I Chopped Off My Hair

Hi friends welcome back to another carplay car vlog on this vlogging monday, um hi. How are ya? I am just getting ready to head on over to get my hair cut and also colored guys. I think i might start seeing some gray. I'M not sure i'm gon na ask her today to be like. Tell me honestly. Is this gray um which i'm okay with i'm just trying to wrap my head around that uh, regardless gon na go, get my hair colored and i'm thinking of cutting it short? Although now that i'm looking in the viewfinder, it looks cute right now, i'm kind of just like over it. I need a change think about going short by the way. I'M obsessed with this i've talked about this before pink quartz. I think it's the benefit. It looks like just chapstick, and essentially it is what it does give you like a little bit of color, but not too much it's kind of perfect um. This might be always linked below. I can't remember i'll, take a look, but the thing about cutting my hair short is that um for so long. I had extensions and i really used it as a security blanket. I always just thought. I looked better and younger um and more fit with long hair, but just bored of it and it's not doing anything and just need like just need a change so come with me to the hair salon and let's see what other trouble we can get into today. Also, i'm bringing her my my like best party trick now is bringing friends uh and family members cup she bathing suits. So i have a whole bag of cups you bathing suits. I genuinely really love them. I put a cup she try on on friday. I think i ended up keeping every single one of those uh, except for a few of like the super high cut ones um, but i can't keep like all the bathing suits. I don't even wear bathing suits that much um. So it's my greatest party trick just show up with bags of bathing suits. It'S happening first cut on its way. Oh, who is she? Oh, my god? Okay, you know like right when you get out of the hair salon, sometimes for me, it takes a couple of days for me to really like understand what had just happened and really like see what it's going to be like on a daily basis, because, obviously i Can'T curl my hair, like this, all the time um i at first, when i saw her cut it like my heart, like dropped into my stomach, but now that i'm looking at it, i absolutely love it. I feel so much like fresher and lighter, and just a little bit more stylish like i loved the long hair, but it was starting to get so like either needs to be like really long or this and i'm just like. Yes, i'm just summering it up like this and i'm into it um. My friend megan, who does my hair, is just effing, brilliant she's, so patient and like just the best so color is on point cut. Is dope curl is so cute. We did it guys. This is your reminder to switch it up a little bit. Uh change is hard, but it's just hair it'll grow back, i'm kind of like do. I ever want it to grow back. Look how much thicker it looks. Yes color. Do you recognize me? Are you confused who your mama is now? Do you still love me the minute i got home i put on shorts and then i was like. Do i love my hair? Do i hate my hair? I feel like it's gon na. Take me a moment to figure it out, but um. Here'S my look of the evening guys, i'm obsessed with these. I need to get more of them. Do you remember these sophie shorts, sophie shorts they're like old, like cheerleading shorts, everyone used to like well, they used to have like white. Some of them do have like white elastic here and flip them over so old school anyways hi here is me with short hair. Is it okay? Am i pulling it off? What do you think? Also? Oh my god check this out. Do you guys remember i got this from costco, not that long ago it's already grown that if you remember when i last showed it to you, it was like just a little seedling and now there's a new friend coming and i'm so excited about it. I haven't even watered it once since it arrived because it said to let it like dry out and um. It was pretty moist moist uh upon arrival, i'm gon na wash my face. Jeff is working tonight, so it's just me and corn, i'm like. Let me wash my face: get ready for bed, it's like four o'clock. I enjoy me time, like i really value and enjoy time by myself, but it's kind of boring. At night time i like having jeff here, far more fun um, so he gets home late. So, depending if i fall asleep or not, we'll watch something tonight in the meantime, let me take off my makeup, see what i look like with this hair with no makeup, and i ordered my favorite salad. We don't order it very much we enjoy. Well, i don't like cooking, but i like eating home-cooked food. It'S just uh, often a lot healthier and also not as expensive. I was like on postmates jeez, louise man. They charge so much now for uh delivery, but i had like some sort of a credit or something so i was like screw it tonight's, my net baby we're getting salads, there's just like one place. If you watch the kardashians, they always um show themselves taking those like big salads and like shaking them up. That proves there's one out near them. They live, like, i would say, like depending on traffic, maybe like 45 minutes. For me, that's like a long. Maybe 30 minutes so there's one of those places. It'S called the health nut out there there's one closer to me out here. Um and i love it so very much. I didn't realize it was a kardashian thing because i don't watch the kardashians. But then someone told me, and then i saw like some meme of them or some something of them like shaking the salads, and i was like. I know that salad, that's my salad. I like my hair back like this. This is cute. Oh, this is cute. You know what i do you guys remember a league of their own. I think they're coming out with a new one, but i feel like i look like kit from league of their own and i'm not mad about it. I thought maybe i would panic, but so far so good amazon package arrived and i sincerely don't remember what i ordered, which is always fun and also a little alarming, like i think i literally just ordered yesterday. So you are balancing on one of my many plants. Um, i don't think it's anything exciting. I think it's protein powder, which is exciting, just um yep. This is a new one. Well, not a new one. I'Ve been using plant fusion. I like um, alternate between this one plant, fusion and sun warrior. I usually just do some warrior, but i've kind of been into this one: it's the cookies and cream flavor, it's pretty good. It'S a vegan protein use this every morning, um and then biotin in case i freak out about my hair. I need it to grow longer. Um yeah see it's so cute. I don't like when it like flips out. I don't know. What do you guys think i feel like um? I was considering doing like some curtain bangs, but i tried that last time and my hair just doesn't do it. Even if i blow dry - it's just like i don't know my hair is so fine that there's not much it's willing to do other than what it does. So i don't know she said come back in a couple of days, if i decide that i do want him, but i feel like at this point i might as well just like pin it back. Then i have the option. Okay, so i'm trying to kill some time because i'm like i said i'm home alone tonight and i feel like if i eat dinner too early, then i'm gon na pass out too early that i'm not gon na sleep. Welcome to the life of me so boring um. So i'm watching some youtube videos and i have gone down the austin butler like rabbit hole. I can't stop um right now. I'M watching 10 things austin butler, can't live without haven't seen the elvis movie. Yet that is the next up. We ju we're so far behind on movies. We literally just saw top gun, um and loved it. I had so. I didn't know if i was gon na like also this angle. This light the whole thing, but i wasn't sure if i was gon na like top gun. I can't remember if i've seen like the original, i'm sure when i was a kid i saw it but like i don't really have a memory of it. I have a memory of like top gun in general, like just as like a cultural phenomenon, but i absolutely loved it. I thought it was so much fun if i can stay awake through a movie regardless of time. That'S a good sign that i loved it. So love top gun anyways next will definitely be uh, the elvis movie and i'm just going down this rabbit hole of austin butler and he can't live without chocolate or his guitar. I mean come on what an icon all right, i'm playing around with my glasses different, looks i'm getting used to it. I know it's so silly, it's just a haircut but like for sure i'm just trying to like assess the situation. I'M thinking like not that, like a flip, is really cute thinking about doing the bangs we'll see regardless, you got ta see this salad here. She is in all her glory. I am all about quantity like i want to eat as much as humanly possible, but also like take care of my insides, which is why i love this salad, because it's freaking huge. I get this quinoa kale situation and i add the best tuna of all times, which is perfect because jack's, not here and jeff, is so grossed out by tuna, so tonight's, my tuna night, and it has a little bit of cashews mmm ooh cashews with sunflower. I also always add avocado, but i have avocado at home, so i just do it here. Otherwise they charge you like literally five dollars for avocado, which is insane so funny. I'Ve talked about this before but um you know, jeff is from new york and i'm california la girl, and i just always grew up with avocado like i knew nothing other than that, like my mom and i literally put avocado on everything like every meal has, at Least, like half an avocado on it, it was just like what we know and how we do, and he said he didn't even try avocado or at least like wasn't really like super aware of avocado until he came out moved out here, which is funny to me. I'M so excited i'm gon na watch some naomi watts. I think it's naomi watts movie. Everyone keeps telling me to watch the staircase, but i watched the documentary of the staircase and i loved it. I just don't know if i need to watch a tv show now that i've watched a documentary. Do you know what i mean if you think i do please? Let me know your girl loves a murder mystery. So, like i'm, not shy of that. I just feel, like i kind of know, the details and stuff, so all right, so this is the dressing. This is the original house dressing that they make in-house. I mean it's obviously packaged, but the whole thing is like it's health nuts. So it's like lower sugar and more natural products, because a lot of like i guess dressings have a lot of sugar in it. Whatever here's the thing i realize salads aren't always as healthy as they present themselves to be because of the dressings and the ingredients, but if i'm gon na like opt for a salad, i'm just gon na go for it. Sorry, not sorry! Here'S my kardashian moment, if you know you know, if you don't go, look it up. Yes and yes, i will eat this whole thing, so there you go anyways guys. Thank you for spending some time with me today. I feel like it's probably a little shorter than usual, just a guess for my normal, like videos and vlogs, but as always enjoy being with you guys. World is difficult right now. Things are so tense and stressful. Everyone, i know, is sick, like there's just so much going on, obviously um and so just to have a little joy with y'all and spend some time with you guys, it's just so lovely and also just a reminder like this is just hair. I'M making a big deal out of it, but, like change is good trying new things is great, because life is short. So why not? You know what i mean. That'S my sermon for tonight.
