Cutting the bangs on your wig can be pretty intimidating, but I'm going to give you a few helpful tips that will get you through the process. The first thing is you're going to want to pin the upper layers out of the way now we're going to establish the shape of the banks for ours. We'Re going to do a rounded kind of upward toward the corner is more of a pinup style. We want to establish our cut about here in the center and then higher on each side, so we're going to put some guideline cuts in and then we're going to connect the spots. The name of the game with these is to make them perfectly symmetrical. So we need to watch where we're at, on the other side kind of stand back and take a peek make sure that we're in the right spot that looks pretty darn close. So now we're just going to round these out and connect the two. We want to keep these pretty close to the head, so I'm just barely lifting these up with the rat tail to connect those lines. Another thing is: you want to be careful at how much hair you're cutting at the time, because, especially since these are synthetic, your hair is going to move. It'S not going to cut very smoothly like it would if it was human hair with your baseline established. You now want to drop subsequent layers over this line. Make sure you comb the hair straight down and into place make sure that you can still see your line and then trim right on that line. Continue working in this way for the remainder of the layers once you've finished your cut, if you're working on a straighter wig - and you need to put a little bit more of a curve into your synthetics, you can take the wig off of the mannequin and lay It over something more round like a soda, can and then you're going to take a rag or a wash rag. That'S been soaked in freshly boiled water and then gently place it over the banks and that's going to help smooth in some of that Bend. You want to let it set until it's cool and then you can go ahead and brush it out and you should be ready to go.

Michaël: cool! I love these vids!

hipretty: Is this a full wig? I want bangs, but I don't want just clip on bangs because I can't seem to blend them with my hair how I wear it now (curly) it always seems to look snapped on. Is this the Modu Bob Bangs II Clip-In or a full wig?

Doctored Locks: Yes, its synthetic.

Doctored Locks: Thanks!

zack attack: is this a synthetic wig
