Who said they need edges? I got you, you need some edges. I got you, you can't tell me these are not my edges. Oh my gosh, you got edges, hey guys. It'S kate, of course, welcome back to my channel, so in this video i'm going to be giving you my little tips on how you can achieve some edges. We still struggling a little bit um. So these right here is struggle, edges and um. I just want them to be a little bit more fuller. So, in the meantime, between time i am going to finesse it. I am going to fake it. They say fake it until you make it that's exactly what i'm about to do so we're gon na go from um being stressed to being blessed. Okay, all right, so i came up with an idea. I'M like yo. I need some edges they're, just not giving me what i need right. So i'm thinking like what can i do to get edges like now? Okay, so you want to get an old lace front wig! You need some laces, you need the lace. This is a synthetic. What lace wig um i mean - i probably can still wear it, but it don't even matter now what you're going to do is you're going to cut you're going to cut the lace from your wig to achieve your edges. Okay, so i already cut one piece and you want to make sure so i cut from this side, so i'm going to place the uh, the lace piece that i cut off on this side, just because it goes better, so i'm gon na go ahead and fix This little ponytail, so it can be neat again um. So i'm gon na speed this up a little bit and i'm not going to take like the whole ponytail out, i'm just adding my equal style of gel just so because it's like little gaps in this hair. So now that my ponytail is looking presentable again, i'm gon na go ahead and add these edges. So i'm cutting this right here. Oh like this is how much i'm going to cut off. So i'm just going to cut i'm going to cut like that, but this is what your piece should be. Looking like, it should look something like this: i'm going to go ahead and brush my edges right here. You basically want to measure where you want to put your edges, so i think that i want to place it right about right here, i'm going to spray this up, uh so and now that that's done, i am going to oh i'm sitting all right so now That that's done! This is what it should look like like come on down. Tell me that don't look like my freaking edges, stay back any better girl, stop playing with me all right. So now i'm going to go ahead and just tie this down just so. I know that it's secure and it's kind of hard to stick them on there, just because i already had product in my hair, like i had it um edge control on my edges. Now, if you don't have anything on your edges, i'm pretty sure this would. Of course it would stick better, but because i already had product in my hair it was kind of hard to stick down, but they on there y'all i'm going to go ahead and take this off. I will always do it all right. So this is what we looking like. If you ain't want to do like no type of baby hairs, you could just scooch them on back like this and you have edges, i want to fix mines up a little bit. So let's do this! I'M using these big old scissors, your uh, so i cut off another piece i feel like you can't even see it, but i'm going to put it up here somewhere up. I think that i'm gon na leave the curly pieces. I really like the way it's turned out, so i'm gon na cut some more my wigs uh uh uh

S.S. L.S.: I’ve been doing this for a couple of years now. Another thing you can do is use crochet hair. I like the curly when wearing my natural hair). I cut a thin piece & mold it to make edges. I then lay it down to dry. Both lasts about 4-6 days even with gym workouts.
