Lace 101: Transparent Vs. Hd Lace Vs. Medium Brown Lace | Ft Ronnie Hair

Hey miss thang, it's your girl kia and i'm back at it again with another video. I haven't done a talking video in so long, so i'm like i might as well. So today's video is going to be on a wig that i got from ronnie hair. What'S good and she is a 5x5 swiss lace, water wave 20 inch wig. So let me show you the inside of the cap before we get started. So this is what the inside of the cap looks like, although it is considered a 5x5 lace wig. She actually has some lights on the side and, if you don't know what this is, this material is like that, like a wig cap kind of feel, if you know what i mean and in the back, we've got a adjustable, strap comb and a little bit of Lace so that little um ball cap material is what they call the fake scalp wig. I know girl my lashes. I just got them done so. If you're thinking a little full mind your business thanks, i'm going to read to you what effects got booked wig is so the fake scap with the fake scalp. You don't have to do any cornrows use. Wig caps, do the ball cap method or fake scalp method. The extra delicate diamond net to protect the fake scalp is harmless to your natural hair, which is also breathable and more comfortable, and these two are side by side comparison of a fake, scalp, wig and a regular wig. So for me, um, i've worn quite a few um fake scalp wigs, but i always um do end up just wearing a wig cap, just because um i want my hair to be as flat as possible. So, although i don't have to wear this, i'm going to so swiss lace is the lace that is on this wig and i don't know i could i feel like i can always tell before. I even know for sure what kind of laces on the wig, just by like the edges of the lace and when it's like frayed like that and thin, i always know it's that good sheet. So let me slide her on just so. You can see how good that swiss lace melts in with your skin tone, without it even being um like glued down or whatever look, how good that that melts in, and this is up close, and this is without it even being sprayed down or whatever the case May be so, this type of lace is very good for all skin tones. She melts in she blends in very good with anybody whether you light skin your dark skin you're in the middle. This lace is very breathable. It'S comfortable, it's a lightweight yet very durable. Oh just because of that it is a lot better for natural hair. It produces less friction than any other kind of lace or, i would say, the regular standard lace that we've been used to get her glued down, she's, invisible and completely undetectable. Now i mean myself, i am a visual learner, so i did kind of want to give you a quick like demo on like the different type of laces and what they do and what's up, what's up really with it, and i just want to. I want you to be able to see the difference between how they blend. I want to show you how the different type of laces look on the forehead and on your arm. Just so, you can see like how they blend the demonstration on my forehead and then on. My arm is going to be like a representation of different skin tones. You fail me first piece of lace is the regular medium brown lace. I absolutely hate this lace and that's just because it's not a good fit for my skin, so you might think this looks fine, but let me turn down the light. I clearly see it like no, if ends or butts about that. This is the main lace that i find to be on a lot of wigs. So this is how she looks on my arm and at the end, i'm going to show you all of them together. So you'll see how huge ever difference everything is our transparent lace and, as you can see, girl what. Usually, though, when i am wearing transparent legs, i would have to tint it. I definitely don't recommend transparent lace to beginners, because if you make the lace too dark you're gon na ruin the wig honestly. Truly. How that looks on my arm. So you can definitely tell definitely tell here. Is our swiss lace and you can literally like? Are you even kidding me right now, you can barely you can't even really see it, and this is without it even being melted. So i'm gon na take water, the water simulates, the lace actually being melted on the skin. Here is the swiss lace and it's completely undetectable. So next we have our transparent lace. It'S not super white like how it was before you can still definitely tell the difference, and so this is the brown one and honestly, if you are not someone that has a lot of pigment to your skin, this is just not going to work for you and Then i feel like if you do have a lot of pigment to your skin. The transparent lights is not going to work, so the best bit is the swiss lace. Even when i get up super close literally, it's undetectable. I actually like how big this is.
