Dominique Human Hair Wig Review | Fair Fashion Collection

Hey guys, it's abby, andrew and welcome back to my channel today is going to be another wig review, and it's for the wig i'm wearing right now, which is dominique. This wig is really exciting. It'S from the new rene of paris, fair fashion collection, which is all human hair. This is such a beautiful style. Many of the wigs i review on my channel are synthetic, so it's just a little bit of a change of pace from my typical wig reviews and aside from this one, i do have two other reviews on this channel for fair fashion, wigs the other one's going To be mia and then the other one is emily, so those if they're not up already they'll, be coming out soon and i will link those below if you want to see more of the fair fashion options from rene of paris. So if you guys follow my channel regularly, you know that i do typically wear synthetic wigs for a number of reasons. They'Re a little bit more affordable. You can do all sorts of fun colors with synthetic wigs, whereas most human hair, wigs typically come in more natural. Looking colors, i love all the fun bright colors and the other thing is the hat synthetic wigs for me personally are so easy to manage because they hold their style, whereas human hair wigs require a little bit more upkeep with styling and such and personally, i don't Really have a lot of hair styling skills. I guess i could learn, but typically that's why i like synthetic is you can just throw it on your head and it looks good to go, whereas sometimes with human hair. You do have to do a little bit more upkeep, but some people prefer that, because they like the option to style it, which you can't do as much with synthetic if it's not heat friendly. If you're new to my channel, i do work with rene of paris and i just started to make more videos for their youtube channel. So they sent me a whole bunch of wigs just to work with in the videos and they sent me three of the fair fashion. Wigs, like i said, the mia emily and this one is dominique, and unfortunately, i only am able to keep one of the fair fashion. Wigs and the one i chose to keep is actually emily, which, if you want to know why i chose to keep that one. Then go watch my review for emily, but this one was a close second, i was so torn between keeping this one and keeping emily. I ended up going with emily because i feel like it's a really short cute everyday look, whereas with dominique, i think this wig would require a bit more upkeep and i am a lazy person with my styling and i feel like if i had to style this. A little bit more extensively, i wouldn't wear it as often, whereas emily i think i would could wear potentially daily, but this wig is so beautiful. Nonetheless, i kind of wish i was keeping this one, but i do think emily was the good choice. This color by the way is 8r. 14. 25. I think i'm getting that right. It still has the tag on it so like whip it around and check the color 8r14 25., so uh with human hair. Wigs. There is a little bit more of a limited color selection because they do have only just like natural colors, so usually just like a range between like brunette to blonde. I think there's a reddish color as well part of the reason i love this wig. So much especially this color is, i think it would have looked like my real hair would have looked because i would have been naturally blonde at the same color as my mom's hair, i'm gon na put in a picture of my mom if she's, okay with it A lot of people say we look alike and i think especially with this hair, i look so much like her, because this is like almost exactly her hair color. So it's probably what my hair color would have been like. I said i am making videos on the rene of paris channel now and i did make a video for them about all the different cap constructions that come in the fair fashion, collection they're a little bit different than the other rene of paris caps. So if you want to learn more about the cap for dominique then go check out that video. I just wanted to show you how beautiful this style is honestly for this video before i have to return it. Oh, it's such a beautiful style. I hope i eventually get the chance to add this wig to my collection, one way or another by the way, the fair fashion catalog with rene of paris, i actually got the chance to model for which is so exciting and fun so definitely go check out. The catalog to see all the other awesome options for the rene of paris, fair fashion collection, so many beautiful styles and, like i said, there's a lot of different cap constructions that all cater towards like different needs. So this one, for example, is the sensitive cap. So it caters to people with alopecia specifically, so it has like a really nice lace front. I didn't trim the lace front again because i have to return this to them. It does come forward about like an inch and you if you have this wig, you are supposed to trim it, but this is supposed to go. Uh temple the temple, this wig cat by the way very important to note that this one isn't really adjustable. It does stretch, but it's not adjustable in the way that, like a typical, i have another wig right here, like this, isn't a more wig it has like the adjustable pull tabs. This does not have that. It, however, does come in two sizes. It comes in a small, and it comes in a medium this one that i'm wearing right now is a small, and i think i actually think i might have been a medium cap. I'M not really sure. Maybe i would have been right in between just because the um lace is supposed to go temple the temple and it doesn't go all the way to my ear, i'm not sure if it's supposed to but yeah. Let me show you guys the uh, the cap really quick, so it's fully hand tied all around, so you can change the part any which way you have lots of flexibility. It has all of these like silicone strips all along the side and the top and the back. So it really really sticks to your head nicely, so it doesn't feel like it's at risk of falling off and again, if you do want to see more about the cap, construction go check out the video on the rene of paris channel, which i will link below By the way, i feel like i have a little bit of a tan just right here, i feel, like i've been going out in the sun wearing a wig with side bangs a lot lately. So when i take off my wig, i just have like a tan here and then, like i, have a tan line from my bangs. I don't know here's up close of the lace front and the hand-tied hair. So it's just like insanely realistic. The lace front allows you to really push it back and then the fact that it's fully hand tied allows you to just like change the part any which way and with the fair fashion line like nobody, would ever ever guess that these were wigs if you're wearing Them properly like once, you trim this lace front. It just looks so realistic. The funny thing about wigs without bangs is, i feel, like i never know where to place them on my head. I feel like it takes me a few wears to like figure out that i'm wearing it way too far back, so i think that looks a little bit better. So if you are considering getting this wig, i think that it's a fantastic option. It'S so good for hair loss, because it's really secure with this cap. It fits very, very comfortably.
