What'S up y'all hello, you guys don't know it, but it is night time and today we're gon na be showing you our nighttime routine. Basically, what we do at night before we go to bed to stay, pretty stay feeling good stay, feeling fresh, highly beautiful, perfect ourselves, but just how we take care of ourselves to get ready to go to bed and to wake up. Finland, a1: hey, hey! Whoa, hey Ron, so we're gon na be showing you guys how we take care of skin. How is it care of our hair and basically everything that we do to get ready for sleep for slumber? First, usually, we would throw in a little we're, not a workout. So, literally with dumbbells right here they are [ __, ], [, __ ]. So basically we just throw in a little little workout. I didn't do my little pull-ups. I don't know I'm crazy, so yeah! Yes, I literally just um like this, and then this area is a little heavy. I'M sorry, I'm making my oh god Zoe. So don't rush a walk. What happened? Why are you looking all sexy my white shirt in shape? Oh, I don't know how did not. I know we put another little workout. Obviously we didn't do our full potential workout, because we're in this little bathroom yeah it's his weight. I usually do it downstairs in the open pretty much what we do next is we hop in the shower, so we're gon na go, take a shower and we go see Yahoo minute push. Okay, guys we out of the shower, but looking fresh first thing we do is pretty much. What brush our teeth! Here'S my toothpaste, yeah I had to get pink cuz she chose. Would you choose the green one? We got a two pack. She wanted the green. No wonder no wonder you got any more, we don't like this and I go to deal with the toothbrush. My friends is how you keep clean them all right. So after that pretty much we wash our face we strip for night time. So what we're gon na do next is wash our faces, but before we wash our faces, I have to pull my hair. Oh yeah, all right taking care of your haters. Yes, so I got my coconut oil is organic. It is, I bought it from Walmart and it's um unrefined virgin coconut oil for any of you guys that want to know so yeah I mean I just keep it in the bathroom. The way body are. You said where everything, so you guys can also see like little [ __ ], [, __, ] yeah for everything tree yeah, give me something cuz, there's our nighttime routine. Remember on our lids on my scalp. I'M gon na leave it there overnight because remember I work in the morning. I work I work out in the morning, so I will shower right access the eat, the [ __ ] you can. If you want, it was good for your breath. Your breath, yeah! You can use it to cook, you can brush your teeth. Brush your teeth with it. Perfect teeth, use golden oil. It kills germs on me. Thank you. What do you put this in your hair, yeah or dramatic? Just move yeah. You scalp make sure that your scalp, I feel it already nicer and cleaner and everything nice, sugar and spice use coconut oil, and this does what the next morning, it's just it's basically that conditioner. So it finishes your hair. Not only that I feel like it makes my hair softer, I've also ran up, then it does like help help, but it also helps hair growth and we want to turn into a Mia. My knee up, cuz, I'm gon na do my braids. I sleep with braids and you can't do braids me yeah, you don't need braids. I just put coconut oil in my hair and go mom so yeah. We want to wait on Hayley to do her. Hair will fast forward this, let's go and we're back and the muddiest hairstyle, so you braid your hair. Why so that I can wash my hair wash my hair like to wash my face, and just I like to keep it like this, because I put coconut oil on it. I don't want the coconut oil getting like you know everywhere. I guess so you just go straight there. You go just right to get a nice, nice, nice, nice. What'S next, oh yeah, I'm washing our face home yeah! This was your soul. I seen you and everything. No, this ain't! No! What been using this okay so so see it was warm waters pretty good cuz, warm water is and, of course, and you're treating them good and then we're gon na wash it with cold water. To close your pores, I knew that that's why it takes hours with cold water such as close. My pores we take showers was one water than cool. No, not we you're gon na make amazed what I do you almost brain water everywhere. You can't even do a nighttime routine up in my face hug. Look, it's all wet and nice, I'm ready for that photo shoot. So we're gon na wash our face with our st. Eve. I'M blemish control. This apricot apricot upper cover good. That bro, you don't have anything on there. Have you even wet your face? Okay, put this with your two fingers put this all over. Oh, but on my face I need a little pony tail on her. Oh, you can feel it it's like really really like. Then you know, let's cry mommy, you got a little bees in there. You go. Have lots of me. Look like I'm gon na shave shave. What don't think I had to shave my weight. You don't obviously, and I don't love it - have none of mine. They said now why he says little boy, little boy, I'm gon na put them bangs away my shiny ass. That'S a fivehead doable! What are the names yeah now these these we got at the dollar store, so in a packet came three in a packet and it was only a dollar and you can literally just wash these again. If you want to, they come with a scrubby side and then they come with. Like you know, a soft side I mean microfiber, I don't use a soft side for anything, but the scrubby side. I love it describe my face before you die, don't die with my mouth open side. No, I know he's screaming at flowy. Are you swallowing one you almost done off the water? So what we're gon na do next we're gon na go ahead and use our favorite peel off mattress. I love this mask. How does it work? Well, we got this at Walmart, you guys we shop at Walmart a lot and basically, what you do. Is you just put a layer on your face? You wait for it to dry and you pull it off. You know yours is too thick and black. Well, Oh satanic, [, __ ], these damn get over yourself. You are supposed to put that much swag! Oh hey! All right guys! I'M gon na go ahead and let this dry would be bad guys. I think it is properly drying it has properly dried. We want to peel it off. I didn't tell me not to put it on my brow. Oh, what are you doing now move? Oh, no! I could bring them. Okay, that and then oh, I did not have that many many years on my eye and my forehead for your forehead, your father, it's time to moisturize last but not least, we're gon na moisturizer moisturizer. I use Nivea cream meet me up no back knee there. That'S amazing, so what we do is get this Nivea dad. What do you use? Yeah? Alright, we pretty much freshen up and ready to hit the freakish seats and slumber slumber.
