Hi and everyone welcome back to my channel. I truly appreciate it today. I want to talk about the products that I did a video on about a week ago, my nighttime routine, for growing longer hair. My thumbnail is genetics, not on my side. Genetic doesn't play a huge role in the growth of my hair, meaning that my hair only grows four inches a year and with trends and I do get breakage, I may retain no more than three and a half to three inches a year. Genetics is not on my side, so my hair doesn't grow 6 inches a year. I watch videos from youtubers with long beautiful hair that I saw in mind. They will make a video saying how I grew my hair long. I click on that video super super fast, because I want to know what it is that you are doing to grow your hair, and when I watched that video, the youtuber will say it's genetics, genetic plays a role and the growth of my hair. That'S the reason. My hair is so long and beautiful, but in my case is not true it disheartened me when the youtuber says there is no vitamin. There is no topical ointment that you can apply to your hair or youth that will help grow your hair. I do not believe that I refuse to accept that there are so many vitamins out here like hair nail and skin vitamins. There are essential oils and there are scientists that have developed, proven products to help grow your hair and stimulate your hair. So when you say genetics which is so true and you do nothing else to your hair - that's fine, but don't tell me and other people that are watching that's suffering from alopecia thinning, hair, bald spots, some sort of autoimmune deficiency, their hair when they wash their hair, Is coming out by the handfuls: it's not it's very hard when you suffer with alopecia, Phinney, bald spot shedding breakage, and then you come on here and make a video telling me how to grow. My hair long and you start off by saying it's all genetics and there's nothing. I can do to help grow. My hair, that's not true. I refuse to believe that, for me, genetics, it's not on my side, so I need something to help stimulate my hair growth. I need to apply oils to my scalp. I need to take a vitamin and the vitamins and the oils that I am using right now so far, it's working my routine changes just like every other natural, I'm pretty sure a month from now or a week. From now, even tomorrow, my routine may change, but I want to bring to you what I am doing to my hair and if I am noticing growth strength, I am going to share it. Genetics is not on your side. Give me a thumbs up subscribe to my channel and let me talk about the products that I introduced to you a week ago. I'M going to share the oils for the two or a hundred percent pure castor oil, and it is cold, pressed and it's for healthy, hair and skin having young, healthy, gorgeous thicker hair. Once again, your kinky curly hair will feel softer than it's ever been no more breakage when you detangle or manipulate your hair, say goodbye to say goodbye to your hair, falling out, shedding terribly tangles in in dry hair and brittle hair, no more thinning or dry scalp And dandruff, no more clumps of hair in your brush. This all is really great. I apply it to my scalp. I am going to do a video and show you exactly how I use this particularly castor oil right now in my nighttime hair routine, I use it as a silly. You know I put it on my hands after I apply my liquid vitamin on my hair. Then I use this just to seal in the moisture and I put it on my end, but this promotes healthy hair growth. You can look it up on Amazon and read some of the reviews about this oil. I I am very happy with this oil. It'S working for me, my hair is thicker, my hair is growing and it's shiny and I absolutely love this all is a very high quality oil. You get a one-year guarantee from the company and the company is era star. I believe this is also great for your skin, like if you have circles under your eyes, acne scars that also helps to minimize that. So this is a great hair. All to help promote hair, to promote growing healthy hair. I talked about is Amla Amala cool oil. So bring it up a little closer to take a good look at it, and it's by a company called vada or vitae, and this on the oil does not have any mineral oils in it. It also. It is a mixture of Amla and brownie oil and it's a coolant oil, meaning that is a sensation on your scalp. It stimulates the blood flow. I love the benefits of Avila and Brahmi all mixed together here. It ensures proper hair growth that prevents mature, prevents green i'muh or prevents hair falls by stripping strengthening the hair follicles. It does not have any mineral oil, it does have a distinctive smell, but the smell goes away. You can use it overnight. You can do a hot oil treatment with it. It'S a very light, all it's easy to wash out of your hair. It'S not a buildup! Actually, when I apply it to my hair at night in the morning when I wake up my hair, my scalp as well as my hair, isn't oily at all. So I do this every night. This is a great oil. There are other benefits to this particular oil, because it is a cooling oil. If you have a headache it helps with that because of, I guess, the coolness or the menthol. So when I massage my scalp with it, I can feel it working. I can feel the the the cooling sensation on my scalp and afterwards. Sometimes I do have a headache and it has definitely taken away my headache. So this is I'm look cooler, cool oil and it helps promote. Hair growth strengthens your hair follicles to help promote hair growth. So you can also look this up as well. On Amazon read the reviews, read the description about this oil and you can make your decision if you want to try it. But it's working well for me and I, like I said I've been using all of this for about two months: misery misery, crazy, hair growth, and this is what it looks like bring it up really close, so you can really get a good look at it. It is a fertilizer nourishing vitamin infused growth, spritzer, just spray, massage and style. I absolutely love this. This is my first time ever using a vitamin spritz for my hair and what I love about this. It makes my hair soft easy to detangle it moisturize, my hair and inside of here. If you can see the shimmer, it contains follicle oil for hair growth. That'S in here and what I also like about this oil. You can make this phrase you can make it on your own, with the elixir vitamin that you take Mel's like vitamins, but it definitely go away. It doesn't linger or anything like that. I spray it on my hair. When I first sprayed it, it was like whoo. You know you can really smell the vitamins in here. It stimulates. Hair growth helps with thinning edges, reduces hair, Falls, moisturize, repair, damaged, broken hair and and kills. Bacteria that prevents hair from growing is for all hair types. You can wash it out and I usually leave it in it smells like vitamin infused water. The smell definitely goes away, so you don't have to worry about this. I love this product. I'Ve definitely seen a big difference in the texture of my hair and my hair is definitely growing. So I really like this hair spritzer. This is my second bottle than the liquid vitamin hair skin and nail formula vitamin formula: let's take a good look at it and it says here plus growth, stimulator, I'm going to explain that after I tell you a little bit about this, it tastes like grapes and Vitamin grape juice and vitamin it's not a bad taste at all. In my opinion, so I take one full cap for every single night. This is definitely my second bottle and I absolutely love it. I'Ve seen great results. My hair is growing and I absolutely love it. My nails as well is growing. I don't have long nails because I bite my nails, but I am trying not to bite my nails anymore. Gon na tell you a little bit about this product here, and it is loaded with lots of vitamins and I'm reading on the back here it has vitamin A C D E, niacin biotin and a host of other wonderful vitamins for your hair. On the back of the bottle here, it says: Missouri elixir is a is rich in key, essential, scientifically proven nutrients that have been shown to grow and maintain a healthy head of hair. If your hair is dry, dull, lifeless thinning, breaking and damaged, I need glasses. So I'm sorry for this reading it slow and holding it back, have the hair you're all you're, always dreaming of bodies, shine thickness strength, book volume and Sheen. So I like this vitamin it's working for me, I'm sorry that it's working for me! I absolutely love it. I'M seeing great results from it. I would more than likely continue to buy this product. It'S working. I love it and I do this every single night so far for the past two months. Another thing about this liquid hair vitamin is that you can make this friends because they are by the same company and you can make your spritz. So when you're out of this, it shows you the direction, shows you. It shows you the directions here. On the back of this bottle here how to make this hair spritz fertilize this vitamin fertilizer and you use it - you make it using this liquid vitamin here and on the back of it, it tells you how to make the growth stimulator elixir spring and it says To use for yep use four cap full of this elixir and then you want to use one ounce of their hair follicle food with sixty one growth oils, so you can use their growth, oil and some distilled water, and you can make this fritz. I don't know if I will try that when this is all gone because that means I need to order their their rope oil to put in here - and I probably will do that just to see if I can actually make the same vitamin spray so yeah. So that's a little bit more information about this vitamin that completes a review of the four products that I've shown to you and, as I said, if genetics is not on your side, don't waste any time trying to experiment with topical ointments or vitamins to help grow. Your hair, so this is it if this video was helpful. Enjoyable, please give me a thumbs up share this video on your channel, so that others can see it and hopefully be a blessing to them as well. This complete this video and I'll, see you in my next video bye, bye,

LIVE WELL with Charity: Oh my gosh, I feel the same way and have noticed the same things. I have never accepted that nothing can be done to help. Genetics is not on my side either. Some people act as if all hair growth aids are just a gimmick. But until they have suffered with hair loss and hair growth issues, they will never understand. This was such a good video. You are the "go to" guru for hair products and thanks for sharing, it is very helpful!

123leahm: I agree and it's not just genetics. What I'm fighting against is what people say about the natural progression of hair as we age. I don't accept that my hair *has* to thin. My hair thinned around 40 due to nutrient deficiencies and bad hair care practices, but those can be corrected. Now that I know better, I expect my hair to be as healthy as it's ever been when I'm 50 in a few years. Thank you for the castor oil reminder!!!

curlykiki: i'm with you- i MIGHT get three inches a year. currently trying hsn vitamins for additional thickness. we'll see if it works!

Sharee's Journey: I heard that Biotin vitamins help grows the hair, but I really loved this video by you. My mother suffered from hair loss. So, I know how it is for those who suffer from hair loss, because I've witnessed it majority of my life. Some of these Youtubers are misleading and misinforming their audience. It is good to see an honest Youtuber call out others who aren't informing their viewing as they should. I have watched Youtubers that do hair care routines and they put so much product on their hair. To be honest, I start to lose interest after the fourth product that they apply. I think they be putting too much in their hair and on their scalp.---- I wish I could use Castor Oil, but it irritates my scalp. I think I am allergic to it or something. I think I would probably have to use Olive Oil, because coconut oil and castor oil don't work for me. Thank you for sharing and being honest in this video.

Luvmustangs37: Thanks so much for this video! You are so right. I’ve been feeling the same about those “my hair grew by genetics” videos too. Thank you for your platform because you really helping a lot of us.

Dee Dee Moore: Hi I can share some things that I use in my hair to promote hair growth that really has worked for me and a couple of others I shared with. I do a detox mask once a month and I use Aztec Bentonite clay I mix mines with water and leave on my hair for 15 minutes .and then I use a leave in conditioner ( Giovanni leave in Conditioner ) afterwards. And I also mix my oils all together in one bottle Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Peppermint Oil and Almond oil

Jo Drew: I love castor oil and what it does for the external results on the hair and skin. Also what I've noticed over the last two years that has helped me (61 yrs old) bring back the length of my hair is sure I eat lots of fiber in my diet. I've also been increasing water consumption, specifically drinking 32oz of filtered water with the juice of half a lemon on an empty stomach. My skin and hair have gone back a good 12 to 15 years in appearance. Keep doing what your doing, love your vlogs.

LIGHT In Education: Castor has been my wonder oil for years. You share thoughts of quite a few naturals. Your transparency is so powerful and I am sure very much appreciated.

HappyKeepin ItNappy: I love what you bring to the table. Thanks for sharing your opinion and information. Side note: Your make up is pretty! Eyeshadow is popping!

Classie Patterson: Preach, sister preach... I totally agree with you 100 percent. The same long / full headed ladies that are on here telling people that vitamins won't grow their hair are the same ones that doesn't skip a day taking theirs. Also, they are using the same oils, etc. that's keeping hair in their scalp.. Lol, I totally believes in scientist... If I get a headache or body ache you best believe that I will pop some type of pain reliever into my mouth and yes, the pain go away. I could go on and on but I'm sure you get the picture. Keep the videos coming ❤️

CammyjOfficial: Love this vid. Open and honest.

Dee Dee Moore: I also wanted to share what you can do internally to promote hair growth from in the inside health wise green smoothies or any kind of healthy smoothie and add ground flaxseeds or if you have nut or seed allergies I would substitute and use liquid biotin. And Water plays a big role also ( Alkaline water is really good also)

efhawkins19: Thank you so much for this video. I've added to my like list. Wearing hairstyles that hide your ends will give you more length retention. I've noticed more length in my hair since doing this. I started in Apr just to see what my hair would do. You are definitely onto something and I am with you because I have seen a huge improvement in your hair.

Joyful 777: You are so right! Natural oils, vitamins, eating right and stress control will grow your hair.

My Finland Story: Right from when I was relaxed I have always had problems with my edges falling out. Nice Review girl ❤

J ShaNee: Yes! I enjoy your detailed videos! I'm actually interested in looking into hair vitamin oils as well. I love your intro❤❤❤. There is hope for everyone, we just have to find what works! Thanks for sharing!!!

Empress Nelle: This information is still relevant today! I feel the same way..because genetics is not on my side either

Michael Alemu: I absolutely love your passion! Girl, tell it like is.!

Shy_ babiie: Have you tried the wild growth and the virgin hair fertilizer? I have alopica in certain parts of my hair and it seems to be working thus far. Give it a try...

Rebecca Bell: I agree, that you can grow and thicken your hair..definitely. Dense hair is in my DNA, but I'm not sure if my hair will ever be dense as it was..because of age and because gray hair is, a bit thinner. I can saycthis..Castor oil thickens hair, rosemary seeds up hair grow also coconut oil grows hair faster. Fenugreek is growing my temple hair back in like a miracle..temple hair is the hardest to grow! Genetics and DNA is on my side. I had long, thick, fast growing hair in my youth. Thanks so much for sharing all your products you use with us!

ElegantPaws01: Genetics may not be on your side but there is a terminal growth rate that can be reached by virtue of how you nurture your hair inside, by how you eat and yes, exercise, and what you do topically. So massage your scalp with a large cool oil etc. Eat the foods with biotin etc.

Samantha De Jonge: You are so on point in everything you are saying... because i have Type 1 Diabetic & Chronic  Kidney Disease  I find I just add oils to my hair it feel extremly dry in the morning so what added to my oil was Glycerin it was one of the best thing ever, now i'm just waiting for the regrowth.

EbonyW: You have the prettiest eyes and eyelashes. I just love it!

Oceanside: Thanks for your vid help, finally feel there's hope to stop hair loss!

Connie Payne: Which long haired natural said their hair was long because of genetics? My favorites are Kimmaytube, Naturally High and Efficiently Natural. They all have my 4C hair type and say everyone grows hair and that the path to longer hair is retention. Do you disagree with that? Thank YOU so much for your research on stinging nettle as a DHT blocker because thinning is my issue!

ladynefertitibk: Great video sis and thanks for the information.
