Hey guys welcome back to my youtube channel if you're new here, i'm jalessa today, i'm going to be curling, my hair for the very first time after i got my curtain bangs, so you guys have been super curious about how my curtain bangs look when i curl My hair, so i'm very curious about that too, and i don't even know how my hair is going to look. I just got my curling bangs, without even knowing how they would look when i curl it. I think they will look okay, because i have longer curtain bangs. This is what they look like when my hair is dry. When i blow it out, i have been loving my curtain bangs like if you're thinking about it, go for it do it, because i think you're gon na love it too. It just really helps to frame your face even more and it looks sexy. I don't know. I, like i, really like my curtain, bangs, follow my instagram. If you want to see more, follow my tick tock um, i usually post everything first on my tick tock on my instagram before youtube, just because it's like faster easier and it's like a daily thing. You know, like i'm always posting on there, so yeah make sure that you follow my instagram follow my tick tock and let's get right into curling, my hair. So i don't even know if my hair is going to curl. I haven't curled it in a long time. Um i am trying to curl it. I mean i think, last time i curled it was like two weeks ago, like i tried to curl it here and there um. I just got a haircut. I got my curtain bangs, so i think my hair is going to curl a little bit more than usual. I hope so, but let's get right into the video, so i have been using these products to curl my hair and i actually really really like them. So i used their shampoo and their conditioner in the shower, so my hair is like nice and soft. It'S like super super soft. I love these products for curling, my hair, i'm gon na link them down below, but yeah i'm going to use a couple of their products. This is from tahlia waheed. I hope i said that right, but this is the green apple and aloe with coconut um line. So they have different lines, and so this wasn't sent to me. This wasn't gifted not sponsored. I just saw this on instagram and i wanted to try them and i have been really liking their products. I mean i haven't used too much of it, but i've used it a couple times and i've really noticed a big difference on how moisturized my hair has been when it's curly so yeah. I love it and i'm going to use the dyson supersonic today to diffuse my hair. I actually have been using this so much. It dries my hair so quickly. I love it. I have been like really liking dyson products. I have been like loving dyson hair tools. Lately so yeah i'm gon na put my hair down. I don't even know if my hair is gon na curl, but we're gon na try and hope that it does curl a little bit um. I'M gon na use this product first. So this is the leave-in conditioner um from the brands that i told you about i'm just gon na put it on my hands first, so i'm gon na take about that much and i'm just gon na put it all over my hair, i'm gon na use my Jewelry brush to detangle my hair by the way guys. Oh, my hair is like super soft super super soft, but i used um rice water today i did a 30 minute actually more like an hour mask, and i heard it's like really good for your hair, and i heard it's like really nice for hair growth um. It keeps your hair very healthy shiny, so i think i'm gon na try that for like a month and i'll keep you guys posted but yeah. My hair is like super soft. I don't know if it was the rice water, but i do know that these products also make my hair very, very soft and moisturized. So now i'm going to use the curl definer from the same brand from the same line and i'm just going to use a little bit, maybe like that. Actually that might be a lot, but i might just use this much for all my hair. So i'm just gon na kind of apply it on my hair like this and i'm gon na do the same with the top section, i'm gon na add a little bit more. So now i'm going to divide my hair again in two sections and i'm gon na add the gel. So i'm gon na use this gel. So i'm gon na do the same. Just use a little bit. I am going to use my denman brush to kind of define the curls even more and spread everything even more but yeah. This is how i'm just adding all the product. Oh no. What is that i have like a little white. It'S not dandruff. I literally just washed my hair. I think it's maybe one product that i used. Maybe one of these is like not mixing well with the other one. You can definitely see a couple of like little white like dots from the product, which is like not super cute. Honestly, but i think that once i diffuse it, it will kind of go away. I hope so, but yeah, that's something that i don't like. So i'm gon na use my denman brush to define the curls even more so i'm going to kind of grab the brush flip the ends and then scrunch. I don't know if you guys can see that, but you can definitely see. I can see all these like little white dots that i really hope that go away when i diffuse it. But i don't like that because it kind of looks like if i didn't even wash my hair, but i literally just washed. My hair, like it, looks like dandruff, and i really don't like that. It can't be the rice water, because the rice water was literally like water. It was all just liquid, so i don't know if it was that the curtain bags i'm gon na kind of just do like upwards like this and just scrunch, oh yeah. This is gon na, be so short, oh, my god, i'm so nervous! Yeah i mean it looks like if it's gon na curl, let's see if i'm right so now, i'm going to diffuse it. What i like to do is just kind of diffuse. It like this first, not touching my hair. Yet let it dry a little bit and then i like to kind of go like that section by section to give more volume, and then i like to flip my hair. So i'm going to show you guys how i do that um. I always put this in. Like the lowest heat setting when i diffuse my hair, but i do put it in like the highest speed so that i can be nice and fast all right guys, i'm all done drying my hair, i mean it is still like a little bit damp like right. In the root um, but i'm gon na just leave it like this, because if i keep diffusing it, then it's going to get too big, so i'm just going to let the rest kind of, like naturally air dry but yeah. This is what my hair looks like. This side is definitely less curly and this side, as you can see like the curls in the front, the curtain. Bangs, are you know pretty curly, but then on this side it's kind of like not that curly, because i have to kind of get my curls back to life. It'S just so weird, because this side is more damaged than this side, but um. If, like all my hair curls like this, i would be pretty happy, but this side is not as curly. I don't think i would leave my curtain bangs down when i curl my hair, because it's just too much hair like right on my face. I would like to maybe put it back and just kind of like have my hair away from my face. That'S why i didn't want to cut my bangs shorter, because i knew it was going to be so uncomfortable when i curled my hair, i'm not mad about it. I just feel like the bangs. I would definitely have to put back like kind of clip it so that it's not right on my face, because that is a little bit uncomfortable to have your hair like right. On your face, i mean at least for me. I don't love that yeah. I feel a lot better now all that hair on my face is just like so yeah. I hope this video was helpful for you guys and i hope that you guys could kind of see how curtain bangs look on curly, hair or at least wavy hair. I know, like one side is curlier than the other side. So sorry about that, don't mind that. But at least you guys can kind of have an idea of how it would look. corbyglasses: I don’t like brushing my hair after i get out of the shower because when i do it gets really frizzy and i loose my curls. You should try brushing it while in the shower.

Jess C: When applying product, your hair should be wet. When you were applying product your hair looked dry. And it didn’t turn out as good as it could of if it were wet. And also just let it air dry so you don’t use heat

Lorena Vasconcellos: I transitioned from chemically straightened hair using heat, it works, but... When I did it once a week I just didn't see my curl pattern properly due to the damage, So I basically had to transition again from the "damaged curly" to "healthy curly". For that, I had to reduced straightening to 1 once a month tops! And a Lot of protein treatments and Olaplex.

Paladium: Girl you have damaged the heck out of your hair. Olaplex works wonders, honestly. Start with at least 3 days a week. Cowash in place of your shampoo once a week if you can. And then do a moisturizing mask. Check your products to ensure your protein moisture balance is balanced, stay away from heat until your hair can better handle it, and check out Manes by Mell to help you learn all you need to know to get back to healthy! Your hair is gorgeous. It just needs some love!

E Feli: Pro tip for getting healthy curls back is braiding hair at night with your favorite leave-in conditioner or/and hair products. It took me a year but my damaged hair changed back to my natural curl pattern and I haven't had to continue daily braids since.

belle: literally the same thing happen to me. i asked at salon to straighten my hair and cut it in layers and it looks good on my straight hair but when they did it ended up giving me curtain bangs and i didn’t account for how they would look curly and it’s the most annoying thing I’ve ever encountered with my hair . when they are short they look good with my hair but now that they are longer I just don’t know what to do with them. putting them back make my face look weird but putting them in tiny buns and leaving the rest of the hair out looks rlly cute. but if you do have any other hair ideas what to do with the curtain bangs if you still have them?

Natalie Martinez: If you want your curls back you have to refrain from heat . But if you don’t, that’s ok too . It was hard for me especially at the beginning because my hair only had a slight wave to it. It looked horrible but after the first year I saw a huge difference!

Dean Twitchett: PS: The white little globules appeared as soon as you mixed the Gel into your hair with the other products that you had just put in. Quite often different companies and even the same company can produce a product and it won’t mix well with other products and it will cause an adverse reaction, like these white little beads! It’s just the same with like for me I’m a hairstylist and also a MUA and I might have used a primer on 100 people and used it with 100 different foundation products and there has never been a problem but then 1 person I apply the primer and wait 5 minutes and then start to apply the foundation that the client always uses and it’s a high end foundation (Tom Ford) and the primer is also an older version of (Tom Ford) it started to like pill up and the more I tried to blend the worse it got. I thought that they would be a perfect match! (I was wrong)! I took the face base off and toned, I applied a rich moisturiser and after 10 minutes I applied the clients Tom Ford foundation and she looked AMAZING! Don’t fall into the primer trap my darlings! A good moisturiser is as good as the most expensive primer! Tatcha water cream is THE BEST MOISTURISER IN THE WORLD IMO!!! It’s around $58 but it’s amazing and smells like heaven! ‼️‼️‼️ So I know that I have strayed from hair products to skin products but not everything mixes well together and in my case it was actually from the same company!
