Hi everyone erin here from real wig fun thanks for joining me, so today we're going to take a quick look at a brand new belletress style. It'S called bonavita and i have it here in the color root beer float so stick around. I first want to thank wigs by paddy's pearls for supplying this wig to bring this review for you today. So, okay, let's dive into this new style. As i mentioned, it's called bonavita and i have it in root. Beer float and what's really cool and interesting, is i'm not sure if you're aware, but bonavita translates to good life in italian and who doesn't want a good life? Bonavita is really an updated, modern style, it does have belletress's creative lace, front mono part and it is their heat styleable fiber. So you can style heat style this wig. So if you wanted to put waves or curls into it or if you wanted to straighten it even further, you absolutely could do just keep the temperature below 340 degrees. So this style has some thin layers and a soft curve, as you can see. As far as the dimensions and lengths on this wig, the side bang, which you'll see here, is five and a half to six inches. This the sides are 11 inches. The nape is nice and short at a three inch uh length and the back is 10 inches and it's a very lightweight wig, coming in at 3.5 ounces. Why don't i take bonavita off so that you can see the inside of the cap? So first just another quick! Look at that root! Beer float blonde. It is a beautiful, blended blonde, as i mentioned earlier. Okay, so i will turn it inside out there. You can see the belletress's creative lace front, okay and then that lace part which is left-handed part. There is a generous amount of room for changing up your part where, wherever you personally like it, there is a good amount of stretch in this in this cap. I have a 22 inch diameter head and it fits me very well, but i do have it at the furthest setting. So if you have a smaller head than me, don't worry. You could certainly adjust that and make that smaller to fit your head size. You will see a felt covered ear tabs. There are metal stays, they are thin ear tabs, which i think is a good thing, especially if you are, if you wear eyeglasses um, reducing the bulk by having this thin ear, tab makes wearing glasses and, let's face it, masks a lot easier fighting for space behind Our ears, so we have open uh, wefted sides and back. There is not an extended nape okay, but it is a felt covered, nape, which is very comfortable and the bra strap adjusters. So you may have seen the color root beer float before, but really it is a blended blonde, with a ton of different blondes running through it, which i think is really beautiful because it makes for a very dimensional blonde color, which i think is beautiful. So it is a blend of light pearl blonde ash blonde beige blonde champagne blonde with a hint of platinum running through it. So, as you can see, belletress does take that highlight up to the front i'll get close to the lace front so that you can see that so the um creative lace front runs from about here to here and then the mono part comes about back to here. So you know what if i was to keep this wig myself. I think what i would do is potentially pluck some of the hairs along this part just to make for a more natural part. It'S quite dense, although this is a light, uh density wig. I do feel like there's a considerable amount of fibers in by the part, and i just like to pluck some of that out to make it maybe look a little bit more natural. So why don't? I do a 360, so you can see bonavita from all sides. So obviously this is my front. This is my right side. The back and i really like the back. The shorter nape will really allow for longevity and avoid any friction on your clothes and then my left side and then back again to the front. So as much as i do like this color root beer float, i have to admit i still favor um belletress's butterbeer blonde um. Perhaps it's just what i'm used to and i i really love that color. The other thing that i wanted to share with you were my first impressions when i took it out of the box so number one. It had a little bit of box hair and so for those of you that aren't familiar with what that is, is i it had box hair in and around this section right at the front and all that's caused by is from being shipped in the box and Sitting there for a period of time it can have, you know slight cakes, and this one did so all i did was. I did soak it um for an hour in a cold, just cold water. I soaked it in the basin and then let it dry and that really did take care of that box here. So that was easily fixed number two and i'm not sure if it's the fibers or this particular color. But i did need to use a little bit of dry shampoo to tone down some of the shine um on the wig. The third thing um was, and you may be able to see it. Do you see this piece here? Its tendency is to move forward. So you can wear this style many different ways. You could pull it down like this, so that the bangs are more side swept, which is nice, because you have the versatility. I personally prefer it off of my face. So that's why i'm raking it back. So when i first got it out of the box, it was, you know, tending to fall in my face. So what i did was you know with the heat of my hands. I just redirected the fibers and that, for the most part, does a good job in keeping those fibers back, so i prefer to style it. You know away from my face, as i kind of have here, but this section is, is causing me a little bit of trouble. So i think what i may need to do if i was to keep this wig is to use some low heat and put some low heat onto those fibers right at that section that i want to go back and that would take care of it. But you know what overall, i think that this is a great style. It'S very light. The cap is really comfortable and it's very wearable kind of a pop on and go. I don't have to worry about friction with my clothes, so i think it's quite pretty. So thanks for joining me as i've taken a quick look at belletress's bonavita in the color root, beer float have a great day and stay safe, bye,
