Conair Sprial Curlers Tutorial + "You Spiral" Review | Curling Wand Results On Natural Hai

Super quick, video or, I should say, review on the. What is this? The Conair use spiral clipless wand. I used it to comb my hair, the way it is today curled it last night, and then I put some flexi rods in it to kind of keep it in place overnight. This is kind of how it came out today. I'M still experimenting with this. I figured out that a shorter you wrap the pieces around the barrel, the more spiraling your curls are gon na be so it was kind of just an experiment with it to practice. For my big event, I have coming up this weekend, but I have to say I'm really pleased with the results, so I wanted to go ahead and review it. Give you guys the good, the bad everything so that you can make a decision on if this is a product you want to use. I knew that I wanted to buy this, but when I went online like on YouTube and other places, it was really hard to find a review on this particular wand. It was mostly like the Remington wand and then the katia one without the spirals. So I thought that I would go ahead and review this for you guys so that anyone thinking about buying this or anyone curious about this product can kind of get an idea of how it works and how good it is. This is what the packaging looks like. It'S just the Conair packaging. It comes like this really like it is: that's the back. They so first off to give you the specs on it um. This is what it looks like. Obviously it's blue and it has the spirals. It comes with an on and off button, and then it has a button where you can either increase the heat or lower the heat. And I don't know if you can see that. But it goes up to degrees Farenheit and when you press the button on, I don't have the power on. But when you press the button, the power on it'll have like a little notch to show that powers on when you increase the heat, the notch will move up to show what heat temperature you have the curling iron. It'S got a little thing right here, where you can kind of rest it on the table when you're not using it. So it doesn't like incinerate your table. It'S got the plastic tip at the end, so that you don't burn your fingers. If you're trying to grip the end - and it has a swivel cord - which i think is really convenient and a lot of people like because it helps keep it helps, it keeps you from tangling it up a lot which is really good for this one too, because, Like if you're holding it like this and every different kind of way, you don't have to worry, you don't have to worry about getting it the core tangled. It also comes with this little glove, and I guess you wear it like this, and it's just like this. So that when you are curling your hair around the wand, that you don't burn your fingers, which I guess it's good - that there's a glove because I burn my fingers and I learned the hard way. So if you can use a glove, you should use the glove for these. The pros are, it does have a swivel cord, I like the easy on an off button and how it indicates what temperature you're at. I didn't notice that when I curled my hair, like my hand, matched the button a lot and that's a problem that I noticed with a lot of curling wands and even I've heard that the Remington, I'm not the Remington, the regular Connie. Er does the same thing. But the buttons really didn't get in my way, and that's a big thing. Another really good thing about this is that it kind of has its a the spirals act as a guide. So, unlike other curling wands, your hair won't slide down as you're wrapping it around and that's really good, because it helps your hair stay in place on the one, and thus it helps you to get more defined that it also comes with a glove. I haven't used any other ones, so I guess they all come with gloves, but I did like that they included the glove because it gives you the option so that if you want to wear the glove you can - and if you don't want to you - obviously don't Have to another Pro is that it makes beautiful curls. I um, like I said, curled my hair last night and I really like how they came out um. This isn't fully indicative of the kind of curls that this gives because, like I said, I put flexi rods in my hair overnight. So it's not like. I curled my hair, and this is what it looked like um, but, as you can see like um, the curls are really pretty it's almost like a wave but, like I said that depends on how you curl it around. If you can see right here, I have like kind of some tighter, more spirally curls, and that was because I use shorter pieces around the wand at the bottom. I have more waves like more so ways than curls and that's because I used really big pieces and put them down the entire length of the wand. So now for the kinds of this curling wand, I actually only have one gripe with this product and the review that I did see here on YouTube. It was kind of a bad review. The girl actually said that she was going to return this because she didn't like the ridges on here, because it created dents and her curls and she didn't like it, but I actually liked the ridges and I like that it gives me a guide. I didn't notice really any dents and if there weren't any, they don't bother me. My biggest gripe is with this dog on glove. If you put your thumb in your two four fingers in it, and the idea is good, because these are the fingers that you're gon na use to grip the curling iron, but for one it only fits on my left hand, and I don't know if it's cuz. I don't do it right when I put it on my right, but I can't put it on. I can only put it on my left hand. So when I'm doing my left side or my right side anyways, when I'm doing one side, it's fine, I can use this and it's great. But then, when I'm doing the other side, I can't really use the glove and that's actually how I burn my fingers. Another thing about this glove is that it isn't really secure. I think they tried to be innovative by only including three sleeves and, if I guess kind of cute or whatever, but there's really nothing to secure the glove. And if you can see, there's like a lot of room up here and it's sliding off it. Slides off. Really really easily, combined with the fact that I can only use it on one hand and the fact that it just slides off your hand. It really makes this glove pointless and I almost wish they wouldn't have even included it. So that's just the biggest problem. I have with this is the glove. If you don't mind it, you can just not use the glove and be really careful, which is what I ended up doing, which is what I'm probably gon na continue to do, or I don't know if you can go to like Sally's and buy a full glove. I know with the Remington it does come with the full glove and that's one thing: that's good about the Remington. First. Is this um, but this glove is just not hitting on anything as far as price. It'S generally reasonable. I bought my curling one from Walmart and it was $ 29.99, so I'm assuming with packs it's like 30, something like 30 and some change. Something like that. So it's around the same price is most of these kind of curling. Wands, though I know the kind without the spirals is the same price. I believe the Remington is like 25 dollars at Target, so this is a little bit more expensive than the Remington, but I am really pleased with the results that it's given me and I will continue to use it. I think, even though it is more than some of the other products, I think you get your money's worth because it gets really really hot and I think it creates beautiful curls and once you get really comfortable with the spirals um, you know they shouldn't. They shouldn't be in your way and they shouldn't be a burden again. This is what my hair looks like. I used the con air curling wand and I flexi rotted it last night. I didn't use any products in it, but it's about time for me to wash my hair it's kind of greasy, so my hair did hold up the curl pretty good. So that's all I have on my review for the con air.
