A sneak peek of today's video we're gon na get nice curly hair with the easy routine first thing i do is start off by making black tea and the reason that i do this as a pre-poo is to prevent shedding, and so now i just take my Hair down and i do a little bit of finger detangling and now i'm just spraying, you guys can kind of start to see the length of my hair, but it's cool, and now i go in the shower and i'm rinsing the black tea out before i go In with my shampoo and the shampoo i've been loving is a native y'all. I love this native shampoo. Tell you this native shampoo, like it's amazing, and it's not that many ingredients it doesn't leave my hair feeling stripped because, usually like shampoos make my hair feel so brittle and dry, like it's literally gon na fall out. If i don't put conditioner on it within two seconds - and so i just focus this on my the roots of my hair, because you don't want to put this all throughout the length of your hair when you're rinsing it'll get there. But i focus this on the roots, because that's where i notice the most build up the sweat happens. You know it's your scalp, so i just really like to massage this in my hair and i i usually used to didn't use shampoo, but i noticed when i did it. It was a huge difference, and so i'm just rubbing this throughout my hair and um make sure you're using the pads of your fingertips again and then now. I am rinsing it and i'm using like warm water to get the uh the soap out, and i also do like this squeezing motion to squeeze the soap out as well, because sometimes it'll look like it's. It'S a clear rinse. But if you keep the shampoo in in your hair, i noticed like it'll itch, so i try my best to rinse it all out and also when i'm rinsing, i'm running my fingers through my hair. So it's almost like a a finger detangling session as well, and once something is rinsing, i squeeze the water out. That'S an important step. Y'All make sure you squeeze the water out, so the olaplex like or your conditioner can't penetrate. But since this is a reparative like hair day for me, i'm using olaplex number three. While i do my regular shower routine and you can already see the difference in my hair from when like yeah, i didn't have any other place on to. When i put the olaplex throughout my hair, like you, can see how much more shinier my hair is, and everything like this works wonders for my hair, you guys, like it works, wonders for my hair and so um. I just smooth this throughout my entire head and i just make sure to make sure to get the top of your head. I know it's not showing here because i kind of had to like crop this boyfriend was complaining that i was showing too much skin. So i'm just playing not really yeah, so i had to crop this a lot, but just so you know make sure you get the crown of your head, because i noticed i have not been doing that when i started filming like these hair tutorials and i'm like. That'S everywhere i didn't put product with my problem area. Look at that so now i just make sure to pay extra careful attention to areas that i usually wouldn't and get the the nape of your hair too, like the the back of your neck, get that as well, and i just roll my hair up lightly. Not anything too tight because i don't want to cause any like splits or damage or anything, and i just put my scrunchie on and continue on with the rest of my shower and i have an updated shower routine as well. If you all would like to see it where i use the dove body polish and i review it, it's an amazing exfoliant, like you all, have to try it like it's literally my most favorite exfoliator and now, when i'm done with my entire, like shower routine and Everything, the other place has probably been there for like five or ten minutes or so. But you know shaving all that good stuff, but anyway i go in and i start combing through or brushing with my shower brush and i got this brush from tj maxx and it's like a fake tangle teezer. But the reason i like it because the bristles are extremely soft and it doesn't pull your hair as much so. I brush my hair through underneath the water and, if you notice that you're coming into some tangles, like let's say, you're running the brush through your hair and you come up on a tangle, just be sure to slow down and then start all the way from the Bottom again and comb the tangle out through the bottom or brush the tangle out through the bottom, and now we're showing you all my the shed hair that i had and it was such a small amount, especially considering the length of my hair. That was actually a very tiny amount, and i would oftentimes see more. You know before when i didn't do that herbal treatment, so that was amazing and there's this scientific reason why the black tea helps it. I believe it blocks some hormone in your skin when you're, brushing and manipulating your hair, and now i put my hair up and i go in with my usual body. Butters i've been liking the necessary, and now i'm just brushing through my hair and the two products that i use are. The camille rose, leave-in conditioner and the honey leave-in conditioner. It'S not shown here because my camera cut off and i couldn't get the footage. But i do have a full, in-depth hair tutorial where i'm using it. It'S in my ola place video. So just those same two products and i literally y'all it's such a quick routine, like i legit put the two leave-ins on my hair and then i brush. So the main work is just brushing through your hair and when you're brushing you could uh twirl the brush like what i'm doing right now and it's almost like a, i want to say a finger curl but like a comb curl. But i do it with my my brush to really define my curls. The only thing is is that when your hair dries or when your next co-wash or detangling day comes you're, gon na have to um you're gon na have to finger detangle, because those coils are kind of like locks. It will literally lock your hair, and so i'm just rubbing that moisturizing everything through and i'm also haphazardly parting, my hair to get inside to like split the hair in half and get in there. You really want to get in there and just continue brushing detangling is extremely important, especially for me, because that's why i noticed like tugging and pulling that will usually like lead to. You know not good outcomes, because it wasn't detangled. So just make sure you detangle your hair and your next wash day will be great and now i'm just scrunching this product and just locking everything in, and i realized that scrunching and i flipped my hair upside down. So it gives it that fluffy, like voluminous look and your hair, looks small for the first couple of days, because i do use a lot of product to lock in the water and moisture i just put into my hair, because it is the one time. And although i live in georgia, girl you got ta, have you still need moisture? So i flip my hair upside down and i scrunch, like my life - depends on it scrunch french crunch and i do this at night because you know well in my culture we don't go outside with a wet head, it's kind of like taboo. So at night i plop my hair, and so i use this it's kind of like what they use at dominican, salons, this hair knit and it's in the shape of a triangle. You can use a scarf and fold it in a triangle and i turn my head upside down and i scrunch my hair within the net and i plop it so i bring all the hair for it and i don't press it down. I just lay my hair over, you know i line it up and i lay my hair over i'm not pressing or anything, i'm just letting it go. How it naturally would - and i take the top of the triangle - and i tie it with the other two sides of the triangle in the back of my head - and it's kind of hard to do when you're laying over. But you know just put your hair, like i'm doing this on my bed, you can do it on your desk, but just lean your hair down and then tie the back and i go to sleep and here are my results. I used two tea bags to really make like a potent potion or a potent hair mask if you will - and i brew about a cup of water - and i just pour it over and next i let that sit for about five minutes. Once i'm finished deep in the tea bags, i funnel it in my water bottle and i start spraying it, and this is what it should look like once you're finished and to be honest with y'all right here, my hair had been in that little bun for about A week like, i had not done anything to my hair girl because my arms, i don't know like i love my hair. I really do but y'all know the struggle is real, like no matter what do not give up on your finger detangling. I know your arms hurt. I know it's cramping, but keep going. Okay, keep going uh, but this part, i'm just spraying, i'm making sure to focus that black tea on my scalp - and this is very important - and this is like one of the first few times i'm doing this, and so when i tell it actually works like i Seen a huge difference in the hair that was shed, and i'm really focusing it by like where the corners of my forehead is because that's where i have like so soft spot and in the top of my head too. That'S where i kind of like have some spots and i'm also just spraying. It spraying it and once you finish, braiding that you're going to rub it in and make sure you're using the pads of your fingers. Now your fingertips girl, the pads of your fingers, and i just really give my hair a massage, and this helps with blood flow circulation like just continue to rub that black tea in and so i'm just getting the back of my head just continue to rub the Black tea, all throughout your hair. I hope you all enjoyed this video and i will see you all later. Bye,
