Under $100!!! | Styling My Headband Wig W/Bangs! Ft. Julia Hair | Ashtakeoff

So hey beauties, so this hairband wig is from julia hair and inside the box it came with a bag to hold the hair as well as a bag with some lashes, a milk ban, a bonnet and a brush. So let's just get started so my hair is freshly not really freshly washed, but this is a perfect time to install a headband with, because it's not much that i have to do to my real hair. But with this install i was thinking about doing something different. I wanted to go for like two bangs in the front to kind of go with the texture of the headband wig. So that's just what i'm doing here. I sectioned out kind of like a v in the front of my hair, and that would be my leave out for the headband wig. I also went in and took out my edges on the side because i wanted to kind of flow with the headband wig. While it's on my head to match the texture of the headband wig, i am going in with some flexi rods to my real hair, and i just let that sit for about 10 to 30 minutes. My hair does not take long to be manipulated when i'm trying to convert it to another texture, especially of a loose wave. So i'm just going to use my flexi rods here to do that here is the wig. It is your regular construction wig. It has a comb in the front one on each side near your ear tab and one in the back. It also has an adjustable strap in the back to have a little more security. While this headband is on your head, wow wow, one of my bangs, did set a little tighter than the other. You can also go in with a purl one on a low setting to also achieve this look, but these that i just did. They are completely heatless, but i am going to go in with a curl wand and just tighten that up just a little bit because, as my hair gets older, it will drop. I wanted to try something new with this headband wig, so i'm going to use my clip here, i'm not really sure where i got it from, but it's my favorite and i'm going to attempt a half a half down, but i'm just going to be twisting this Half portion and then the remainder of it, i'm just going to clip with my little clampy clip wow, so so all right guys. So that is it for this video very simple little remit style of a headband wig, go ahead and pull you out two hairs, or even do like how people do the two bangs for the ponytail. Do that method? With like a small section of your hair um, you can glue a track in to add length, but this is what i got. My hair would drop throughout the day and it'll get more like the texture of the hair um. I can do the flex rod method, but um. I went in to refresh it with on low heat with a curl rod and i didn't have to do that. But for this video to go ahead and you know show the results, i did that. But if you let your flexi rod sit for well over 10 minutes. For my take, my hair is not that thick. So 10 minutes really sets my hair with the flexi rods, especially when i'm working with a session. That'S kind of heat training. If i was working on like my back session and stuff, i probably let them sit for like 30 minutes to an hour, but if you want heatless, you have to do stuff to get heatless right. So sometimes you got ta sacrifice that time. But thank you so much to julia here. Grab you an elastic band or some type of holder or scrunchie, and put this headband wig in a ponytail. This would be perfect for workouts or just lazy days, where you don't really want your hair hanging. Put it in a ponytail.
