Cutting Curtain Bangs Into My Curly Hair

Hi, my name's hannah and i'm giving myself curtain bangs, ow ow, hey everybody. Today, i'm going to be turning my now grown out baby bangs into curtain things. I have no idea if this will work with my face shape. I don't know if it'll work with my curls, but something has got to happen here now. I'Ve watched a couple curtain, bang cutting videos where you just set it up kind of the same way as you do regular bangs. I didn't find any well done or well explained: curly curtain, bang videos, so i'm going to make my own and i hope this works. What do i want to happen here? I guess i want it to be like into here yeah. I think that's fine yeah! This is fine. This will be good, yeah, there's really only one thing to do here and that is to go and and then we'll you know clean it up. How angle do i want this to be? You know i'm gon na do it. I just don't know about it. Maybe i'll start down here, yeah we'll start lower and then we'll like work our way up. Okay, i'm not breathing. Okay, things are happening. Should i just leave it at that. We'Re just gon na make my round face rounder! Oh, my god. Oh my god, i don't know what i pictured in my head, but this chunk is not it: okay, um, okay! Let'S just do the other side. Oh, how am i gon na? Do this hand? Oh gosh, oh boy, that's uncomfortable, it's! Okay! This is what i'm hoping for, i'm hoping that i inspire people to take chances and i hope i inspire more curly hair hairstylists uh to share their secrets of how they do that online. Okay, i need to assess what's happening right now, so we have my og bangs right. Then we have these side, babies that are happening here. I don't know what i was thinking, but this this isn't it so um. I don't know what to do next. I am just such an impulse person. I don't think about anything until i'm done. Okay, what do what do i have to do next, yeah? Okay, i feel better about that. Yeah yeah i'll just start doing this. Why do i always give myself baby versions of things like these are baby curtain bangs? Now what i kind of like this side? To be honest, it's just this side that like looks really thick, and i can't help it because it lays that way. Oh shout out to my gray hairs. They know i've lived a long life. Okay, you know what you know. What i need to do. I need to get it wet and then i need to see what's happening. Yeah, i'm gon na. Do that? Okay, i figured out what is wrong here. This side seems off because the part that i was cutting short actually lays behind the part i kept long so trial and error is my - is my favorite thing, um yeah, i use can't. I just can't. I'M gon na have to even it out, i'm gon na have to do it on both sides. My hair is gon na be like. Why am i like this? Why did i do this? I'M just gon na have to cut it all off and that's fine honestly. It looks like i was going through a really hard hard part of my life and it honestly we're all there. So everything makes sense. I just there's nothing to do. There'S just nothing else to do these are all short in their own way. Now nothing makes sense. Nothing makes sense, it could be worse. I'M gon na give myself some time to think about this and we'll circle back yeah, okay, i'm gon na say it again could be worse, but this is this is my new the new way, i'm thinking so i looked at myself in my bathroom mirror where i Can see myself the best, and i went like this right and i had like a revelation. You know my mom always cut her hair like up right right. So what? If? What? If i just held my hair up right and - and we can - and we just go like that - okay, we just go like that right, let's just layer, all of it like - let's just not even worry about this, let's at least just get it like. That'S the plan. Yeah, i feel really good about this yeah. Okay. I actually feel better about this now yeah, okay, let's do it again. Yes, yeah yeah yeah. This looked contained, but it's not so let's go back to this one. Yes, okay! I know people cut their own hair. All the time but like where do you cross your arms? Okay, i don't mind this. You know i feel, like the edgy art teacher. You know like this is fun right, not mad about it, i'm not mad or sad or confused anymore cute. I am really happy and i'm really hungry and i need to eat food, so i think i'm gon na call it here. I honestly didn't even have a picture in my head of what i thought it would look like in the end. So this is better than nothing if anyone has some suggestions down below uh what to do for the next time. I clean this up feel free, i'm really happy with how it turned out.
