I think her hair can be heat trained without loosening your curl pattern. I think it just depends on what your natural curl pattern can withstand, but you can see here that her hair still looks very healthy, even though it is heat trained. So then we have another natural getting ready to get a silk press - oh she's, actually getting the roller set, so The Stylist is doing perm rods for this one, and this is another option: if you kind of want to do something different with your natural texture, you Can do this at home yourself or you can of course go to the salon and get it done as well.
