Halloween Harley Quinn Hair Tutorial With Hair Extensions | Milk + Blush

( spirited, techno, music, ) Hi, guys happy Halloween., Don't switch over. I haven't gone crazy.. You probably recognise this makeup from a certain film called Suicide Squad., I'm gon na go as Harley Quinn this year for Halloween. So I thought I'd show you how I'm gon na achieve that look.! It'S gon na be really really popular this year, because, let's face it, Harley Quinn was badass in that film.. So I'm gon na show you how to do the hair and how to achieve the colours in the pigtails without making the major life choice, of dying your hair and going for those crazy colours., So stay tuned, and I'm gon na show you how to do it.. So a couple of things you're gon na need for this Harley Quinn, hairstyle. You're gon na need some wefts., I'm using two four-clip wefts'cause, my hair's, quite fine, but if you've got thicker hair put as many wefts as you like here and after all, this is Halloween. It'S no time to hold back. And we get it only once a year, so you might as well go crazy with it. And then you're. Just gon na need some hair chalks. In the film she wears red and blue, but I've gone for pink and kind of. Like a teal-y, bluey, green Just'cause, I prefer these colours. I think they're a little bit more me a bit prettier. And then you're, just gon na need some hair ties and some bobby pins and that's pretty much it.. So the first thing you're gon na do is just part. Your hair in the middle. I like to use a comb with a little pointy end like this just'cause. It makes it easier. So you're gon na go right down the middle, like that., Get it as central as you can., But don't worry about it. Being too perfect. I mean Harley Quinn's a psychopath. After all, so it doesn't really matter.. So that looks just about right., And then I like to just pop my hair in a hair tie on one side.. Just makes it easier to do the bunches.. You don't have any hair from the back going over to the wrong side. And you're gon na. Do a high pigtail. You wan na, get it as high as you can higher than you'd like, because when the wefts are in, it will drop slightly.. So that looks just about right to me. And then she does have some bits of hair kinda framing her face. So you just wan na pull those out.. You can tidy up the underneath with a comb and just secure that with your hair tie., And I don't like the pigtails too tight, so just kind of push my hair in the opposite, way., Just to make it a little bit. Messier. Then you're gon na get your four-clip weft. And you're. Just gon na wrap this around the hair tie and clip it in as you go.. So that feels secure now. And I'm just gon na put a little bit of wave in these bunches just to give'em. Some volume., So I usually just separate it into two just like that. And I'm using quite a large barrel tong for this. And just wrap that around and hold it for a couple of seconds.. So this is my favourite part and it's using the hair. Chalk. Kind of a bit of arts and crafts., So what you're gon na do? You'Re gon na have a bit of hair, that's covering the hair extension there., So you can cover this with a ribbon or a hair tie or a bobble or anything like that. But I like to use my hair to cover it.. So what I'm gon na do is just try and make this all one colour.. So I've got my hair chalk and you're. Just gon na rub rub it on the hair. And before you think, is this gon na get everywhere and not gon na be able to come off. I'M not really bothered about getting it on this T-shirt, but it does wash off anyway. But if you are concerned about your clothes, just drape a towel over your shoulder, while you're doing this., (, vibrant techno, music ), So now, you've got one pink, strand. You're, just gon na wrap this around the base of the weft. And you're just gon na secure That with a bobby pin. And then you're just gon na carry on with the lengths of the pigtail.. So I go up about halfway and then it kind of fades. So concentrate on getting a lot of the colour at the base and then just fading it up. Like that., So as you can see from my weft, I put a little bit of the curl in these as well.. That just gives it more volume, makes it more bouncy. And what you're gon na do just to finish off. The look is just backcomb, the lengths.. So I'm using a backcombing brush., You can use one of these, it's really really good or you can use a regular comb or a regular brush. It'S completely up to you. And just back comb little sections.. So I don't know about you, but I love this look.. It'S so fun and I just feel really badass having this hair..
