Everybody scolds me for cutting under the fingers with scissors. I do it so I can grab the hair and throw it away. I'Ve done it that way, all my life by holding the hair and cutting with scissors under my fingers and with a knife, it won't work. Although my fingers watch watch see that doesn't work, oh we got it. We have some still super long bangs. Don'T we go for some more here trying hard to remember to say in the mirror? Okay, let's cut like right there. I think it might just make a nice little jagged edge like I like. I don't like straight cuts. Abby avocado: As someone who naturally has a fringe (ik it's bangs, I'm British ok) and tries my best to take care of it,my top tip for cutting them is getting your hair wet,cut it so it's slightly longer than what you originally intended,then dry it.The reason for cutting them longer than what you wanted is because,as your hair dries, your fringe may "spring up" and if you cut it too short,it won't look as good (if at all), you can also cut it slightly if you still think it's too long afterwards but don't go overboard
