair, more often in the winter, because the winter is very cold and typically very dry. So you want to make sure that you're sealing the moisture in and protecting your hair from nature. Like really that's just it now in the winter, I can't even leave my hair out. That'S how much my hair dislikes winter. I need to tuck my hair completely away. If you insist on wearing your hair in some capacity, grease is going to do a lot to protect your hair and ultimately prevent splits and breakage for much longer than your average sealant. So scalp and hair health questions, green heart or another green emoji, the heading - and let me know what else you want to ask down below: let's help each other out, if you have anything to share with anybody, please do that. Also, many people are telling me that oiling my scalp is good, while others are telling me to leave my scalp alone. What should I do to help my hair? That'S actually a great question. Now it's kind of a trick instruction because oiling and/or greasing your scalp is good and bad. It really depends upon your own scalp environment. So if your scalp is dry chances are you need to apply some water and slap, some grease or some oil on that scalp? On me, and while you can do that ASAP, if your scalp is oily already, please do not put anything on it. It will upset your scalps natural sebum balance and cause you lots of issues. It'S like trying to use an oil or a very occlusive moisturizer on oily skin. If you have oily skin, you want to use something lightweight on your skin. If you have dry skin, you want to use something very heavy to keep your skin hydrated. It'S a similar principle and, of course your scalp is skin. So why wouldn't the same apply to your scalp? Do you think Greece is better for mixed hair? I used Greece on my daughter's hair when she was young and her hair was in better condition than it is now. She says that Greece is too heavy, but her hair is dry and breaks off so not growing very much so y'all. I put a disclaimer on that video, basically stating that I have obviously changed my opinion now. I was not necessarily wrong in that video because, if you're using petroleum jelly products improperly, then your hair is going to suffer. But if you're properly moisturizing your hair prior to applying petrolatum, then your hair is going to be super hydrated for a longer period of time. So it's really up to you whether or not you want to use Greece. I personally am agree Stan at this point. I cannot live without Greece, it's a staple in my regimen, but if you do decide to use Greece, please ensure that your hair is properly washed. Conditioned deep condition, treated, moisturized, etc. Prior to applying the grease. That'S extremely important now drop that purple emoji, and that is grease for me. If you still have questions as to whether or not grease is indeed for you can. I use grease on 4c low porosity hair, simple answer. Yes, my hair is low porosity. My hair is Type four use that grease honey-bunny use. It so use it to your heart's content. It'S going to help the moisture stay in your hair for much longer. It'S great he's our thanks for this. I have high porosity fine, 4c hair, that's prone to tangles, especially when I shampoo. I see that you recommend grease, but you have low porosity hair. You also use sulfate shampoos, which I find to be very drying. Could you recommend a hair routine for me, please Thanks. It'S Greece good for a high porosity hair. Now these are actually really great questions and to answer as concisely as possible. Yes, Greece is phenomenal for high porosity hair. Now let me tell you why high porosity hair is obviously more susceptible to relinquishing moisture, because the cuticle is more porous really. Grease is really beneficial because it's highly occlusive and the more grease you add, the more occlusive it becomes. So if you're using a product like Greece, you're guaranteed pretty much to keep the moisture in your hair for a much longer time now, if you have high porosity hair, I highly recommend you watch my regimen building video I've probably already linked it in the cards in The top right, but if I haven't it, will be lean check that out, so you can figure out how to build your own regimen, because that video applies to everyone, including people with highly porous hair people with relaxed hair people with natural hair, etc, etc, etc. I'M just going to give you a quick regimen in this video. Now, if I had high porosity hair - Oh probably cleanse with castile soap, castile soap could be very, very mild and it's not as stripping and it can be diluted very easily. I might also cleanse with maybe a sulfate free shampoo. I like Shea moistures black soap - shampoo, that's really really great. I love that and it's quite moisturizing or a moisturizing shampoo. So there are some options: if you're having trouble keeping moisture in your hair while you're cleansing it. Now when it comes to moisturizing, I would probably use myopia natural, which I already use, because it's pH balanced. You want something that's going to actually close the cuticle as much as possible and make your hair less porous. So that's really going to help and I probably use a thicker moisturizer, something that's also going to fill in the cuticle. Now also, protein treats more often probably on a weekly or bimonthly basis, and I would use a really occlusive grease now. I specifically use a grease that has protein in it again to help fill my cuticle hair. That is highly porous or hair, there's more normal porosity. Those hair types really really love protein and protein is super beneficial. If you have highly porous hair now, you can check out my products, video if you have high porosity hair, because there are some products that I use that are also really phenomenal for high porosity hair. Now, if you guys want a video, let me know, because I have enough knowledge about hair, to make a video on what would work for high porosity hair and my sister her hair. I don't think it's high porosity, but it is normal porosity, so products that work for her don't work for me and products that she uses would most likely benefit high porosity hair. So let me know now, if you do want a high porosity, hair video drop, a white emoji down below feel free to also include your questions, so we can further this discussion if hair Cree is only good for type 4 hair, I have 3c curls and I Really want to try it, but I'm scared that it might be too heavy. Would you recommend for me to use the Duke Omega thick hair grease on 3b 3c hair? I'M scared. It will weigh. My hair down is grease okay for frizzy hair. Now grease is great for pretty much any hair type if your hair straighter, it's probably not gon na - be back up your hair um, because I'd imagine that your scalp produces a bit of sebum and it's able to move down the hair chef. Also, there's that to consider and if your hair straighter a lighter product like an oil, would probably be better or mineral oil, but grease is ultimately good for all curly to kinky hair type. The type of grace you use is dependent upon your hair type as a whole, so your curl pattern will likely accept grease, but you need to determine what's going to not weigh down your hair, what's going to actually seal in the moisture, what's not going to cause Breakage or make your hair feel greasy, you know what I mean so with a lot of greases, they have lights alternatives, there's a light version of the sulfur 8 there's a light version of the duke grow and I'm sure that there's a light version of blue magic And other types of grease, so if your hair is a looser texture, then you should probably be used a lighter version of a grease. If you want the same benefit and of course, if you're not heavy-handed, you should get the same benefits of grease without the greasy feeling, I'm 3 B, 3 C hair. If your hair is course, that is if the circumference of your hair is larger than I would say that you can use Duke Omega thick. But if you have fine hair strength and you should probably use the Duke grow light and I'm going to link both in the description box down below well, ultimately, grease is fine for frizzy hair. Again, I think that the type of grease one is going to use is more dependent upon the thickness of each hair strand, not so much the curl pattern or the density of the hair. Do you think Greece is better for mixed hair? I used to grease on my daughter's hair when she was young and her hair was in better condition than it is now. She says that Greece is too heavy, but her hair is dry and breaks off so not growing. Very much. Now that's a bit of a loaded question because, though I understand we are coming from, I feel like it can be misconstrued, because hair on biracial or multiracial people is pretty much all across the board. You can be biracial black and white and literally have 4c hair. If it's kinkier than mine, so I mean, I think that we should bear that in mind. But ultimately, I think what this person is asking is about a certain type of texture that is typically perceived as mixed hair. So maybe a silkier hair texture with a looser curl pattern, and I would say ultimately yes, if you saw that your daughter's hair was successful and thriving with grease usage. And now it's like a hot mess. Then probably yes, I mean the proof is in the pudding right and you have your own anecdote to prove that Greece was working well for her hair. So I think that you could go back to it if she feels it's too heavy. You may be switched to a lighter alternative, so a light version of the Greece that you were using previously. You could also try a mineral oil which is a liquid by-product of the crude oil refining process. So that's a great alternative to petroleum jelly in the events that the petroleum jelly is too heavy for your hair, it's as occlusive as petroleum, jelly and more occlusive than oil. Now, if you have questions or comments regarding looser textures and grease, please drop a brown heart or another brown emoji down below and comment whether you guys experienced with grease and relaxed hair. What about greasing my scalp with keratin treated hair? We are not supposed to use sulfates. I was loved to use grease again for my dry scalp. Well, I mean my head was relaxed back in 2009 and Greece. Greece was my life. Greece made my hair so soft. So I think that Greece is excellent on relaxed time now, if you're trying to press your hair out, obviously you're not going to use no Greece gon na weigh it down. But if you're just like trying to protect your hair, then Greece is phenomenal and my hair was really long when I was relaxed like super long and really pretty so I think Greece is fantastic for relaxed hair. Now when it comes to keratin treated hair. I didn't know: y'all aren't supposed to use whole face, but it makes sense because you don't want the proteins to leave the hair. So I think it's fine to use grief, I mean you can use a soap instead to rinse it out. So I think it's find these Greece to cleanse the hair, definitely use a soap I used. Greece then got cornrows and I plan to leave it on for two weeks, but can i still moisturize my hair in between, because you mentioned earlier that after Greece moisture can't get in and it can't leave either now, if you have cornrows in and you've moisturize your Hair properly and greased your hair and your scalp, you probably won't need to read moisturize it's only two weeks and your hair is already in a position to lose less moisture, especially if your ends are tucked into the corner pattern. So I don't think any remoisturize. Now, if you absolutely want to, I would recommend only remoisturize in your scalp, but you don't need to read moisturize your hair. In my humble opinion, I usually have my hair and braids for a long time, and sometimes I do wash it but it mess it up. I see some people say it's best to wash every two weeks, but if I spray my hair with water and then grease my scalp will that work for a moisture also, how would I wash my hair and braids without it messing up? I plan on keeping kinky twists in my hair for two months. Can I use grease on my scalp during those two months? Won'T that cause buildup. I don't plan on washing my scalp and hair during those two months because I don't wash when I do twists or box braids only when I do cornrows. How do you use grease when you have extensions such as weaves and braids or twists? Personally, I just put one of my scalp: he asked my watering tea tree oil mixture and then I'll grease, my scalp with my sulphur 8 mix or my normal sulfur 8. So y'all can find that video in the cards, but um yeah. I don't like to stress myself: yes, it does cause build-up, I mean you can't really avoid that and your scalp is not gon na be clean, but at least it keeps the itches at bay and keeps my scalp quite healthy, even when it's in the style. Now I haven't left a protective styling for more than two months in a long time. So by the time I take my hair down, my scalp is ready to be deeply cleansed and I'm fine with that um. If I absolutely need to wash my hair when it's in a protective style, if I feel that my scalp is like crying out for help, I definitely will now, if you all want me to make a video on how to do that. Please leave a comment down below and drop a flag emoji. I know we're using lots of emojis I'm a Java flag emoji. If you want that, because that's literally a separate topic but um yeah. That'S how I approach keeping my scalp healthy. While I'm doing protective styles. Now again, you don't have to wash your hair if it's in braids or other protective styles. I think it's easier to wash hair than this movie. I always wash my hair when it's you know weave, but I haven't been a weave in years because at this point I just wear wigs. I, like my scalp, to really be exposed to the air, and I also like to minimize the possibility of having mildew just ravaged my hair and leg out. So I think wigs are the way to go personally yeah when it comes to braids or extensions like that. I don't worry about washing my hair until I remove the strong at hair. Breakage stayed away from Greece and it didn't help started back using blue magic and noticed a difference. I'M going dreads now and don't know what to do. Should I still use Greece since it's been working, oh and go Ravens? How do you use grease on locks? Does it unlock them, or does it build up badly in the locks? How do you clean them, or is it not a good idea? Please help. My locks are so dry, okay, you know what I think: it's fine to use, grease and locks, but it's one of those things. If you're going to use grease in your locks, you definitely have to shampoo your hair and, I think, every once in a while. You need to use a chelating shampoo. That'S super important, that's going to remove every ounce of buildup from your hair and I think that's important for everybody, and I need to find one here in Nigeria that I can use, because my hair needs a good clarify. You know I just need a reset button. Definitely so yeah, I think chelating shampoos are phenomenal and I think that everybody should use them from time to time more. So if you have luck, I don't know about apple, cider, vinegar, rinses and stuff, like that apple, cider, vinegar and baking soda I mean I don't know much about having locks, so I'd have to do research and actually see if that helps, but I'm about things that Are scientifically proven to work so chelating shampoos may be a good sulfate shampoo. If you're, not a fan of sulfates black soap is really really deeply clarifying, especially if you're using the right one. So you might experiment if your locks are very dry, try greens, but make sure moisturize your hair very well prior to using the grease and also again make sure that you're cleansing properly when you're, using something that occlusive does your hair feel greasy? Does it spoil everything? How do you keep your pillow dry at night? How do you keep your pillow from being greasy or having grease and oil stains, or maybe I'm just too heavy-handed? Now, when my hair isn't afro chances? Are I don't have a lot of grease on it? Probably just the very end, and even then I try to keep it light when my hair is in twists. I use a lot of grease, but how do I keep my pillow dry? I like to use a scarf and a bonnet so I'll use my scarf tie that on and I'll use my bonnet and put that over at the scarf. So it actually keeps my pillow quite dry and I don't get any grease or oil stains, because my bonnet is made out of silk. If you're using a silk bonnet chances are, nothing is going to penetrate that bonnet once you tie up your hair, so I think that's a really great way to keep your garments. Your pillows everything soil free when you're using grease. No does my hair feel greasy all not typically because by the time I'm wearing afro or any other loose style, my hair has had time to release it, so the petrolatum, while my hair, is not as difficult to deal with. You know what I mean. Does your hair feel greasy into this? Well everything that's a great question and actually the answer to that would be no because my hair is tucked away 90 % of the time. I really don't wear my hair out unless I'm filming yeah, that's just it yeah. I really can't come and kill myself, so no, my hair doesn't really feel greasy, because when I do wear it out, I tend to be a bit light handed with the grease and then aside from that, I still use my other sealants, which tend to evaporate a Bit more quickly and then, aside from that, when my hair is finally free, the grease has had time to really settle in. So you can't feel it as much if you do touch my hair, okay, y'all. So at the end of this particular video and don't forget, there's still a part 3 coming up so stay tuned for that if you've made it this far, please be sure to drop a blue emoji down below all my oh jeez know what it is. Thank you. So much for watching I'm so appreciative to have you all here and please don't forget to do those 4 simple things be sure to comment down below share this video. Please share it with your friends and your loved ones. So you know when I post I've got a lot of exciting stuff in store for you all, and I can't wait to share it with you. Thank you once again and I'll see you in the next video

EfikZara: Hey y’all!! New vid on le channel! This is the second part of me answering all your questions about grease!! Please thumbs up, comment, share, and subscribe! Please also be sure to subscribe to my Photography channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCR9j1J93facD-chJBHCn5ug I’ll be posting tutorials FINALLY! Can’t wait to share with y’all, I love y’all so much, and don’t skip the ads ❤️

Mary Ann Ali: It's nice to see a young lady talk about using grease. I'm 70 yrs old and my mom always used grease on our hair. I still use it, again thank you.

AbbieGSarah: Sulfur 8 is life for my scalp. Since I started using it, I haven’t had any specs of dandruff it has saved me thanks a million.

Vanessa Clark: I'm kind of surprised that I haven't noticed anyone request your "Sulfur 8 mix" - what's in your recipe? Oh and btw, as a trans femme I truly appreciate your inclusivity, you're so cute and fun about it, much love to you Zara!

Elsh: You literally look like a freaking goddess and ur voice is amazing

black bulma: For ladies with locs the ACV rinse is essential. My bf has locs. Greasing and mosturing esp. When retwisting is important.

Vanessa Clark: I don't have any scalp issues, but I still grease my scalp with Sulfur 8 because it feels so good and I love the tingly sensation of it!

jeffsycks: Young lady, your hair is so long, and so beautifully curly; and you manage to get it all up in that luscious style!! ❤️. Your gorgeous hair frames your pretty face so well!! I LOVE your style choices, and your natural beauty!! . Thank you for sharing your advice and making your videos!!! Love seeing you on here!

PrincessConsuela: I have mostly “3c” hair, some 3b/4a and I use the blue magic coconut with Shea moisture detangler & wet line gel works wonderfully

Pearlie: Love the advice... LOVE THIS CHANNEL TOO..... I am only at 2:18 and I want to share that you are right. I don't have itchy or dry scalp and I tried it. It did aggravate my scalp. So I just use the oils now. I do put sulfur in a water bottle and spray it in my scalp after the grease didn't work for me. But I do know other people who use it that have dry and itchy scalp, and it works wonders for them. I do also use the tea tree oil with water come and I spray that on my hair as well. That has been good for me too.

Sable 711: Oh looks like I need to look for part 1. Hope you are well and staying safe in this environment that we have now. Hope you and your mom had a great Mother's Day! :-)

Tara Bain: When using grease on locs apply only to the scalp .Any further and it will be difficult to get out . If you can’t find any sulphate shampoo good enough use dawn dish soap .Make sure to use periodically a moisture and protein treatment on your locs. To reduce breakage as much as possible . Listen to your locs

Kee Kee: Love your videos so inviting watch, so informative and helpful for those who really wanted to take better care of our hair, Have a great day, be safe..

Ghaiyo .K: I loveeee this woman she’s an angel sent to me with her knowledge❤️

Ohema Josefine: Thank you so much for this video, I am about to order some grease. Also, I have got a question here. I have 4c, low porosity and sparse hair. I have been neutral since 2013 but my hair never really grew past the 'awkward stage', so I would then cut it really short to rock a twa, for some reason it was easier to manage. Now, since last year I decided to let my hair grow again and I am at that 'awkward stage' again. Now I read that for low porosity hair it's good to deep condition once a week, but I thought you should only deep condition after you washed your hair with a shampoo. So, I am confused do I put deep condition on dry hair, or wet my hair first or use a rinse out conditioner but then again that would be co-wash. How can i deep condition on the weekly basis? I am looking forward to all of your answers. Stay bless and safe X

itsKanishaxo: Girl.... you need to do ASMR! I feel so relaxed watching this right now

Fisayo Ekeng: I love your hair videos especially the vids about low porosity hair. would you ever drop a grwm makeup edition because your makeup always looks amazing!

Kaelani Amputch: I have 3b/3c hair and have recently started using regular Doo Gro. It works fantastic for me! I let my hair mostly air dry and then plop it all on top of my head so I can put my mesh bonnet on. It fully dries like that and I can shake it down in the morning and it’s bouncy and shiny 10/10 would recommend to my fellow 3b/3c girls and guys

JustNaturallyMe: Yesss sis! I literally just started back using grease for my scalp because I have issues with itchy scalp and using oils wasn’t working.

beausecur90: Heeyyy I'm going to box braids soon. Before, I would use a braid spray and moisturize with that 2x a day. I feel like it worked but I was wondering how I could include grease in that regimen so I don't have to moisturize my braids as mucj

Pixelynx: For that video. I have high porosity hair and grease has been a godsend for me so far. I have never experienced my hair feeling so moisturized in ... ever. I'm still getting the hang on my own regimen but currently I wash my hair every other week with some regular sulfate shampoo and condition with some regular conditioner [on a budget ] , after I do an ACV rinse to help close the cuticle [I've noticed my hair has also seemed more soft and more easily untangled afterward]. Then I use a moisturizer, oil mixture and then grease in that order to put my hair up and use tea tree oil with peppermint oil on my scalp. It has been great for me so far. One week in I use a mixture of ACV diluted in water in a spray bottle focusing mostly on my scalp to help break up the bonds of the sebum and coax it down my strands and remoisturize and seal my hair. Just need to get myself on a protein treatment regimen now. lol. Also need to get some Sulfur 8 to try on my scalp. The tea tree oil and peppermint has help my scalp issues pretty well so far but let's see if I can make it better. :3

Coily Curly: I just started using grease again on my hair because of your videos. Not ready to put it on my scalp yet but my ends are loving it ❤️

Kemisola Isijola: This was absolutely fun to watch

Ghaiyo .K: I’m genuinely confused as to why she doesn’t have 1M subs

Faye Agbana: Hey Zara! I love your contents. They're so educative and informative! It's helped me so much in my journey!

Williams Oluwaseun Judith: Can you please do a length check? Or updated wash day routine? How do you maintain your hair in a fro like this especially at night?

Kayy Wash: Your videos are so helpful, and I love just listening to you talk. I really enjoy the effort you put into making your videos, and I was just wondering what kind of editing software do you use?

Emma Elisha: Im so happy for following your advice and using sulfur 8 on my scalp. I have seborrheic dermatitis and cant get my medicated shampoo and had to actually use selsum blue (the one that says medicated), as well as sulfur 8 mixed with jbco oil with peppermint oil and it's helped soooo much. My scalp doesnt itch as much and there's no more flakes. So thankful

DeAna Williams: I have high porosity 4c hair. I wash my every three weeks or once a month. To shampoo my I use a clarifying shampoos by Sauve mixed Dr. Bonner Peppermint Castile soap. For a deep conditioner Cream of Narure Intesive conditioning treatment with Argan oil. For a leave-in sprits I use Aloe Vera juice. For a hair grease/oils I Blue Magic‘s with Bergamot (the green one) I just add oils and herbs to it to take it up a notch. Hair grease is the best choice for me.

_TheModernNatural: I have 4c low porosity hair. How often should I apply hair grease? Currently Im rocking mini braids and apply my Sulfur 8 & Doo Groo to my scalp 3 times a week. By the way I wash my hair every two weeks with the Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Fortifying Shampoo with Aloe Extract.

Janice Jones Sanders: @EfikZara, first of all,I love the look and I love your hair.I am a new subscriber and I have been watching your videos for about two weeks. Can you please do a video on hair regimen for high porosity hair? My hair is fine, thin almost like cotton, colored, high porosity, low density, low elasticity, curly/coily textured 3c/4a and I have an itchy scalp. I have started about a month ago, incorporating more protein (I use the APHogee line, I have the Orignal line White and Pink to include the Shampoo for Damaged Hair, Keratin 2 Minute, The Two Step Treatment, and Leave in as well as recently purchased their new line the Curlific, I have everything in that line except the Leave-in, which I am looking for and will purchase as soon as I can). I also use other store bought products like Giovanni, Mielle and Shea Moisture (mainly their masks). I have been using Shea Butter (yes, even with fine hair - I recently did a DIY mixture where I used my mixer and it came out so soft and creamy - my daughter loves it for her thick, long and healthy 4a/4b hair). My goal is to 1st concentrate on getting a healthy scalp. Next I want to retain length and to grow back my edges as well as thicken my hair out. After I use up the products that I have, which is a lot, I will be looking to purchase mainly products with good ingredients like the Innate Life and I have a friend who makes her own products, as well as making my own products and of course hair grease. Thank you again for the content and always making GREAT videos. Blessings

Naomi Omorede: Hey! I was wondering whether or not aloe vera is good for low porosity hair. If so, how do I incorporate it into my hair regimen? Love your channel!

CocoaMoe1: I would love to see a video of your routine with grease!

burntbronz: im 47...every grease you mentioned, we grew up on. grease is ok...but watch the ingredients because the company will get you using it and loving it, then change the formula and put stuff in it that is bad for your health...thats why we stopped using these things in the first place. we used sulfur 8 and dax and blue magic 30 + yrs ago.

shay bae: you rlly pmo to grease again, very informative and delivered effortlessly.

Eni Reves: Thank you for this video. I started using grease again after seeing your videos

Queen Sancofa: hey girl I just moved out of moms and now it’s my time to take care of my hair. So I’m try to see what I need to get so my hair can get back long.

Hannah McCarrel: ☁️☁️☁️ I know I’m super late. I’ve been binge watching all your videos, and I love your channel. Please make a high porosity vid

Anna: Will you make a video detailing the best ways to use hair grease in a regimen specific to the needs of high porosity hair? Also, some recommendations for hair grease that contains protein would be much appreciated. Thank you. ☁️⚪☁️

S. Reina: Grease in locks causes major build up whether you shampoo or not try mixing rose water with vit E oil and spray hair with it

Anna G: You are so freaking beautiful and are hair goals! My goodness

curlslegit baby: I tried to get back into grease but I just can't. I'm sure it's more user error than the product itself. I do oyin pomade which is like a natural grease. It melts right into my hair

Elliann Dunbar: I have type 4c low porosity hair and it's extremely dry. I do my hair in twists after wash day and moisturize my hair every other night with hot water and aloe vera and then I seal in that moisture with an oil mix. I would like to incorporate grease in my regimen so I purchased sulfur 8. I don't have scalp issues anymore so hopefully it doesn't come back but can you advise how I should incorporate the grease to my current routine (i.e instead of sealing moisture in with oil mix I use grease)? And if I did that would it be too much grease on my hair if I did it every other night?

Aisha B.: Would love a video on high porosity hair

Marilyn Petty: Hey Zara!! I had to braid my hair because I had serious “hand in hair” and broke my ends. My stylist said oil my scalp but I notice my scalp is getting drier and more irritated, even with my peppermint oil mix. What can I do? I have my hair moisturizer mix which helps tremendously. Help!! Thanks!!

Nessa: Hi Zara, I went to my beauty supply store to purchase the blue magic hair grease and saw that the ingredients had in alcohol. I didn’t purchase it because I noticed the ingredients listed were more than what is in the picture of the amazon link. Is it okay to use that one?

a-better-me: Grease is the sealant for me!

Vinnette Pope: Thank you for sharing this wonderful hair tips

Ella’s Tube: Hi Zara, I love you so much. Can I use grease on transitioning hair, my hair is sooo dry and it's so hard to seal in moisture. Thanks, love you

Ericca Jean: what kinds of oils and leave ins do you recommend for high porosity hair?

Angela Brown: What's the difference between high and low porosity hair?

Hunny Huncho: Soooo when your hair is in jumbo braids or any kind of scalp limiting style, does putting oil/grease on the exposed areas help the entire head? Is it beneficial if it isn’t on the entire head?

Williams Oluwaseun Judith: Hi Zara. I love your hair. I watched an old video of yours using henna. I researched and found that henna colors hair, turns black hair into dark brown. My question is, did the henna change your hair color? Do you still use henna? How often do you use it?

Omefuru Zabrina: You are so beautiful and your hair is goals

Harriet Patterson: How do you trim your hair? Do you wet to trim, I usually straighten my hair with a flat iron to do so. But I know that it damages my hair too. Also, I have dandruff and buildups, I live in a tropical environment (humidity kills us lol) plus, I naturally have oily skin, so I don't think sulfate on my scalp would be recommended. How can I get rid of these dandruff? HELP!!!! Love your videos ❤❤❤

cynthia yemoh: Pls do a video on grease for high porosity hair, thank u. Luv ur videos

Barrister: Your hair is honestly so gorgeouse do u think you could do an updated fro tutorial

Esther A: What do you suggest for scalp tenderness?

Foggy Lenses: Hey I asked this on your other vid too, maybe you’ve done it but can you provide a tutorial or explain the grease application process. I got the blue magic og and it’s not something you can rake through your hair. Or is it?

Uniquely Divine: The Shea Moisture Low Porosity Leave In has been discontinued. Did you find something to replace it? That’s the only leave in that works for me and I know you love it so any recommendation is appreciated. Thank you.

Bubbles: ☁️ yes pls for the high porosity video. I have high porosity, fine strands and high density. My question it how can I reduce breakage to retain length? I have a good regimen but my hair seems to break the same rate it grows bc it has been the same length for years... so frustrating. Thank you for any advice

Analise Williams: Great video!!! (as always) thanks for sharing.

Khaya: Hey, does this also work for 3 type hair??

Beatrice Smith: I put grease on my hair today. My hair feel dry all the time. I've used grease wrong all my life. I also use a aloe vera spray that I leave in the frig. I need to know when I take it out to use should I heat it up.

Uyu Ita: Are you Efik? I'm Efik too! You have a great voice. Keep soaring. Love you

Ghaiyo .K: Question: what do you think of the Stella pomade made in nigeria. Is it ok to use as a grease I have it lying around

Nilla Shaka: It’s so funny how she was talking when she was reading the comments

Unique Flowers: How often do you wash your hair using grease?

Camila Cruz: hey, can I use Vaseline as a hair grease??

Eunice: This may be a little of topic, but do you have to condition after shampooing, or can you just skip to the deep conditioning?

Honey Moon: What silk bonnet do you use? I want to try that instead of satin and see if it is any better.

Nikki's Notebook: Yaaaaayyyy I've been waiting for this.

maryann Ifeanacho: Beautiful ❤️

Vanessa Brown: I find myself moisturising my hair every 1-2 days. My typical regimen is fenugreek and Pepermint infused water, then the cantu leave in conditioner and I seal it with shea butter. Do you clasify shea butter as a grease or do you think i should add grease to this to seal it all in. Also my hair is thin, low to medium density so how do i find that balance of protecting my hair but not going overboard which may cause my fine hair to break. Love your videos! ❤️

lilmirahwrld: i have heat damaged hair on my ends but it’s not super bad .. can i still use this .. will it still grow ?

ChikereCarlyn2stars: Please, I have high porosity 3c and 4a in the crown where all the frizziness and dryness seems to be & low porosity it seem..., medium density hair and want to know what grease I can use to close my cuticle and seal in my moisture for longer? Thank you. I hope you can understand what I'm saying, I may be all over the place.

Umayaswell callMEjesus: How long do we have to watch the ads in order for you to get credit, some of them are 5 minutes long and that’s extreme, I do my best to support and I want to keep supporting sis but 5 minutes...

Hilarious Eris: Can you do a video on those faux locs you had? Love ya

Brittany Brown: I know that I'm late but can you talk about trimming your natural hair?

Ebony Kenny: I got a question can you use Grease for length retention of you have low porosity

Curtisha Millette: What I would like to know if spraying water on your hair throughout the day inclusive of grease is that healthy for growth?
