Hey Beauties, I promised y'all a weekly hair routine and it's wash day so we're gon na start off. Actually using my Walmart Dyson dupe. I had someone comment and ask how that performs on short hair and honestly, I haven't even tried it yet so we're gon na be trying that out together today. I do really quickly just want to do a quick face and share what I'm using, because I am using some newer products, so I'm going to start off with this Merit brow gel. This is the tinted one in the brown color. I do have my brows laminated. So they do stay pretty well, and I really like that this has like a light tint to it. It'S so quick and easy, and I do laminate my brows at home by myself. By the way I feel like I've shared how I do it on my Tick. Tock, look at that so natural, quick and easy. Then I'm gon na go in with some concealer. I just picked up this Nars radiant creamy concealer, and then I'm also going to use the Merit bronze balm. This is the color Leo and it's absolutely gorgeous so creamy and easy to blend and then for blush. I'M gon na go in with this NYX sweet cheek, soft, cheek tint. This is the color bombshell. Then I'm going to spray down my face with this Anastasia dewy set setting spray. I typically start on, like my cheek Contour and then move to my forehead and then I'm gon na just turn the sponge around and blend. Underneath my eyes, I do take that concealer up on my lid as well. I do leave my nose for last. So then, I'm gon na go underneath the Contour okay and then I'm going to take just this straight edge. Little Precision brush and I'm gon na blend out that Contour here then I'm gon na just go over that just so it's not so harsh. I really need to repurchase this elf HD powder, I'm running on like fumes of this, but I don't want to because I have like four other setting powders in my drawer, but I just keep picking this one up, especially on like no makeup makeup days. That'S all! I'M gon na set is underneath my eyes just so I don't get creasing in my fine lines. I'M just gon na throw on some mascara real, quick Josh just walked in the door. With our lunch, hey babe, I just inhaled my lunch. It was so good. I am just gon na top with a little bit of this Nars orgasm X, blush that I got in my fabfit fun, which I did unbox in my last vlog do a small wing because I feel naked. If I don't have a little mini Wing, I am just going to line my lips with this Dominique Cosmetics, lip liner uh in the color brown sugar. I also got this in a fabfit fun. I want to say this was in add-ons, though I like that it's a triangle, because it kind of does help blend everything just a little bit of this Laura Mercier lipstick in the color coral clear. I found this at TJ Maxx a while ago. I feel like this color is discontinued though, but it's a nice peachy nude, then I just top with my morphe sweet tea, lip gloss. Okay, makeup is done for the day I'm gon na move on to my hair, and I use the pureology, shampoo and conditioner in my hair. I do also have a blue joyco conditioner that I just mix in a little with that pureology one just to get a little color correction, but I also like to let my hair soak in these microfiber towels, this particular one I got and a fabfit fun. I think this was from the add-ons, but they do carry those at Walmart and my favorite one is from Madison Reed. I get that one on Amazon, it's like 20 bucks, I'm gon na add a little bit of This shea moisture, Jamaican black, castor oil, strengthen and restore leave-in conditioner. I'Ve talked about this for a long time. On my channel. I really love this leave-in conditioner and I just take it on a little spatula. These are the mask applicators. They come in like a six pack from Amazon and I mostly just focus the conditioner on my ends where I need the most hydration. My hair is definitely bleached and damaged, so I do like to put as much conditioning as I can and then before I brush it out or anything, I'm just gon na try and get it as dry as possible with just a regular blow dryer attachment and then To smooth it out, I will move on to this so yeah. I'M just going to take this up to level three and blow dry it now that it is a little bit more dry, I'm going to section it in half. I do just like to run that blow dryer through my hair to get it a little bit more dry. That way when I brush it out, it's not as damaging to my hair, and I also like to use this color wild dream coat with the brush. So I'm really going to cook this now, I'm going to blow dry on level three, but I'm gon na blow dry brushing out just so I can make sure to have volume in my roots, because if I blow dry down it's gon na flatten, my hair. So, thank you. I don't go until it's fully dry because I am also gon na curl it with the attachments and that also blow dries it. So I did just get it nice and smooth and then I'm just gon na repeat the process on the next two layers. Okay, all done with the brush attachment and, as you can see, my hair already has a really pretty shine to it, and it's definitely from this dream coat now, I'm just gon na attach the curling wand. This is the one that's going to go on this side of my hair, so I'm just going to add a claw clip and then I'm going to start on the bottom foreign. So I start on level three to heat it up. Then I just let it sit on level two and then I bring it down to level one so that it cools and there's that curl and with the shorter hair I do kind of have to help the end curl around, because it's not as long but the Same process on three and that's the first layer, I'm just gon na go up two more layers. Okay, there's one side done: that's lots of volume, I'm really loving it, I'm just going to switch the barrel, which I already have. So if you notice, the arrow is pointing away from my face, I'm just going to repeat the process. I went from the bottom to the top in like four layers. Okay, so this is what it looks like right after I get done, I haven't fluffed it or anything. I'M just gon na add some of this orbe dry texturizing spray to give it a little bit more texture and it doesn't all blend together. I did two full videos using this Walmart dupe. So if you want to see a little bit more in depth on how I am use, it definitely go check those out. They are in my hair, playlist checking in to show y'all what my hair is looking like. It is nine o'clock at night we did soccer practice today, stuff around the house. I got the kids to bed and I feel, like my hair, is still looking pretty good. That is with the Walmart Dyson dupe you guys. This is totally worth it. If you haven't tried it out, mine has been working perfectly fine since I bought it. I would say over like six months ago. No, maybe not six months ago, like four ish, seems a little more accurate. There is what the back looks like. I realize I didn't show y'all what the back looked like when I got done, but it looks really good still, hey guys, honestly, it's seven o'clock - and this is what my hair is looking like. I literally just pulled it up this morning before I took Jace to school and I've just left it up all day. I did mean to get fully ready and film a video, but I just wasn't like in the best mood you know it's kind of that time of the month. That'S what I did with my hair today, I'm just keeping it real good morning. This is what my hair looks like after being in a ponytail all day. I just took it down to sleep, put it in a sleep cap. I am gon na run through and curl my hair with this dry bar three in one curling iron, I'm just using the attachment that has the clamp. I did do more of like an in-depth kind of talk through on how I curl my hair and my last Vlog, so I'm just gon na. Do it really quickly? The main thing that I do is just curl each side of my hair away from my face, and I don't section my hair from bottom to top because I feel like it takes too long. But I do work in vertical sections and I do take three sections from that vertical section and I can get this done really quickly. Oh my gosh, I almost forgot about Heat spray. I have this L'Oreal boost it blowout spray, so yeah we're just gon na work in sections honestly, I think I am just gon na randomly grab pieces today, because I am kind of in a hurry. I do want to try out I'm like trying to talk and curl. At the same time, I do want to try out this volume. So after my hair is curled, I may come back and try that out with y'all. I am also gon na try it out on Tick Tock. I do normally just use a root volumizing powder, but but I saw that volume kind of making its way through Tick Tock. So I wanted to try it out for myself and just running the curling iron through the creases, from where it was up in a ponytail all day yesterday, I've really been liking. How my hair looks when I crimp it with this attachment, so I'll probably go through and do that tomorrow. I'Ve been getting a lot of comments on my hair when I wear my hair, like that too same thing on this side, just curling away from my face - and I am focusing on the top section and just like right underneath here you see that crease right there Curling iron, through a couple times, so that is what my hair looks like after a quick little top curl. As you can see, I really didn't touch the bottom over here. My hair is kind of like going down because I have this like cowlick here - that my hair goes up on this side and down on this side. So that's why I'm really excited to try this. I'M gon na be filming Tick Tock right here, but I did get this on Amazon and I want to say it was like 150. I did get it during Prime day, but for the price it comes with the actual tool which is really nice. It'S a matte and it does actually lock which I love. It has a digital temperature gauge and it comes with a teasing comb which I actually have been needing a new one like this, so I'm really excited that was included also, so some I think these are called alligator clips were included and my favorite part, which no One on Tick Tock had mentioned at all is this little heat resistant carrying case that even has a little pocket right in here and a Velcro that you can close up. I probably could even store another tool in here like when I'm traveling so yeah. I just wanted to mention that it included all those other goodies too, but I think it's about ready to try out. Basically, it's like a volume, hair crimper and you just take the underneath and crimp it look at that: okay, instant volume. I think I could get it it's a little bit closer okay, so this is how we ended up. Looking as you can see, there is the textured crimped part underneath I kind of feel like I might have gotten too close to the top of my hairline, but I'll keep that in mind for next time. But honestly, I'm really loving this, I'm not gon na lie. Gon na lie a couple days since I have filmed for this hair video. The reason that I did, that is because I ran out of heat, protect it and I didn't want to style my hair with no heat protected. So I got on Amazon and I got this HSI Argan Oil thermal protector Heat Protector spray. This had a 54 000 reviews on Amazon and it was rated like four and a half Stars. So that's amazing. Also. It is a small business and I was eager to try it out so I'm gon na be using that today, but I am also going to be crimping, my hair with the waves I've gotten a lot of questions about how I style my hair, like that, and This is what I use it's the dry bar three in one, it's like 199 on Amazon right now. I got a really good deal on this dry bar three in one hot tool, during either Black Friday last year or prime days last year, either way it goes on sale every time they have any kind of Amazon deals going on. I think I paid 150, which isn't bad because it does come with three attachments which this is the curling iron that I think I used already, and it does also have a wand, I'm not a huge fan of Wands, but I like that. I have one you know just in case. I want to use it one day but anyways. I did actually get on Amazon and I found one for 25 that has like over 10 000 reviews with like four and a half stars as well. So I will link that one and this one down below. If you are just wanting to try out this style, I wouldn't necessarily Splurge, but I have been loving the dry bar one and I do not regret buying it. So basically, what I do is I just start from the bottom. It is really simple, so let me get this clipped up. I just spray heat protectant on each layer. We'Re gon na just clamp it down. Let it sit for a second and then, when I open it up. I want to make sure this that I'm starting on the last wave right here it just creates a continuous pattern, because if you don't connect it, it kind of ends up looking a little crazy. So I do like to connect it. That'S what it looks like we're, just gon na repeat all the way up. I have also showed how I use this on tick. Tock. There we go and then like on the bottom layer. I just kind of do the ends. Okay, we're gon na do the same thing on this side, but I find it easier just to use my dominant hand and do it from the back just like this, and actually this side is easier for me, because I can see the clamp where it opens and It just connects so much easier. I think I've been loving this style so much because it is actually so easy and it lasts literally for days if I need to touch up anything, it's usually just the top and yeah. I'Ve always wanted curly hair, and I feel like this gives me that vibe I went ahead and just did the middle section, because it's exactly the same as the bottom section I kind of switch it up on the top just a little so for the bangs. I do get close to the root, but I try to go in kind of at an angle just like this, so that there's like no harsh line or it doesn't look awkward or anything. Oh, oh burn it. It'S more of like a nice little wave like that. If I were to go straight on I'll show you for the sake of the video, if I were to go straight on like this, it would have like a weird I mean I could probably fix it. But do you see what I mean it's like kind of too much? I do try to also kind of do an angle, but I do get close to the root, because I have seen some videos of girls that kind of leave like an inch between the root which is really cute. But you all know that my vibe is big. Texas-Sized hair, so that's what I personally like like this layer underneath it doesn't matter if I hold it straight, but I'm mostly just talking about that, like top inch layer, I hope you can see it, but there is like a harsh line here and here there is Not because when I fix it like this, it kind of covers that I went ahead and styled this side, but the angle that you want to do on this side is down this way. Now, I'm just going to finish off my hair by adding this orbe dry texturizing spray. It just kind of helps the waves kind of break apart, so they don't like fall all the way together. It also gives me some nice volume on the bottom. This is bugging me now, I'm just gon na take this hair wax stick and I'm gon na just try and brush it down and tuck it behind my ears, not too bad, because it still kind of looks wavy, which is what I want and honestly with this Hairstyle, I don't really have to - I do any extra volumizing anything, because this is already giving me a ton of volume. Again, it's quick and easy, which is what I love the most about this style fix that camera angle. Okay, so this is my hair. What it looks like the next day, I didn't sleep with it in a hair tie, but I did pull it up like later on in the evening and this morning it's like 11 30 right now, and I would say it looks pretty good if I didn't want To do anything to it, I probably could just like spray it down with some shine spray or add oil, if you like to add oil to it, and it would be good to go, but on a normal day, if I was like getting ready and filming, I Probably would just spray a little bit of my heat protectant, just right on the top and just re-crimp these pieces right here around my face like this one's falling flat a little. So I'm just gon na try and connect it to the wave. That'S already there and I'm gon na start right here and of course, my bangs area Josh is mowing the backyard and wrangler's barking he likes to chase the lawnmower around and then again I'm gon na. Try and keep it at that angle. It doesn't take a lot of heat on the next day. I really like this hairstyle, because again it's very low maintenance. I don't have to do a lot to it. Thank you. I'M just gon na leave it like that. I do want to add a little bit of dry shampoo and my new dry shampoo just came in oh my gosh. This smells so good. Some shine spray. It'S basically all I do for this hairstyle, the next few days, up until I wash my hair, if there's other spots that I feel like need to be touched up, I just kind of grabbed that spot and touch it up, and that's one major reason that I Have been wearing this hairstyle so much recently, I hope you guys enjoyed this hair video. I hope it was helpful and yeah. I'M gon na go decorate my house for fall. It was fun hanging out with you guys. Thank you. So much for watching and I'll see. Y'All next week, bye, bye, foreign
