The Best Lace And Curly Lace Wig Ft. Tinashe Hair

Oh girl, i think i want you now. I wanna hey, you guys welcome back to my channel, so today's video is sponsored by tanashay tanashi hair and i'm just opening it up taking everything out. So i have the wig here. It'S a lace, frontal, 13x4 lace, frontal 24 inches and it's curly hair, so i'm taking it out and my first initial reaction was wow. This hair looks really good and it actually looks pretty long for 24 inches. So i'm just taking everything off and here it is opening it up. This is what the inside looks like and then, like. I said it looks super long and then here is the hairline, so i did bleach to knots. I did it off camera, but this is ather and i also tinted the lace using the hair dye spray that i always use. I will try to list it down below for those who care and now i'm just going in with this wax stick and i'm just applying it onto the hairline, because i am going to go over that with a hot comb to press it out and now you Can see me here just going over it with a hot comb, i'm only doing the edges or the hairline, because it's curly hair there's no need to hot comb that i just want to make sure that the front is nice and slick back now that i'm done Prepping, the wig i'm just going to go in with this bold hold lace glue and i did do the ball cap method. I like doing this because it does help protect my hairline from the glue because it's not directly touching them. It is on the cap and i only do one layer, one very small layer. You don't need a lot for the ball cap method and once it has dry clear, i just go ahead and cut that cap off in the front. So i'm using this duo, contour kit that i get from my local beauty supply store, is like two dollars, maybe three after tax, but i like to use that to match the cap to my skin. I'M going back in with the same bold, hold, lace, glue and i'm doing one layer, but my one layer is really like two because of how much glue that i do apply and i just blend it out and you want to make sure you blend it out Evenly because if you have clumps or balls of glue, it's not going to dry as fast, so just make sure you blend it out good and evenly so that it can dry clear and that you can glue your lace down and, as you can see here, it Has dried down so i'm going to stick the lace right on top of it, and i have some lace going over my ears, so i'm just cutting that off. Sometimes i do it before i glue it down, sometimes after it doesn't really matter as long as they get cut off, so that my wig can lay flat from ear to ear and now i'm just cutting off the lace. So i'm just taking my time and the way that i'm cutting it creates a zigzag cut which helps hide the lace. I would also like to mention how good this lace is. I was very impressed like when i cut it off, like it just blended so well into my skin tone like i was very happy about that. So i just wanted to mention that so now i'm going to style and the way i want to wear this hair is in a middle part. So i'm just getting my part where i want it nice and centered, and then i'm just going over that with a wax stick, because i am going to hot comb of course, and it just helps, lay the hair flat at the top. Because that's what i want! We do not want a bumpy wig. That is a no-no. We don't want to walk around with the hump a lump a bump. None of that at the top of our wig, so just make sure that you press it out with a hot comb. It makes a huge difference. This hair also took the heat really well, you can see for yourself just how flat it is getting. So i was just very happy with everything so far with the lace, the hair, all of that it's just coming out so good, and i'm not done yet. So i already have my baby hairs pulled out, and this is all the baby hairs that i'm going to be doing so, like i said i just pull it out and then i cut it and i kind of cut it at an angle, because i want the Hairs in the front to be shorter, i like how that looks when it lays - and i just like to use ego styling gel to lay them. I feel like i get the best results when i use eco styling gel. I know everybody doesn't like that, but i like how they look and i don't feel like i get the same. Look when i use styling foam like it just doesn't look good to me or i just i can't get it to work for me. So now i'm taking this jackie's and it is a leave-in conditioner. I like to mix it in my spray bottle with water. So you just see me here not a lot, you don't need a lot and then i already have water in the bottle and shake it up and i spray it directly onto the hair. So at first i was only planning on spraying the top half of the hair, because, as you can see, the curls have been brushed out, so i was just spraying over that, so it could blend with the rest of the hair, and i just have the lace Tie down with elastic band because i don't want to get water on it. I want this to lay and i don't want it lifting so i just have that tied down with elastic band and something about it. It really helps melt the lace, so i just want to let that sit up there and, like i said i only wet half of it, but later on, i decided to wet the entire wig, because i really liked how the curls were looking wet. So i was like, let's see the true curl definition, the true curl pattern of this wig. So at this point the whole wig was wet. I sprayed it with the water and the leave-in conditioner, and i was just brushing through it and i must say that the curls on this hair were beautiful. They were so soft and bouncy like i really liked it. So i was happy that i sprayed the entire wig because, like i said the curls on this look so good and you guys can see for yourself you're watching the video, how well or how good that the curls look and they look even better when the hair Dries so you'll see in the ending clip what that looks like, and at this point i was done so i removed the elastic band and back to what i was saying about this lace. You can see my real live reaction about the melt of this, which doesn't happen often so that says a lot. I loved everything about this wig from the lace to the hair to the curls.
