How To Get Faux Bangs (Fake Fringe) | Milk + Blush

Hey everyone. Welcome back to the channel., So today we're going to be showing you how to make faux bangs using your old hair, extensions. (, light jazz ) For this tutorial you're going to need to use an old three clip weft. Before you clip it in you're. Going to need to snip off the ends of the weft to make it easier to work. With., We tied a hair elastic around it first to hold the hair in place, which makes this step way easier.. You still want to keep it long so that you have enough room to play with so don't cut off too much. Next section your hair about an inch back from your hairline on one side and clip your hair up out of the way.. You can then repeat this process on the other side., Once you're done, clip in your three clip weft along the edge of this section. ( light jazz ). Now that the weft is clipped in, you can go ahead and cut it to the right length.. This may take a while, but we'd recommend cutting it a little bit at a time to avoid any mistakes. ( light jazz ). Once you have your desired length, take your scissors and cut up into your fringe to feather the ends for a more natural look.. Next, take your hair, straighteners and softly curve in the edges of your bangs towards your face.. This really helps to give your bangs more volume, as well as making them look more natural.. As you match your hair extensions to the ends of your hair, they might not be a perfect match for your root. Shade.! Don'T worry too much about this, though, because we've got some great hacks coming up. That will help you to get a seamless blend. To hide the disconnect. We use some root touch-up spray to help blend the bangs., We'll be showing you another hack for this later, but it will help to hide the disconnect before you move on to the next step.. Next, let down your hair and pull it over the weft to hide the disconnect.. You can wear your hair down with your faux bangs, but Mim decided to create a top-knot for this look.. If you want to do the same, then start by sweeping up your hair into a high pony and secure it in place with a hair elastic..
