I Cut My Bangs—Major Fail Lol

I look emo guys, I'm back same days, my last videos, velvet, scrunchie and all and um. I just decided okay, I'm bored with my hair. What do I do? I just um braid it not that long ago, so I can't do that again. I'M trying to grow it out, so I can't cut length off. My only other option is to cut my bangs so yeah. That'S what I'm gon na do today and I figured you know what now that I have a youtube channel. I should put it on YouTube because then you can watch and maybe learn what not to do or maybe learn what to do so. Here'S the thing, I think I have a naturally small forehead. I don't know you tell me, I feel like mice, mice Moorhead feel, like my forehead is pretty small, maybe it's average but, like you know the space in between my eyebrow and my hairline is like you know it's very small, so I sort of want to get The illusion of like a bigger forehead cuz, I feel like it'll, make the rest of my face. Look more proportionate, so I already I already combed off by pulling my hair forward and then you put the comb like a rat tail comb like this, where you want your bang line to start. So if you can see these are from the last time I cut my bangs that are growing out, but the furthest back. I took it was right here. Well, I want to make my forehead look bigger, so I'm gon na go back here. You start up here and then you make a line to the corner of your ear on both sides. Now what I'm going to do is measure I'm going to take the comb and put it at the end of my eyebrow sorry facing up like this. I'M gon na roll it up and wherever it touches. That is where my bang is going to be put the line here at sort of a diagonal I'm going to up, so I already pretty much had it exactly where it needed to be. Oh, this is where the bang is gon na get cut these side pieces are gon na, be like the face framing that we're going to cut to transition in to the bedding. If that makes any sense, so I'm going to put this hair off to the side. For now, I'm going to bring all this forward now to make sure that these bangs they're going to be across and sort of go naturally down a little bit. The trick that I'm going to do is I'm going to take the hair and I'm not pulling it down, I'm just holding it gently and then, with my finger, I'm going to twist it like this and then put my finger back there, and what this is doing Is over directing the hair here to this side, and it's over directing the hair here under over to this side, so that it'll give you that nice down and then the next step is just to make the initial cut, if it always the most nerve-wracking part. So the one nice thing about going to cosmetology school for part at the time is that I got to keep my kit that I paid for I'm gon na use my expensive shear and I'm cutting my hair dry. So I can get an accurate depiction of where the hair is gon na fall when it's dry, so to make the initial cut. I always start with it lower than where I actually want it to be, so that I don't cut too much off and then I can go back in and recut the right to the right length. So right now I have it like right in the middle of my nose. I know that's gon na be too long, but, like I said this is just the initial cut. Okay, so I just want to see where this is falling. I'M gon na wet my hair. Okay, so now the hair is wet same thing over directing and now let's say that comes off in sweat. No, they are. You have to keep in mind when they're wet and you dry the hair. It is going to be shorter than this, but I still think I need to cut a little bit more off now. You can see that line better. Now, I'm just gon na go in and sort of just start point cutting. So I'm gon na go blow-dry. My hair and see where we are at in a minute there's a piece: that's a little extra long, I'm just gon na within that out. You can actually see that the formation okay, so now I'm going to go in and I'm just going to start thinning. The hair out a little bit because my hair, I cut a lot of it off, so I'm just going to point cut into the hair now to blend the bangs in it. With this hair on the side, I'm just going to talk this years down the hair. Going to take my finger, I'm like a traumatic ankle, okay, free people - and this is how you get back like I said: do it at your own risk, do it how I did it or don't do it? How I did it, do it a different way or go see a professional but yeah? I I think starting them back further was a good call, I'm probably going to have to trim them in like two days because they are like right at the perfect length right now. But if my hair grows quickly, then you know, I just think bangs like it's a fun way to change up your hairstyle. I know that growing the mount is a pain in the rear end.
