WATCH THE FIRST VIDEO A MADE FOLLOWING "ELLE BANGS" ROOT TOUCH UP ROUTINE

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=biEUqZ...

#ellebangsprobalayagetutorial #ellebangshair #ellebangstonehairathome

Hello guys welcome back to my channel. I am doing it again, you guys, I am doing it again. I'M dyeing my hair today and I'm gon na be following a hair dye tutorial here on YouTube. So I think, over a year ago, a few months ago, I decided to follow a hair dye video. I did the whole routine. I purchased all the products that the hair styles do this in that video and I have to say you guys. I was really really happy with my results, so I followed Elle bangs, her name is Silvia Ruiz and her channel is called El Banks. I'M pretty sure you guys have seen some of her videos and yeah. She showed a whole routine of how she we touched her root and, I think, did some highlights and told her hair and I follow her every step and I have to say I didn't get the exact same results as her, but I was really really really really Really really happy with the end result. You guys that I kept the same formula I kept buying the same products that she used on that video. She actually saw the first video I did, which was crazy to me. Honestly, I didn't know, I think I had like. Maybe 5,000 views on that video when she commented and she was so nice. She even told me a suggestion of what to do with my hair, because obviously she's kind of lighter than I do like my natural hair color, is way darker than hers. So anyways guys. I was so excited when I saw her coming that I don't know it totally made my month and a few months ago she posted a whole new routine and I'm going to recreate that hair dye, her hair, yeah hair hair transformation. I guess so. I purchased all of the products that she used, while actually I had most of the products. So I got the Redken flash, lift bleach love this bleach, you guys all the products that I mentioned that I mentioned here now. You guys can get it on Amazon. Very very easy to find if you, if you are in the u.s. of course, if you're in Canada, which I'm in Canada sometimes I do, my boyfriend has a condo in Florida and we often go to Florida for like several months, and I tried it. You know by all the prices that I need and then I take him home. She used the wreckin developer 30 volume. I don't know, I'm gon na go with the 30 volume you guys, because I'm a lot darker than her and because I have experience with bleach. I know that 40 does amazing on my hair. It lifts who almost platen and that's what I want when I go with like a when I go with 30 and below it's very orange you're very brassy, and have to wash up and apply bleach again. So I don't know she used 30 volume developer in her video. I might use 40, I'm not sure. Now it's not recommended. I know because 40 volume developer just fries up your hair, so there you go. I also got which I think these are the stars to show you guys this is going to transform the overall looking vibrancy of your blonde, so it's the redkin toners, so I usually go in with 9 v, 9n and 9 t. I believe that's what I usually apply on my hair. I mix those three up today. I have other colors which have actually a trick to see how my hair looks after toning with these ones. So I have nine and a and I have seven n and I have ten and so that's the major difference from her routine that I last tried to recreate so yeah and I also went ahead. You guys and got the foils, because this techniques kind of like a balayage mixed with some highlights, so I really needed foil. So I got these. They were cheap. Actually, I think they were like $ 7.99 very cheap, so I'm pretty sure you could get them on Amazon as well, eBay, I'm not so sure, but I'm pretty sure on Amazon. You will find them so yeah. I think I'm ready, I'm ready. I have my ugly t-shirt on and I'm just gon na go and dive into this scary procedure. All right, I'm gon na play the video I'm gon na skip the intro, I'm gon na look at what she's doing first and then I'll come back. So, let's see what happens here so for my liking formula, I'm gon na be using one as a breakfast flash lift with bugger inside and one ounce of 30 volume. Then we're going to mix it all up. Let'S go so. She parted her hair, like on this side like this and I'm gon na begin. Someone does. She goes with very thin pieces, so I'm gon na go with this yeah. I'M gon na leave it these um alone for now, and I'm gon na go with foil. After that, go I'm ready here. We go. I'M also going to focus that on the top here, because I have a really dark roots there and they think about bleach. You guys, you really have to saturate solji shy, so then çb to be teasing the root as well. There'S I hate soils, and now I'm gon na do the highlights that she was doing so. I'M just gon na part, my hair in the middle again how I usually parted - and that's usually here in the middle. So I finish this side now, I'm gon na tackle on the other side guys, I'm really scared um, so um, I'm just gon na. Do it. You guys cuz, you guys saw what I did on this side, all right guys. I am done with the foils and I think I ended up doing a lot more coils than Sylvia did in her videos, but I definitely wanted to brighten up my hair, so I'm gon na leave it for an hour. So once I'm done, I'm going to rinse this off and then move to step number two. Thankfully that's the last thing. Yes, alright guys. I am back, and this is how my hair looks like um. I am a little concerned about the road because I had this guys saw a little route already, so it's looking pretty black but other than that. I'M happy with the rest. So, let's tone: let's see what the next step is, then I just calibrate my hair and we are ready for the toner, so we're gon na be starting with the root tap toner and the formula used for that is 1/2 ounce of a seven and a shade. Zq, a half an ounce of owning an A plus one ounce of processing solution, and I'm just going to be applying that to the roots feel like this is the magic wand to create softness. It seems like such a subtle step, but just give that element of softness to the hair and another reason why I love to finish every color session with the shades eq gloss. Toners is not only for the tonal benefits that you get right. Jzq toners are scientifically formulated to finish the hair after it's been processed and lightened for maximum hair health. I like to make these formulas in a bowl and apply with a brush. I like the precision I get with painting on the gloss and a creative precision. To add just to the areas where I want to add all right, guys, I'm gon na tackle at the back, but I need a mirror. A second mirror, so I'm just gon na do this off camera, and then I will be toning. The rest of my hair and then for the all-over toner, and for that I'm gon na be using half an ounce of oh nine and eight plus half an ounce of ten n shades, eq plus 1 ounce of processing solution. Now I like to focus this toner on the remainder of the hair that was lightened, so I apply it to those areas and then just maybe a minute or two before I'm ready to shampoo my hair, I kind of just massage it through the ends just to Get an overall seamless look, so let this process for about 10 to 15 minutes and we are ready to shampoo condition and be done all right. So I'm gon na go wash shop. You guys and then I'm gon na show you the last result all right guys. I am ready to show you the final result so voila this is it you guys guys. I was very scared when I remove the foils when I was about to wash off my hair because it looked intense and obviously I was using 40 volume develop for you guys. I don't recommend you doing that. I wish there was there's several things I wish. I would have done differently, and that is one of them. I should have used 30 volume developer because it really, I felt that it really damaged my hair. It doesn't look as bad because those toners that I use really help with hydrators your hair, and it makes it look healthy. Another thing I would have done differently is leave the toner that I applied here on the roots longer because I had already a little root. It looks pretty dark, as you guys can see, but with the smudging technique. That was the first time I was trying that technique and I actually liked it. So I think I'm gon na I'm gon na keep doing that and overall um I'm not good at foils. You guys I never use photos when I do my highlights. I always use a cap, so it just I don't know it helps me spread my bleach evenly and I just applied all as I applied the witch at the same time. So it lifts everything lives at the same time, so I don't get like different tones. You know what I mean. I love the top. I think the color is beautiful. I because I had a lot of warmth underneath like, as you guys saw when I first started. My blonde was more of a golden blonde and this is more towards the Asheer side so because I had a lot of warmth still on the back here, it looks like I have different tones, so I might do the back and this bottom part just we've. Just do some highlights just to lift it up and remove some of the what to call warmth tones because, as you guys can see, I have two different tones going on which I don't like. So that is one thing I'm going to do. But honestly you guys, I really really like the technique. I think I prefer this color on me then the one I was going for. I was really for me. I hate warm tones and I don't know I think I can like this color as you guys can see so um like I said. The only thing that I don't like it's is this part here. Well, that's easy easy to fix very, very easy to fix. As you guys can see, I'm going to be linking all of the products that I used today down in the description, description box, for you guys and I might leave some links from Amazon, so you can check them out and yeah. So thank you. So much for watching guys. This was really fun but scary at the same time, but I'm really happy with the end result. So yeah alright, guys take care. Please be careful out there and yeah thanks for watching, and I hope to see you in my next video

JackieEFFEX: Hi everyone!!! Unfortunately, I had to mute and add a song from YouTubes free music list because of copyright. I’m sorry for the audio, I couldn’t lower the volume of the song. Thank you so much so much for you’re support guys! I really appreciate everyone of you!

JennMartn: It looks great! Congrats!! I recommend you do a balayage on the bottom pieces of you hair instead of highlights. You can cover larger areas of hair. Since your hair is light already use a 20 vol bleach! Dont forget to video it and share when you do it Love your videos! Stay beautiful!Blessings!

LexMore: Great tutorial! I also watched the first one where you followed Silvia I wish I was brave enough to retouch my blonde but might have to watch your videos a couple more times to do it. Love your videos

Ashley Gash: It came out way better than I expected! Thank you for sharing, I’m contemplating doing this myself just need the courage lol

bettie rogers: your hair looks great! thank you for posting this!! you and i have similar colored roots, so this is very helpful!

Jennifer E.: Loveeeee the hair sis! Looks easy to do in your video but I can only imagine the hard work! It looks fabulous...and also your makeup!!!

My Beauty Shopper: I think you did a great job, it's not easy doing a balayage on yourself. I am watching Silvia's video too during this time...I would like to retouch my blonde but I am not brave enough

Suzi Monkey: Thank you so much for posting! I’m subscribed to “ElleBangs” but my colouring, hair texture AND skills are much closer to yours. I’m glad that I found your channel ☺️

Jennifer Ortiz: Wow! Looks really good! I watch Ellebangs and have for years and you showed up on my feed today! Love your videos. I’m about to do mine!

Gaby Torres: You did a great job I love it!!

Stacey Schomburger: You are absolutely adorable and refreshingly real! I love it

Alli McCoy: OMG! Girl it looks pretty with the multi-blonde colors. I agree with the person who said to just balayage the ends and back and ONLY use 20 or even 10. They are already a 6-7 and the damage with all over blonde color versus the multi dimensional blonde and a bit healthier it will look so good! You are amazing at these tutorials and you are so beautiful! Good luck with whatever you do decide to do! Plz record and show us. I too have currently orange parts, I’m naturally level 5-6 with some silvers! I know it’s basically what’s underneath a level 6-7, when stripping the pigment out of it and it goes from reddish orange to orange-yellow and then I stop about a yellow bc I don’t want to be platinum I and I’m unsure of what to do. I do have professional products and quite a few of the shades EQ as well as a couple shades eq cream for my roots. But I really don’t know how to get rid of the orangey brown that I have left. I do want to try to keep it as dark as possible without having to put darker color on it but I like the multi dimensional look I just don’t honestly know what to do next. I’m kind of like stuck so please share whatever you do decide to do thank you so much for your videos they’re very inspirational and helpful!!

Lulu's Life Beauty: Your hair turned out beautiful!

Jen Alexandra: good effort love!! Looks great :) Im going to be following Silvia too once i get all my products!! Hope i do as well as you!!

Denise O Keeffe: Looks great! I’m doing mine soon after watching ellebangs for awhile now. So I’m going to bite the bullet! Wish me luck☘️.

Stacy VanNiekerk: I follow Elle also, and the Redken toners are so key to finishing because bleach is alkaline and the toners are acidic so it neutralizes to even out the porosity. I had to use a Wella toner because I was waiting for my Redken to come in and it definitely makes your hair feel less luxurious. You did a great job!!

Brady Hill: Omg yay!! You did it! Thank you so much! Love your videos!! You did awesome girl! I love it!

Natalie Mora: I’m going for the first look you did I’m so in between wanting to do the first one you did or this look

Jane Smith: You did a great job. Actually, I think the warmth at the bottom doesn't look bad, it blends pretty well, especially with the curls.

clairvoyant: You did great♡

Mia's stuff: Wow!! It looks amazing! :)

Elena Platanaki: I really like the result it looks beautiful!!! I am following ellebangs tutorials for years and I like them. How long did you leave the bleach in your hair ? I want to try 40 volume developer to lift the roots but I am so scared. How did your hair feel after a few day was it very damaged?

Hicel Quinonez: Loved this color on you. Really like your videos.

Jeni Perillo-Kerr Natural Vanity: Wowwww!!! You did a phenomenal job and the color looks awesome on you

Maria Maiorino: I follow ellebangs too... I live in Canada and I've been trying to find the shade EQ line from redken forever! They are hard to come by here... Olaplex saved my hair from damage. It's a fantastic product..

Luz Gimenez: I love it !!!!!!! Its beautiful!!!!!

shawnee shareen: I love this! When you smudged the root, did you leave that on as you were toning the rest of the hair?

Bertran Tapp: Thank you for sharing. Your hair is so pretty

Carmen C: So much work! Turned out pretty.

DinnertoDumbbells: Girl I did it yesterday it was so hard... I also didn’t get the right toner. It was spotty ugh

Cheryl Lockwood: Looks great girl

Caittie Lynn: Looks fantastic again!

Carmen Flores: Wooooooow que lindo te kedo el cabello ,me encantan tus videos

Andrea: Wow Looks AmazzzBallz gorgeous

C M: Hi, i love your videos, can you post the toners you are using please ? Thanks

Shell Bell: Ive watched the Ellebangs video 100 times and I can't work out why she does full slices of colour on one side of her head, and highlights on the other. Can you shed any light? Did you do the same?

Shena Garcia: Looks so good

Vladimir P.: Awesome video!!!!

D Smith: If u tease and weave a couple foils by your neckline it will make a world of difference! However wow that looks great!!! Your beautiful!

Amanda Maitland: I tried this it was way too hard. Next time I want to try the highlighting cap. Which way was easier for you?

laura sanderson: I’m subscribed to Elle bangs

Emily EC: So pretty

Marianne Torkamani: WauwW you look so much like Elle bang✨

N H: I don't understand this at all. You highlight your roots so you can make them dark again. An easier step would be just dye the roots (without bleach and foils). Or just highlight them and tone.

Yoselinmartinez Baez: ❤

Christine Curtis: The top is a pretty blonde.
