So what is up afrikaner fam, going straight into this video, i'm using my shimmer light shampoo and i have a bucket of hot water and i'm going to go ahead and just apply some of the shampoo inside the water and i'm going to go ahead and just Mix it very well until i get um, you know a nice consistency and there's no leftover, shampoo roaming around you just want to make sure you mix it very well, because you don't want any little. You know patches to get on the hair and then the hair just looks patchy. So now i'll be dipping my hair into the water. This is the hair from her dream. Co. Wigs! If you do not remember this black owned business, i use their um pixie curly. The short pixie curly thing that i did it was: it went viral it's going crazy, but yeah. So this is the same company you guys and again she delivered again and again and again: okay, the hair is bomb and soft and it took the color very well. So i went ahead and just dip that around for about five minutes into the shimla shampoo and then i went ahead and emptied out the water. And then i placed some new warm water and i'm using my kids. Temptations die in the color honey brown and i'm going to go ahead and mix that up as well too and again, you just want to make sure that there's no color flying around before you apply the hair and today we're going for a nice blonde to brown. Ombre, so i'm just dipping the ends into the hair, and i'm just going to do this for about five to ten minutes and just apply more dye. Until i get my desired color you guys and as you guys can see, i kind of have the hair parted already, just because um i wanted to see where exactly the dye will land and i just wanted to make sure that it was nice and even all Right y'all, so now that that's done, i went ahead and rinsed out the hair and blow-dried it, and now we're gon na go into flat. Ironing today i'll be featuring the eap heat flat iron and we're gon na go ahead and test this bad boy out. This flat iron does work like a dream and i really did enjoy using it so right now, i'm just applying my cheese silk fusion into my hair, uh, mr serum, and i'm just going to go ahead and apply that all over the hair. As my heat protectant and then i'm just going to go ahead and flat iron, this hair and flat ironing is pretty simple, but this is just a demo of how it flat irons - and this was on 430 degrees and again it flat ironed like a dream, and You want to make sure just with colored hair that you don't go at the maximum, because you don't want the hair to fade out, as you guys can see, just one swipe and already just got straight. So i absolutely love this iron. I would highly recommend 10 out of 10. now that i'm done flat ironing i'm just going to go ahead and section out my closure piece. This is a 5x5 closure wig and right now, what i'm doing is i'm just sectioning out some hair in the back. Just so i could cover up my tracks. So that's exactly what i'm doing, and i already have my hair um parted into the middle because we're doing a middle part and then i'm just going to go ahead and use. My caracara wax stick and apply that on that section, as well as the parts from where the um you know, the part is at as well just we can have this nice and flat and i'm going to go into my andes, hot comb and the hottest setting. Well, actually, no it's on 15, so the second hottest setting i'm just going to go ahead and just hot comb that down so we have a nice and seamless look, and this will just take your look from zero to 100. When you sit down there, you go ahead and just flat iron and hot comb. Your hair y'all, like you, won't have a lumpy looking type of closure, no you're not going for lumpy. The perfectionist in me would have never allowed me to wear a lumpy and bumpy wig, i'm sorry and right now. What i'm doing is i'm just taking sections um from each side and i'm going to go ahead and apply the carry care wax stick and, as you guys can see, that part was a little bit bumpy. But as we sat down there and hot combed it, it got flat and again we're just going for overall flat look and i'm just doing this for each section and i'm working with pretty small to moderate sections s bling on the track. And now i'm just going to go ahead and do that on the front again, just to have a nice and flat look and by the way the closure did come pretty plugged. I barely plucked it. I probably plucked a couple of hairs out, but it is true to it being pre-plugged. I didn't have to really do anything to it all right y'all. This is how we're looking so now, i'm going to go ahead and start cutting my hair and i'm using my wall um sheet, my shears, my wall. What do you call them clippers there? We go clippers, i'm just gon na go ahead and um cut them. Now. This is where i messed up. Y'All, like i messed up before, i even explained my mess up, if you guys are feeling my white background, go ahead and comment a white heart okay, because i changed my background new year new wall, everything so yeah. If you guys are feeling it go ahead and calm down a white heart now back to the story, you guys i messed up bad, you guys, like literally it wasn't bad, but i cut this bob shorter than what i anticipated on it and yeah. It came out, like you know, like i was looking like edna mode, but we still made it look fire and cute. You know so you guys you can always take a mess up and you know fix it, but right now what i'm doing is i bent the um the mannequin head over and i went ahead and just you know make sure that it's nice and you know cut Because when you bend your head, you don't want your hair to be looking very choppy. So that's exactly what i did now on to the hair. I'M going to go ahead and cut my lace, i'm using my razor comb and i'm going to go side by side. I like to use my shears to cut in the middle, and then i use my razor comb with my eyebrow razor to cut the lace off and you want to just cut in a jagged motion just to make sure that, like it's not like a noticeable line Of demarcation and overall, you just want it to look skin, like so make sure you're cutting as close to the hairline as possible. Well too, because you don't want it to be too lacy and i went ahead and just glued the hair off camera. I glued down the lace, closure wig off camera, as well as tinted delays with my foundation color, and this is how it looks. This is the first look you guys two in one, so stay tuned for our second look, which is the bangs okay. So now we're gon na go ahead and do our bangs. So i like to do. Is i like to leave it as a middle part, because i feel like you're able to distinct. You know what side has more hair and what side doesn't so again if you're, starting from just doing a bang, first go ahead and just create your middle part. First, before you go ahead and do that and right now, i'm just taking triangular sections on each side and then i'm going to use my hot comb to press it down now. One thing i noticed is from the caracara wax: stick that i use in between the hair. My hair was a bit um, you know oily and stuff, that's a wash it and stuff off camera, but right now what i did is. I just went ahead and just twist the hair once with my fingers and i'm going to go ahead and cut, and this would just give you like that nice um, you know: how do you call them fringe bangs, it gives you nice fringe bangs. So literally, you just take your two fingers. Your index finger and your in your middle finger. You just twist the hair once and then you just go you're going to go ahead and cut now with bangs, usually like you get to play around with it like bangs or something you play around with. I was cutting this bang for like a good hour, so you know so just play around with that. Until you get like your certain length and like you know, just how you like it, you know so i just went ahead and just cut away y'all. I was very happy well scissor, happy and yeah. So now i'm going to go ahead and to my baby list, um flat iron, i'm gon na go ahead and just bump the ends just a wee bit we're not gon na od. You guys and again. I just kept on playing with it and just you know, cutting away if i needed to cut around - and this was pretty much it like you guys are going to see the finished results soon. So just wait off a little bit. You know don't be impatient and these are the finished results y'all.
