this was a complete disaster. i hated this and it only lasted 2 hrs. i will be showing an after the fact video. but i rolled my hair using foam wrap. any kind you have will do. and i applied my shea butter on the part i wanted to flat iron. even though it turned out horrible the idea i thought was cute. lol

DISCLAMER: DO NOT GET PAID TO MAKE VIDEOS. THIS IS HOBBIE OF

Okay, so an interpreter stick - and I put bigger others here, because I want to have sort of like a straight bang look, so what I'm actually gon na do is actually pretty good. Well, anyway, it's what I had planned on was blow-drying it just a little bit, and this is just to straight out this bone. So my little concentrator nozzle and I'm gon na have a round brush, but I can't find it comes from using this and I'm gon na put it on low settings but blessing it and that's all I need so I will be flattering it and before I do, I'M going to apply a little bit of my shea butter on it if it helps protect her to give peat and it'll add shine at the same time, and I both are doubling up, but I straightened somebody's hair using the shea butter and, oh, my goodness, it Came out so nice, so we make a small section and, depending on how straight it yeah, just once I'll, be there and I'll take this message to do the same six. On my straight, my hair, I might do the big rollers thing. May I'll save my hair from some key time in the announcement. I pick up my rope, okay, so that where I lose out, I'm sure it looks like in the back. Okay cuz, you decide um and it's about the rain. These are the thundering, so I'm gon na do it straight. My hair first, with some matrix of boom, just bring any hairspray that you have will do, can either out and get everything I get, how much break so much so kind of wet. Now, like this one with it all the way dry earlier, but I want to gently separate so I got ta mop, separated and I'm just gon na take my bangs and take a little bit behind my ear, and this was the effect I was not really going For um my hair stylist baked and old ladyish, but I don't have time to do anything up so I'm keeping it and I'm gon na rock it proudly. And when people ask me, you know stupid questions, I won't be answering them um, but I will be walking around like. I know, that's how you have to do it to make these tiles. Do the work um. I will show you how I'm gon na maintain it, because I might want you to stop it took minute. Are you too long to just forget about it? So we'll be keeping this from the entire week or I need some talk at length. So I'll show you a video on how I maintain it and also how to fix little boo-boos like this, where it's like waving and not really great, alright, so fix for that. Video is Matt out just yet, but it will be so thanks again for watching guys and I'll be able to picture fine. You

monique vines: i always look forward seeing pretty dimples with a new video. she is so talented in her line of work. and love the hair

B&G Family: Never thought to use shea butter to straighten my hair. Good deal! P.S. Your hair always looks great!

aginglikefinewine: I love all the different styles you do with your hair. I have been natural for nine months but have been getting braids because I don't know what to do with my hair.

fayefaith1: I love your honesty! You have beautiful natural hair. I also admire the fact that you don't like to applly too much heat to your hair. Please keep the videos coming!;O) Rock it!

Stacie's Spot: I think you look cute!!. Love your color & pray for your length. Flat ironed (1st time) today. Did b.c. in Oct.. Scared but ready. I also felt my style looked mature, but I rocked it. It took 2.5 hrs. to straighten- grape seed/ & very small sections on low heat setting. Pin up tomorrow. Need to see your how to maintain video. Thanks!!

LadyRaj: GIRL IM SO GLAD U SAID THAT.. next time i straighten my hair ima use my shea butter

1hinita: i love all of you videos! and you make me more anxious to do these styles to my hair lol.

Taykez Last: I flat iron my hair with your shea butter and it makes my hair so soft...that's a mix u came up with. Your hair has grown so much over the last year it looks great

rachelmm05: thanks for posting your video on how to curl your natural hair with rollers, i gave it a try and it came out real.. my only concern is how long will it last?? you videos are so great helping us natural women to have beautifully styled hair!

MsE Phillips: way better than how I style my hair. girl you did an excellent job on your hair. your mistakes are just minor ones that could be fixed. you would not like to see how I curl mine. now that's a major disaster

buttaluv10: I would love to see you do the heatless method of straightening natural hair.I've seen a couple other natural hair ladies do it but not with "our" type hair(4a/4b)

darcey derosa: Your natural hair is so gorgeous and healthy looking!

Virtuous Vessel: If my hair was like yours i would go natural :)

shudobie: omg your hair is so pretty&what a cute look thanks for the videos i look forward to them and your advice on products god bless

Tanisha's4blessingz MD: you are very creative girl i think it looks nice keep the styles coming.

StonedKitten: That would be so cute for prom!

Nadeanism: You DO look good. You rock!! Thank you again :)

Jeanamari: @Thaiti30 I think it's a Maxiglide. I ordered mine about 3 months ago from the HSN and paid $54, it's pretty cool, I've used it once. I use it on my daughter's hair (she's natural w/ about a 1/4 inch of perm left on the ends) and since using it, her hair looks healthier.

Patita1969: Prettydimples i really like ur style and attitude. You inspire me. I love all the styles u creatd. Keep up the great work.

Kakra Winful: I love your hair and I love how we have all watched it grow. I am having issues. My hair is not growing. What do you think I can do to make it grow. I have natural hair 4.C but it seems to grow a bit and then it breaks off. Whato do you suggest?

mickeysmiles1: I really like your styles... i am curious, how often do you straighten your hair?

Monique Carmack: Dang! your hair is sooo pretty^^ i love love love it :)

Cristiane Natividade: GOSTEI MUITO!!!

NIKAFLAWLESS HARMONIE: excuse me i have watched some of your video you are amazing, im from cameroon and im natural too, and i find your tuto amazing!! excuse me i want to know how long you can stay with this hair like this please ? thank

YouTube Blocks My Comments: Omg, you almost ALWAYS seem to downplay your end results. You gotta stop that. Your results are always so pretty and fit you beautifully. Get your confidence up - you do your thing. Trust me it does not look "old-lady-ish". A hairstyle is made by the person who wears it. It's what you make it. And I did like that you said you're going to rock it proudly. You should. You make the style, it doesn't make you.

Carol Kalonji: I just discovered you and I am addicted to watching everything...Oh Gosh. you're talented.

stufftoon06: Very cute style! As usual

Cassygail228: it looks like your hair is really growing, and the style wasnt that bad at all, thanks for the idea

danniekins: It looked good to me. I would give anything for my rollersets to look like that.... I'm going to take a picture if I ever decide to do it again and send it to you.

yukahonda: @lakerry If you gotten alot of heat damage it was probably due to the iron being too high/hot or not enough heat protectant. Correct moisture (and protein) balance helps alot in getting a good hair press/straightening.

Thaiti30: where did you purchase your flatiron from and what is the name? thanks! your hair is great and i would love to see how you fix the un- curled part of your :)

liyya Rose: you look so pretty and i love your hair color and the way you do it

Giggra: Your hair is growing so much!

Hair. There&Everywhere: I think a headband would have made it look real cute...i use the old school sponge rollers to get my hair like that when I want it big and curly and I usually make it into a puff like you did on your recovery from the rollerset video...

Christie Colon: It came out so cute!!!! I'm sorry about the rain :(

Myimani: Serious question: What was the point of rollersetting to then add heat? Was the rollersetting just helping to stretch your bang?

shany9988: Yeah, I think it looked really nice. It suited you very well.

Miezi Tadiwa: I don't think it's old ladyish at all. It came out really even though some of the curls were a bit frizzy from not being dry completely. You rocked it well!!

sassy boo: can you list all the products you use on your hair to treat it and help it grow

Motiwah2: Your hair looks pretty and healthy...and i just realized i have those same earrings in red...lol

Royal and Reserved: I liked it, really cute!!

Shaneen Murrell: I think that's cute, and I want to try it but I think my hair is too kinky to to come out that smooth with the rollers. Any suggestions?

Mercurii: @lakerry <<<<< make sure u use a good heat protectant before blow drying and flat ironing and limit how man times u use direct heat (blow drying, flat ironing) the least amount of times u should use it is once a month, in my opinion i know this wasn't directed towards me but i'm transitioning as well, just some tips to remember for your next transition

curliefro: Good hair growth PrettyDimples - based on where the color is. I would like to see how you maintain it. I work out daily and wonder how that would work.

yoruhime88: this is so cute!! :)

videowizard: A headband would look cute with this style!

Kinkycurlycoil: aww girl it don't look bad!!! :)

Amber Laughter: It looks nice on you!

Nubian Essentialz: how often do you straighten your hair?

GeeGee Star: can shea butter protect your hair from heat damage??

livinmybestlife: That's cute. How do you get your hair back to it's naturally state after you straighten it? I'm afraid to put heat or straighten my hair. I'm not sure if it will go back to the tightly coiled look.

crisdeansc: what type(brand) of blow dryer did you use?

Paris R: You look great! And non-granny looking! haha the curls are jus beautiful

tawana1908: Love your hair!

Kwene360: I'm sorry that you didn't like this style. I think it was cute. Extremely classy, although old school (60's or 70's). That's my type of look. You are still beautiful. Rock it, girl! God bless!

Myimani: LOL at you walking around like you know you look cute. It doesn't look that bad. It's cute and will be even better once the curls fall. I want to do a rollerset!

michaeljacksonlov14: have u ever tried the silk wrap with saran wrap?

cawitsme: very pretty!:) I like it..:)

Nysfinestbaby28: @Zoeyqful it was a flat iron that she used, and its a maxi glide. Hope this helps!!

gulas0000: very pretty:)

MsShayDab: I love watching your channel...lol.... I will rock it proudly

ChanaBanana: lol, You dont like it but I love it! & its sooo cute on you! great job Chick!

Missie Sanders: where did u get that straightner? i had one that i stole from my mom and it broke! its the best ever and i cant find them anywhere

shsu97: YOur hair has really grown I haven't watch your vids in a while & I noticed the diff...pretty

Surrenderingall: do you think this will work on really really really course hair?

Liz Scurlock: i love ur hair! and ur so pretty!! ;D

Queen Jamele👑: why do you criticize yourself you look beautiful

cbussie: @twinsister2006 The only way to transition to natural hair is to cut it all off at once (a big chop) or gradually trim the relaxed ends off weekly or monthly. There isn't a way to get around cutting off the permed part.

HoneyLove222: OMG ur so funny I love ur vids!

saffronyoga: your setting a trend it looks great

Chizoba Itabor: It's beautiful

Andréa Kahlo: Could you please let me know what blowdryer that is? Thanks in advance!

Gabrielle Marshall: It's gonna fall some. You did a great job

Lauren Dortch: I loved it ;) cute ;)

Sydney Geddes: What happened to your heat protective spray

MeMyselfAndZee: the bang was much prettier w/o the blowdrying & flat ironing if you ask me. P.S. she couldve pulled the curls a little more.

debnlaw: I think it turned out nice!

wjcham: "Big and old lady ish" ! That was just too funny!

martha darling: your hair has grown so much .....congrats

LoniYoni: This hair style on you does not look big and old lady-ish..LOL... It came out really good. I roll set my hair with flexi-rods all the time and let it air dry. ....How long did the curl last?

Lakyra Elliott: my jam playing in the background :) but i love your hair! super cute!

jhump08: your hair has really grown!

Sammy Sweetheart: that seems like a good flat iron what is it called?

SudaneseDancerSue11: love it

Cupcakeqt1: i try to do this with my hair but as soon as i go outside with the humidity it is a hot mess any suggestions!!

jmckn21: I've been natural for three years now. I feel like my hair is not going at all. Is there a such thing as hair grow slow. I wash and conditioner my hair once a week and my hair is not growing at all to me. I'm currently using Canto shampoo and conditioner. Is there something I can use to make my hair grow faster?

shauntrell latham: hey i think you should have used the big flexi rods it would have given u the curl u were looking for.

FARAH SAMEDI: @PRETTYDIMPLES01 Thank you, for responding so quickly!

shany9988: Hey, can you tell me what kinda of dryer is that? was that an Andis? I need a dryer similar to that one.

Discernaoftruth: I like it :)

tp3reloaded80: lol Walk around proud girl! Work it!

safiya yusufu: dont you think adding Shea-butter before straightening your hair will fry it? i mean Shea butter is oil right?

That Techy Chick: is that the new maxi glide????? i love my maxi glide. the steamburst doesnt work because the airport broke it and are unwilling to pay for it. love the hair girl :)

Monique Barr: I know this is old but do you have a vid on how you rolled your hair. Thx

NASHIYAH lennon: next time use tose little yellow rollers and run your fingers throught it and sit under the dryer longer it should last for days

Jasmine Rose: I actually like this hair style I hated it the first to,e I did it but I learned the secret was to make sure your hair is completely dry before removing the rollers.
