Wig Review: January Elite By Jon Renau In Color Palm Springs Blonde

Hi everyone, it's andrea here from the faux blonde, i'm here, bringing you a review for laurie at lori's lemonade stand a wig boutique. The wig that i am reviewing today is january by jean renau, and this is the january just gon na look at exactly what the name is. I think it's called january elite january elite by jean renau. This is such an adorable style. When i put this on my head, i loved it right away. I had never tried january, and i think this is only the second time that i've tried the palm springs blonde and i really love both of them. I'M gon na do a spin around before i get into the details and show you what january looks like on all sides. This is my left side, the right side. Isn'T she just cute? I just feel like she's such an adorable style that i would go to the hairdresser and try to get my hair to look like this back in the day when i had hair. This is just super cute super adorable. I can imagine wearing this over the holidays. With like a beautiful black dress or a red dress, and just really this being a real head turner, the color and the style together are just amazing to me. So, as i said, the color is palm springs. Blonde palm springs blonde. The code is fs17 101s18. So it's a very cool platinum blonde, it's blended with medium ash blonde base and lots of platinum blonde highlights and it has a light ash brown root. Here'S what she looks like off of my face, the um lace front blends really! Well! Oh, i just love these curls. I think a lot of you know that i love soft and subtle that style by gabor and i'm really loving this style by um, jean renau, really beautiful, so the specs on the january elite. The bang, which is here it's a long, bang, is 8.5 inches and the crown is 10.. The sides are 6.5, the nape is a 4.2 and the overall weight is only 2.9 ounces. So it feels like a feather. It is like light as a feather and extremely comfortable, i'm finding that these hand-tied caps are really really comfortable. It feels like i have nothing on my head i'll, take her off now and show you what the inside of the cap looks like. So, as i mentioned, this is a fully hand-tied cap and hand-tied caps are just my favorite. They are so nice, so this one has the um velcro adjusters and you can see where i have them pulled out. I do have a 22 inch head circumference. I love that there's mesh this see-through material on the side, so no matter where the wind would blow you would see the illusion of scalp. This is the full monofilament front and the lace front here are the ear tabs. The lace is really extended, so it really goes right down to the ear tab. A nice extended lace and here's the extended nape with the velcro adjusters. Look at that beautiful color. Oh, my goodness palm springs blonde. I always loved laguna blonde from the california blondes collection. I mean i love them all if it's blonde, i love it, but this one is definitely starting to take tie with laguna blonde. I always thought that my face suited more of a warm blonde and i don't know if maybe because we're coming into the fall and winter season here in canada, and so i don't have as much color and i find that lately, i'm actually liking the ashier blonde Shades on me um compared to the warm shades, so it might just have to do with the change in my skin color, with the seasons she's very easy to put on. So i did absolutely nothing to the style. Just took her out of the box and plopped her on. I absolutely adore this style, so you could again part her in the side. If you wanted a, i mean part her in the center. If you wanted a center part, that's what's so great about these full monofilament tops. You can part them anywhere and it's a length where you could actually put accessories with it. So you could definitely put a barrette if you wanted to. Let'S try the ear. Tuck yep goes easily behind the ear. I really like a side part better, so i have to go back there. That is so nice and then i would put like a nice dangly earring on wow love it. I love that it feels like a really nice light density. I mean at 2.9 ounces, it's it's not too thick. It'S just right. Look how beautiful that is! This is not a heat friendly style, so you would not put any heat on this one. You would leave it exactly as it is. What i love about these styles is that when you go in the rain or the snow, it stays like this, so it doesn't go frizzy and it doesn't go flat. My hair will stay like this.
