a lil delay but here's how i style my curtain bangs n long layers! summer finally started for me so i have a lot more time to edit and do stuff so woooo. also HAPPY PRIDE MONTH LUVS!!!

Okay, hello, everybody! Today, i'm going to show you guys how to style, long layers and curtain bangs using a straightener and different hairstyles. You can do once your hair is all done up, but yeah keep on watching. If you want to see how i did this okay, so my hair is currently unstyled, it is freshly washed hair. I washed it yesterday and i haven't done anything to it yet, except put on hair protectant. So i separate my hair into three sections whenever i style my layers and curtain bangs. So, for the first section, it's the biggest section, so i'm going to section it up the straightener i'm using is actually my sister's and it's like the rounded type. It is by kristen s and i'm currently at 365 degrees fahrenheit when it's ready. The temperature stops like. What'S the word like beeping like fading in and out it'll just be stagnant. It stopped flashing, so now i can use it. So i always start with the furthest section back from my head and it's by habit. I always start on my left side, but i take a piece around one and a half two inches wide and since i have straight hair, i don't really start from the top. I go to the bottom and i just curl it up and then i don't know you can see. Do you see how it like kind of waved up, okay and then we're gon na? Do that again, i kind of oh, my god. What'S up what i'm trying to find, i kind of interchange between sizes. You know i go kind of smaller. This is like a half inch inch half inch. I go two inches here and i think it just makes it look more natural. So then again, i start kind of turning near the end and then leave it and just go all the way up. It looks like that. So when you're curling, you kind of want to keep your hand like when you're curling up keep the strainer up on a certain level like this, so it only gets that curl, because if you go, let me just give you an example. If you go the whole way like if you turn it so your hair is wrapped around and you let it go. You'Re gon na get like legit, curls and waves, which i don't know if you want that you can do that, but not for the tutorial. So again down up just halfway and then your hair will go like that, so that is the first half of the first stitch. You'Ve done i'm gon na. Do the other section and i'll be back okay, so curtain bangs, i'm gon na just pull the rest of my hair up. So you guys can see this number, so you guys can see when they're just straight down. They look like this. So we're gon na make it so it frames the face. I'M just gon na clip my hair. Hopefully it stays okay. So, following that same technique, we use for the top section i'm going to take half of the bangs, pull it up and then give it a twist at the edge, and it goes down like that. And then you choose other side as well, and you see how it like straight down versus curls and kind of frames. My face, you know so we're gon na repeat the same thing on the other side, curl back. This is why straight are so good, like you cannot do this grind wand or just a regular, curling iron. I would not be able to get this again. You see how it swoops into my face and with all of it let me fluff it out. The finished product looks like this: okay, so for hairstyle number one, i'm going to start by just separating the things out of my face, like that, once we have that you're going to just take the hair and then take one little section like so and tie it And then take another little section: try to get it as identical as possible and tie it. Oh this one's a little naughty! Oh! Oh, do you see that? Okay? So you can leave it like this, but i like to take it up a notch. I didn't think about how i'm gon na do this. Well, i can like let me just i can figure it out. Okay, you're gon na take both of the little sections and tie them together at the back of your head and once that is done, you're gon na slip it through the hole. Okay, so pull it through the hole. So it looks like this and you're done so from the front. It just looks like you know, typical hair back, but from the back you look all fancy and cute, and if you want you can cut the first two little ponytails out. I kind of like to leave it. I think it adds a little pizzazz but yeah it was super. Easy looks very cute and it looks like you put a lot of time into it. It literally took me less than a minute, so yeah, that's the first one. Let'S go on to the next okay, this next look you're gon na be like why'd, you even style your hair, but whatever i like it, it's cute, so i'm gon na show you guys you're gon na start by separating the hair into two and then twisting them And, oh my god opposite directions like so: oh that one okay yeah like that, then grabbing them and then twisting them in together. But once you reach the end, you're gon na again give it one big twist and twist it into a bun. Then i grab a hair tie and secure it and then grab out any baby hair that i want and you see how like a little hair, stick out. I kind of just shove that back into the bun okay, so gon na look like that. I'M gon na do the other side and i'll be back how it looks once you're finished. You know like baby princess leia vibes and it's quite messy, but i kind of like that so yeah you can obviously secure it in with some hairspray brush back to little baby hairs, but i just leave it because i'm lazy and why not, but yeah second look Done on to the last one, i'm going to present to all of you guys: okay for this last look it's a little more complex than the others, but you know got ta end the bang, okay, but you're gon na section out your hair. So it's a kind of like a crown, so i'm gon na piece it out and then slowly find your part like this. Okay. So, do you see how you can see the part, and it goes all around you - don't have to tie the rest of the hair back, but i do just to make my life easier. Okay, wow, that's messy, but you're gon na start by taking a little section on this side and you're gon na just start dutch or french braiding, i'm dutch braiding, because i prefer it but either works and taking each little section. I i'm not gon na teach. You guys how to touch brain, because i'm not good at that, like i confuse myself when i think about it, so i'm gon na link down a very, very helpful video down below that will help you, because i'm sorry, i will not be able to assist in This let down the rest of your hair and then kind of fix your braid and i'm gon na kind of pancake. It grab it tuck it behind my ear and then i'm going to bobby, pin it right there and then, like that. I didn't leave my curtain. Bangs out, because i kind of hate the way it looks with this, because it's supposed to look like a headband, you know a headband out of hair but yeah. That is the last look. I think braiding. It adds a bit of something i mean you could obviously just like grab a rope of hair and put it i feel like that, doesn't look as good but yeah. This is the last hairstyle with long bangs and curtain bricks. Long bangs, i mean layered long layers and curtain bangs words. Sorry, i'm very tired. I just got out of class but yeah. That is it. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Maybe you learned something you can take some of the hairstyles i showed today and incorporate into your own life but yeah. That is it for today's video.
