There are four main factors when considering purchasing a topper.

Coverage required – What base size do you require to cover your hairloss areas?
Length of topper/enhancer – Depending upon the solution, there are up to four lengths – 8″, 12”, 16” & 18”.
Colour – Are you intending to blend with your own hair, and if so, a good match would be fabulous.

The Top Secret toppers are only available in Synthetic Hair. They come in two lengths – 12” or 18”. As we are moving into the area of severe hairloss, the cap is slightly more substantial than Stage 1, or Stage 2 products. Jon Renau’s design team though have worked incredibly hard, to ensure that the design is still not bulky and will look incredibly natural.
