Buying a wig can be a very personal and sometimes a completely private purchase, for our wig wearing community. Here at the SW offices, we regularly speak to customers who are apprehensive that their nosy neighbours might see what they are ordering when the package arrives. We have a lot of clients will call or email us to ask how their order will be sent out.
You do not have  to worry about this . . .

Simply Wig Packaging

Our warehouse staff take their roles incredibly seriously and
packaging your order in a discreet manner is their main priority.

If you have purchased a wig, the box will either be plain brown or plain white, depending upon the size of your purchase. It will be secured with tape and you can rely on Sue (Warehouse Queen) & co. to secure the parcel within an inch of its life! Nothing is getting out of that box, until you are ready to open it!
There is no mention of Simply Wigs on the outside of the package. The only clue to where the package has come from is a small sticker (measuring about 1 inch) at the back of the box which will have our site address on. There will be no mention though of Simply Wigs brand. Your purchase will remain anonymous.

If you purchase an item which is smaller than a wig box, such as some conditioner, your order may be sent in a jiffy bag. Again, it will be secured by tenacious Sue and her team, and there will be the small label on the reverse of the package, as mentioned above.
