Make It Fit! Skin Melt Full Lace Wig Invisible Knots | Ear To Ear Resize

Hi guys welcome back today's video i wanted to come through for you all. I want to give you some tips on how to make your lace wigs fit. A lot of you seem to still have problems with this. Now i did do a video for how to resize a 13x6 lace wig today, i'm working with the full lace wig. So if you have not seen that one - and you want a more detailed video on how to really take that cap and reconstruct it, make sure to check out this video right here that just popped out - and i also do have a detail cutting around the ear Tab video. I will also pop that video out today's video, i'm working with the full lace wig and i'm going to go in detail again and show you guys how to resize your cap to make it fit from ear to ear more so than the back. So if you want to see more on how to make the back fit make sure to check out that previous video that i just told you guys about alright. So before i jump into this video, i do want to make it very clear that there are some things that you need to know before ordering your lace, wigs, a lot of lace, wigs come in stock sizes, meaning that you don't need to wait a long time To get your wig, so they come in a medium sized cap a lot of times. People can get away with wearing a medium size. When you want a size, that's more fitted, usually you can send in your measurements, and that makes the wig a customized wig, which those wigs would normally take a few weeks to be made because it's made to your head size. Basically, you want to make sure you measure your hair before you are ordering a wig a lot of times, i'm very acceptable of the 22 cap size, because my head size is 21. All i do is cut the lace like i'm going to show you today and just make it fit. I'M not saying that i don't get any like areas in the back if i'm wearing a 13x6 wig or a full lace wig and i'm not gluing it down in the back that are like loose and hanging it don't bother me, i'm not trying to hide wearing A wig from anyone, so i mean i usually just use the adjustable, strap back there and i'll be just fine with that. But some people are not. They want to be able to wear it and have the cap fit perfectly. So it's very undetectable. You want to measure with a soft measuring tape around your circumference of the head. I don't have one with me right now, but i usually take the measuring tape start at the back, bring it up to about right here and whatever the number is. That'S the size of your circumference of your head. Another way you can measure also would be from ear to ear, so you would start the measuring tape from one ear and you would end it over here and whatever the number is there. That'S the size. You are from ear to ear, so usually when you see the capsid say 13 by 6, the 13 is normally from ear to ear. So if you measure from here to here from ear to ear and you get a size 13, then you know a 13 by 6 cap is going to be for you with. That being said, i hope that tip helped. You we're going to jump right into this. Video, i'm going to show you guys how i resize this wig like this wig. I will be sure to put it down in the description box, but the quality is really good. With this hair, it is 100 human hair. I don't work with synthetic wigs a lot, so a lot of the wigs that i do work with is 100 human hair um, so yeah it will be below in the description box with a discount code. I really appreciate that, let's jump right in so you want to start by pushing all of the hair into a ponytail and out of the way. So you can see the lace i like to start around the ear, because this is the most important sizing to me, because this is where your application is going to be. You see this area right here. This is a guide to where to cut in order for the wig to fit properly around the ear. So i'm just going to pin the hair out of that area. Take my scissors go up and it is okay. If you cut into the hair, you want to make sure you leave space here for your ear to fall, so i'm going in an upward and then a downward motion and just cutting off that whole area. Once you do that, you will find that the ear area will have a slit, and then you can just position it around the ear so it'll fit properly. Once i did that, as you can see, it falls perfectly from ear to ear. However, if you have the area there and it comes too long over the ear, you can always cut that down and make it shorter. I do this in almost every video when i have a cap that is bigger. If it fits like this, then you know you got it right now. I don't know about you, but i like a little space when it comes to my wigs, because if the wig is exactly my head size, i find that what happens is i usually have a problem with the hairline laying down properly to my hair size being a 21 i like to go with the 22 cal. It gives me more room to work with the wig, because if your wig ended up being too small, there is no way to really fix that. I'M sorry you guys, but it's really no way to fix it. Unless you know how to ventilate a wig or know how to reconstruct a whole wig, you would definitely have to go in detail with reconstructing a wig okay, so i'm just applying the hairline down and i'm using a new product that i'm really excited to try out. So if it works out today, i will be back tomorrow to show you guys what the product is so make sure your notifications are turned on, but the hairline on this wig looks so good. I did go back and bleach the knots i did wash this hair. So after first wash and after the nozzle bleach, this is what it looks like. I did not do anything to the hairline all right, so i am going to go ahead and push back the hairline to kind of get the hairs out of the glue and just make sure everything is looking neat. I am using my hot comb for this. I will be sure to put that below. Oh, let me just go ahead and tell you guys once you cut the tabs like that and cut into the hair, you will get a little bit more shedding when you first brush the hair thoroughly, because you just cut away some of the hair. You just kind of went to that hair and cut it. So this is what normally happens. I get like strands like this. It'S totally normal, so i'm going to take some of this shea moisture, weaving wig, hair mousse and i'm going to lay down the edges so that i won't have that straight across cut. Look now, i'm still loving this product. Have you guys tried it out? I haven't heard you guys say much about it. Let me know what your thoughts is. Okay. So this is a full lace wig. So you can part this all the way back to the nape of your neck. I just want to show you guys what the partings look like this wig is densely packed, so the partings are very tight and that's kind of a good thing. If you are a person who experience shedding with your wigs, like i said, i did bleach the knot, so that is what's giving the scalp like appearance. It'S just really really nice. I am going to take my straightener brush and we are just going to straighten out this hair a little bit. Okay, so that's how i size my cap there's nothing special to what i do. That is normally what i do as far as the background like right now, my back is still loose um, so i really don't have an issue with that nobody's going to be back there, so it don't bother me also.
