All About Hair Extensions

What'S up guys so this morning, disco and i woke up at five o'clock and we went and we crushed our workouts. He went to separate gems to get to work at a decent time and i'm trying to get up earlier and start my day earlier, so that I'm eliminating excuses later in the day and just getting my day started sooner and getting into a new sleep cycle and Pattern um for several different reasons, but anyways, i'm so tired, and i know i will just over time i used to get up hella early to be in a different town. When I used to travel for a cardio lab isip to drive like one and a half to three hours to get to a destination at 7am, so if I could do it, then I know I can do it now anyways today I am going to be doing A vlog about my hairs because i am going to see Lauren again we are going to do my hair, I'm going to get color because it has grown out tremendously and have some virgin locks appear. So I'm excited about that and then I'm just going to do a little balayage and I'm going to redo my extensions. Many of you guys have asked me if I works engines, so ever we can't tell which is the point of it. But yes, i do or extensions I've worn extensions for about three years now I get the keratin bonded extensions for a couple of reasons, one of which is that my natural hair doesn't grow past a certain length, as you can kind of see here. This is some of my natural hair and the second reason is for volume, because my hair is fine and it's not very thick. So, even when I have my hair shorter, I will have a few extensions in because it helps create a little bit of volume and density to my hair, which I didn't realize before I thought. Extensions were only four lengths, but because of Lauren she's taught me so much about them that I'm able to do these things down. So that's what we're going to do today, I'm going to get a little behind-the-scenes footage of when Mike's engine throughout. So you guys can see the difference between my hair, my normal hair and my hair with extensions. It feels so good to get your extensions like redone after they've grown out mine, typically last about three and a half, maybe four months, I'm the you still last longer, but because I take a multi mine factor, my hair grows pretty fast. It didn't used to a lot of people will advise you not to take biotin or vitamins, so you have more longevity with your extension, so your hair doesn't grow as fast but being in a health and fitness industry. I'M not a really big fan of that. Just because I mean your multi serves a purpose and I think it's a very big part of your supplementation, especially if you're not getting enough nutrition from your diet so anyways. I would rather spin the money and the time i'm clicking a little reckless here to have them redone a little bit more often and to have healthier hair and to have a healthier, physique and body because of you know, supplementing with my multivitamin than to forgo that. Just for the sake of you know vanity, so yeah anyways, i'm not going to babylon too long, but if you guys have any questions, comments or whatever, please be sure to put them down below. Alright, so we're gon na eat, some breakfast get some work done and then later on, we're going to go get some pears did so so I've been doing keratin bond extensions for about three years now and Lauren has always done them for me, and I know I Was worried about them in the past being very unhealthy for my hair Lauren? Can you explain why the type of extensions you do are healthier are not damaging to their so first of all the bonds being keratin, your hair will naturally kind of identify it not as something foreign, because your hair is composed of keratin. So when you have something keratin backed up to it, it's not going to cause any negative reactions like hair breakage, where your color starts to take differently in separate separate spots, also as a being keratin, it will bond. It kicked the bond cures over the next 24 hours after i put them in and I'll tighten around her hair. But then, when I go to take them out, I just simply crush the kerosene or movement. It doesn't do any damage to her hair. It can still be colored, she can use, it can withstand heat, just like your haircut, so she can use a flat iron, curling, iron, etc blow it out, and products and stuff won't affect it or break it down the way. Other other carrot. Other extensions, like the beads, are not my favorite, some things when you have like metal lines, you're putting a foreign substance onto your hair, and this way you don't have to worry about that. Does that make sense yeah that makes sense to me so she's been doing mine for three years and I haven't noticed any significant damage. It just feels really weird which takes him out, because my hair is so naturally thin, but other than that. My hair grows at a healthy rate and she keeps it lucious for me he's a little naked when you take them out. It does feel naked, but alright, so we're gon na do some color and then we'll show you guys. The finished parts are here at my my weave over here. Sorry diam's show you you. So, as you can see, this is all of my natural hair. It is very like limp because it's dirty and washed in a few days so do not judge me, but yes, you can tell how fine it is, and it's not very thick either like if i go to pull it in a ponytail adjust this still learning how To use a skinful, you guys bear with me it's a little baby ponytail. So that's a lot of the reason why I do extensions is for length and for volume, because my hair will probably naturally grow right about to here. And then it just starts looking like at the ends because it's thin and scraggly, but we gon na get unbelievable and Lauren's gon na put some color in here. So I am getting my color sweet foam action going on here, usually trying to catch a satellite signal. Isn'T in fall but switch it up on you Maurice mixing things up today. Getting some work done. Reality of kajol caved in and tryna, and I got some work at the same time. So this is the complete product. No, I have to zoom back because your hair so long ashes. This is cut color, balayage extensions, I'm gon na shine good here what they look like yes, so this is what her extensions look like the little teeny tic tacs feel completely smooth to the touch perfectly blended. With your hair, I feel like a mermaid again with little bit underneath here hanging out with me today, Charles they're, better little Charles, alright guys so hours later. We are now done. Have my mermaid locks? I don't love, you guys, see i'll try to get another shot where my little closer, but it's a lot lighter up here. More of a caramel fade into the light blonde and not quite as blonde, but it's all what do you think it's a little closer? You can see lighter brown and then caramel into blunt, so it looks fabulous and it feels so good to have them done. Ok, so that is going to conclude today's vlog um appointments like that with extensions. Yes, I was there for several hours. It does take a lot of time. It'S a lot of work for Lauren she's, amazing at what she does and, of course the outcome is always great and I enjoy it so much. I always try to get some work done.
