What'S up guys welcome back to my channel so today I'm doing a Bellamy clip in hair extensions, the Luxy clip in hair extensions. So lumps are you sure Bellamy is just like off of my radar right now. I won't be ordering from them again any time soon. They kind of pissed me off the last time. I ordered a like one of those Brown ponytails and it was just horrible customer service it. I don't know for all the money that I've spent with them over the years. I was really pissed off, but anyways um Lexi, actually reached out to me in the timing, was funny because I just ordered a pair of clippings from Lexi, like maybe three weeks before. I'Ve done an email from them saying that they want to send me a package and have me do a YouTube review. So it's like, I should have ordered those a couple weeks ago, but whatever you can never have enough hair right. So they sent me a new set, I'm currently wearing the set that I purchased myself and then I have the set that they sent me sitting right here. Um they sent me and I ordered the same this like the same package. It'S the 220 gram 20 inch. Extensions and the color jet black, so um. I was really excited to do this like kind of comparison review, because I ordered from Bellamy for a long time, and it took me a while to realize that the quality of their hair isn't necessarily the quality that they advertised, if that makes sense um. But I still continue to order from them because it was just convenient. They were clipping extensions. I don't wear them on like a daily basis, like I would wear um like if I went and bought bundles to get like a so a nerd to do a wig or something like that. So it didn't really bother me as much. They still looked really nice, which is what was most important to me and they still fell and appeared like real hair. To a point, I guess so. I have an actual review from a while ago that I did on Bellamy and in that video I kind of just got how bellami advertises human hair, which they are allowed to do because, yes, their hair sets do contain human hair, but they were they're, not 100 %, human hair and obviously because they are colored, they are not virgin human hair. So what they sell is a blend and what that means is it's human hair, blended with sometimes horse hair? I know that sounds really weird or synthetic strands and if you look really really really really closely out of old pair, if you have like ones that you've worn a lot and use a lot of heat on, you will notice that you will begin to see some Certain strands that don't match the color and some of you will find yarn and stuff like that and some of them too um and I discussed and a lot of these things in that video. So that being said, that's a huge. I guess point there between the two um i Bellamy's, hair quality is not up to what it should be and especially for what you are paying for. So one of my first um indications that Bellamy's hair was subpar was I began to question the smell that I would get when I would use heat on them at first. I just chalked it up to Oh, like burning hair, but then I realized that none of my bundles are my wigs unless they were synthetic had that like same smell because it didn't smell just like burning hair, it smell it had like a like a chemical smell To it so I dug and did some research and I found out um after a lot of research that when you are purchasing hair extensions like say, you're, purchasing virgin bundles um, that hair should be sourced and cut from one head. So when they're cutting this hair, all the cuticles should be facing in the right direction. That is what preserves the life of the hair um, and it should be all just becoming one person and that's like what you're about what you should be buying so because purchasing hair is such a worldwide thing. It'S becoming a little more difficult for companies to source human hair because I mean think about it. At some point you have to you're like there's not going to be enough. People in the world that are like giving up their hair for the amount of people that are buying hair, if that makes sense to you, so they have come up with other ways to take advantage of the hair that they've have and make the quantity stretch. So, for example like when you're buying bundles in the beauty supply store pack hair um you're, you are buying virgin. No, I take that back. You are buying human hair, but it's not 100 percent human hair and the same thing with Bellamy. It'S a mixture. So a lot of times they won't companies will mix this human hair with a horse, hair or synthetic other synthetic substances or even like yarn, so once they do that they are able to make the quantity like really really stretch and that's how they're able to sell These massive amounts of hair extensions and what they're doing is coating it with chemicals to make the color last. So, that's why you can buy Bellamy, hair extensions or whatever color you want when you go to purchase virgin hair bundles, real virgin, hair bundles can only be purchased in one color. The color that came off of the person's head with there is no option. If you want to color that hair, you have to purchase it and have it colored yourself, so they are covering it with these chemicals to seal the hair in or seal whatever. It is that they've substituted for hair and and color it and keep it shiny and lusty and nice and not tangle when you keep using heat on these products over and over and over and over and over. That'S when you really see the life of them start to go when you had a set of hair extensions for a year, and you just use an insane amount of heat on them and you will begin to notice how the color begins to dull and fade the Hair strands become begin to like tangle way more than they did at first and you're, like what the hell you'll begin to find those pieces of yarn or pieces of other synthetic product. You'Ll see them stick out because they will lose their color. You will notice all sorts of things you will notice that it doesn't lay the same way as your um natural hair. Does all kinds of things will happen and you will realize that the quality of the hair is subpar and that's what happened. I realized that the quality of the Bellamy hair was super subpar and I was paying insane amounts of money for hair like me, buying at the beauty supply store, essentially for half the breathing brace. So that being said, I do they still when you get them and if you could take a good care of them and use product and then they still look nice. So for the convenience of having the clips already sewed on and everything measured out and you don't have to do anything with them. That is why I continue to order them, because I know some people are like well. Why did you continue to order them? That'S why um? I don't wear sew ins anymore. I can't with my hair texture. I don't like keratin extensions, because the glue has done a number on my hair, um tape and tape and extensions. Just really I'm like anything about those when I tried those. So you know, unless I'm wearing like a lace, front, wig or clip-in hair extensions. I don't have a lot of options, so you know clip pins are kind of like my go-to, when I'm not looking for something to wear every single day. So I always just keep a pair on hand um. I ended up ordering Deluxe's, like I said, and so far so good. I like them, um. I, like the clips better on the luck C's than I do. The Bellamy I feel like they lay a little flatter in the way that their designs, um, grab a piece and I'll show you just like the way that they're designed - and they are a manufactured like with this band right here. This like piece of fabric that they have attached. I just like these much better. I think that they lay a little bit flatter, which obviously is a little bit nicer, because it makes it look more natural and you don't have to like. I don't know how kind of like that pouf that you get sometimes you don't I'm saying um when your clips are kind of like bulky and sticking out. So I really really like these clips are really important to me. There are one of my most important things when I'm looking at clip in extensions, because I mean you have to be picky about them, because the clips really like make the hair. Essentially, if your clips are bulky and suck and your hair is falling out - and it looks huge people are gon na - be like what the hell's wrong with your hair. So that was really important to me about Lux. Yet I love the clips and I love how these are manufactured. The hair is also very soft and flowy, and I mean right out of the box. I just unbox see I literally like here's the box, like here's, all the packaging and everything I literally just unboxed. This set and then I'm wearing the other set that I like originally like, bought myself, um and just straight out of the box they're, so flowy there's no tangles um, it flows. So naturally it looks and feels like regular hair. Like your hair um, it's beautiful, the the thing with Lexi that I don't particularly like is the fact that they only come in 20 inches and I'm a long-ass hair kind of I mean I'm like 24 and up like I'm talking. 24. 26. 28. 30. If someone in this world comes find me a set of 30-inch clip-in extensions, please hit the email below because I needs them um, that's really! The only downfall that I have so far with this company um is that the only coming 20 inches. I need them to expand. I need them to anymore um, but I love this set. It comes with you're, just like any other set of hair extensions. Clippings that I've had you've got your bigger pieces. There'S a 2/4 clip one's a 3 clip 1 to 3, clip ones, actually there's two of them, and then you have your two two clip pieces that go on the sides and then you have four of your little one-inch many pieces that border your face so um. I am really happy with these hair extensions. They style really. Well, they don't tangle um. I don't notice that smell um, that chemical, like burning smell when I use heat styling on them, that I did with the Bellamy so um like I said. I'Ve only had them for a few weeks, but thus far, that tells me right there that the hair quality is already better than what we were working with, but when Bellamy um, you know again, I am NOT there when they make these hair extensions. I don't know where this hair comes from. I can only base these assumptions off of what you know. My knowledge and my research has told me, and you know things that I've seen personally so so far. My luck sees definitely seem like they're, good quality, hair and better quality hair than Bellamy, and only time will tell we'll see how long that they hold up for um. I'Ve used heat on them. I think, like maybe no more than five times, not a lot cuz. I'M very much like okay. If I straighten them, I'm gon na wear them straight for like a week and then, if I curl them, I'm gon na run I'm curly for a week, because I don't like to put too much heat on them. But I have used heat on them and I haven't noticed that like gross burning smell, so that's really good, and that was a really positive indication for me, and that was really the main focus that I had with these hair extensions um. I truly am enjoying them. I think that they're, so pretty they blend well with my natural hair um, the color is really really great. I use jet black um. My hair is a tad bit lighter than jet black eye eye. My natural hair is o1b, which is an off black um. I diet jet black, but I haven't dyed it in a while, like probably a couple months, just because I'm like lazy and I thought that there would be a little bit more of a color contrast when I receive these extensions. I'M like aha, I'm gon na have to dye my hair so that these match, but they actually matched up really really well, and I don't notice that much of a difference um, I think they blend, really really well they're gorgeous when they're curled they hold a curl. Very well, like I said, I'll curl them once and then wear them curly for a week they hold the curl super. Well, they don't like fall out, don't sleep in them. Obviously, they're going to get tangled a few sleep in them, like people are so stupid. I'M like watching some of these reviews, I'm like oh they're, like I'll, take everyone I'll entangle you! You know, I've had them in like four days girl you're. So let's take them out every night. Why I'm wearing them for four days these? Don'T they don't they're like super they're super flowy, like they don't tangle, they're, amazing? So so far, I'm really happy. With my luck sees um. I will definitely be ordering from Lexi from now on, unless anything drastic changes. Like I said this was my public announcement. I will not be ordering from Bellamy anymore. I will tell everyone in their mother not to order from Bellamy anymore. So not only is the hair not 100 % human hair, it's overpriced for what it is, and their customer service kind of blows so that that last experience with their customer service really just did me in - I won't be purchasing from them anymore. I will find other places to buy ponytails, I obviously from Luxy Japan. I clip in extensions from like I'm good, so I highly recommend testing out luck, see if you're in the market for a pair of clipping extensions um, I wouldn't go with Bellamy. I wouldn't I just wouldn't not anymore. I used to be a fan, not anymore um. I will definitely be doing an updated video. You know time always tells um on these luxy hair extensions and I'm hoping that I feel the same way in a couple of months. I would like to see how long that these last, I don't use them everyday, so that will kind of be like okay, so do you use everyday, like that's kind of gon na be the difference between you know. Aren'T the game last three months or everything in the last year. I don't know um, but I'm very happy with these thus far, and I really really encourage you guys to check them out. They come in a lot of colors and they come in different grams sets. The set that I have well both of these sets actually are 220 grams. I like a lot of hair, even though my hair is kind of like on the thinner side, because I wear them long. I usually try and get the most grams that I can, but they come in different weights, so you can pick like whatever is going to work for you. Their pricing is okay. You know you get what you pay for, if you buy cheap, like you're gon na get cheap, and what's most important to me, is that these are manufactured very, very well. They don't look like they're going to fall apart or unravel. I'Ve also had a lot of clips and my friend my friend Callie, I started buying the Bellamy's, so she started buying the Bellamy and recently she literally texted me like two days ago and was like I'm so pissed. I just bought this set like a month ago, and I've barely warned them and the clips are already like falling off. This is ridiculous. She was like I'm not buying from them anymore. She was really upset because the clips fell off on her all the time. I'Ve had a few fall off of mine too, so I just manufacturing quality is important to me as well. So far with my luck seized, I have an issue. All the clip seems like super sturdy. Everything seems very like put together. I don't like they don't look like they're gon na fall apart or anything of that nature. So you know um again so far, so good so definitely check out Lexie, I'm going to leave a link below to their website and you guys can check them out and see what different packages that they have that might interest you and thank you for watching guys. I really appreciate it go check out my other video on Bellamy. If you want - and I just you know, I would stay away - I was doing, but you know what you have to make your own choices. It'S really all up to you guys. So thanks for watching this video - and I hope you enjoyed it - and I hope this kind of like helps - you make a decision and yeah. So thanks for watching guys, it definitely hit like if this video helped you decide between which brand to go with and definitely hit subscribe and check out. Some of my other videos thanks

Luxy Hair: Hi beautiful Britt, thanks for your honest and positive review. I'm glad you found the good quality hair extensions you were looking for. Our clips are extremely secure and I appreciate you noticed that. You look absolutely gorgeous in your Luxies! Also, thank you for your feedback for longer lengths. I will definitely share it with the team. We did have a 24" collection in the past which is now discontinued but perhaps they can make a come back We'll discuss. Have a great day, beautiful! xo

Angel: Oh man if I was Luxy and sent free extensions for this review I’d be changing my policies

Margot Donna: The way she explains stuff reminds me of how I sound when I do a class presentation without studying lmao

Rosie Bartolo: Very informative. Just subscribed I ordered some samples from Luxy, I hope I like the match so I could go ahead and purchase them.

Blankita Gino: I have bought BELLAMI extensions 3 times !!!! The Lily ghalichi and Jessica Burciaga sets were Horrible!!!!!!!! I felt so cheated ... and my Bugatti’s had blue yarn !! thank you for this Video I think I will spend my money somewhere else .

Dark.Moon.Medusa: How did the Luxys hold up over the months after this video ? I just sent back my Bella Mis cause they were so thin on the ends. They offered to send me a new set or give me a refund. I’m thinking I should do the refund and try Luxy.

gabimoneratt: very, very, veeery seldomly will you buy a bundle of hair that only came from one person. Most, if not all extensions in the market are sourced from multiple people. It is nearly impossible that many donors would have 250g of thick hair from roots to ends. Also, it would require a lot more from each company to process each and every bundle separately, which isn't financially justifiable. I bet that very few, if not all sellers of virgin human hair also do not source one bundle per donor.

Samantha L: I’m a natural red head and it’s so hard to find extensions at all and then Luxy started selling red but only in 20 inch! I need 24 + too

Kahina A: I have Luxy and its good cute package but so THIN it’s not for thick hair ! Very thin at the end too. The hair is good quality but it’s just thin.

Not You: Zala hair extensions has 26 & 30 inch clip in extensions with great quality thick hair! You might wanna try those and get you some inches.

Kimberly Dedjoe: Please can you do a review between Luxy and Zala. I’m really confused on which one to buy.

Nathaly Flores: lip goals! whats the colour ? lip liner? ps thanks for the helpful vid

Natalia Rose: Dude my Bellamis have weird yawrn and grey hairs and weird texture and the smell is disgusting we were scammed lmao

Arielis Marrero: Watching this in Aug 2021, they have 28” now!

Amy Banta: I ordered from Luxy and Bellami and because of having stress alopcia from my malicious divorce and both knew I basically don’t have money to waste but am tired of my husband making fun of it but also because our 20 year high school reunion is coming up and he’ll be there with his mistress and want to look like I have real hair but Luxy left out 1 of the 2 clip wefts and refused to send me one yet I paid for a full set and Bellami sent me 3 hanger/storage bags sets and charged me for them but I didn’t order them and they don’t show on my order in my confirmation email but I have to pay return shipping when again they know my story and not my fault or mess up so why do I get screwed by both companies? And now you are saying they aren’t made of 100% Remy human hair like they claim and both sets are bayalage and what I need and will be curled every time so now I’m scared to open the Bellami because I don’t have any more money to buy a different set and already opened the Luxy so stuck with those but customer service is horrible. And mine are supposed to be getting mixed together into a an ombré wig that just got sewn in and cut to layer and was just about to order side swept bangs from Bellami because this is being done Tuesday for free by a master and my Bellami are 22” and I just told Luxy today that I would never order from them off of principle for not doing the right thing meanwhile they are sending people (no offense) like you that aren’t in my situation and really need them and not a want and am very close to being homeless and losing my kids if I can’t get in my apartment which is not going to happen because he stole my money and they give you a free full set and I can’t even get 1 2 clip weft that I paid for? That’s bs! I think I’m going to start my own channel and just blast these kinds of companies and like Wowebony who stole over $1700 from me, lied, didn’t keep any of their promises because I’m so sick of being taken advantage of just because I don’t have a YouTube channel and have time to do reviews or the equipment so I get sent free stuff that I need just like I lost my eyelashes and can’t get any on, it’s ridiculous to me cuz these companies excuses are “we have to make profit so hope you understand friend” when I’m not stupid and know they give out tons of free stuff to people like you.

JuliAFan RoSe: I hate bellami extensions. So expensive and absolute junk. I get mine from amazon. 10 dollars. And they last

Kathy Koroschetz: Hi, Do you still like luxy or have you found something better?

Freedom-Fashion Diorella: Zala hair extensions have 30 inc ones

juice by jess: Very informative but it would’ve been nice if you brought the hair in front of your shoulders so we can see what it looks like. Instead you kept it behind your back the whole video! Just sayin...

Natalia Pixel: What is your proofs of this? Other than a hissy fit? It sounds like you bought many times for a good reason other than they are "easy clip on extensions" You say the quality is just like sallys or any cheap brand. Then why didn't you just buy there? Just as "easy clip on extensions" either you got mad they didn't bend backwards for you or Luxy reach out to you for an extremely bias review....

anastasia Ventura: Zala hair extensions <3

Evelyn Martinez: My Luxy hair got dry after a week

Jailene Salas: “I’m a long hair bitch” ✊

Daniela Chavez: Bombay hair !

sky lee: These are some serious claims. Do you have proof or are these just theories

Kimberly Dedjoe: Oops, someone already commented about Zala

Isa X: IF BELLAMI HAS MIXED HAIR WHY THEY CHARGING 3-400$ FOR A FUCKING SET

Norma Jean: Um....uhhhh....ummm...uh.... here we go again!!!!
