* 3 packs of pre stretched hair. As mentioned, each pack had 3 pieces in it so i ended up using only 3 packs which is 3x3=9. I did buy 5 packs but now i have 2 left over.
* Shine N Jam extra hold
* Black rubber bands
* Gold braids accessories (1pck)
PSA! I HAVE A TOTAL OF 38 COUNT BRAIDS. I KNOW SOMEONE WILL ASK
TOTAL TIME TO PUT IN INITIAL RUBBERBANDS: 30 MINS
TOTAL TIME TO INSTALL BOXBRAIDS: 1HR AND A GOOD NETFLIX SHOW (LOVE IS BLIND ) LOL
CONS TO CONSIDER ABOUT THIS STYLE:
GOLD ACCESSORIES WILL CHANGE COLOR WHEN IT COMES IN CONTACT WITH WATER AKA WHEN YOU TAKE A SHOWER. I HAD A VERY HARD TIME TRYING TO AVOID WATER TOUCHING THEM WHILE SHOWERING WHICH WAS VERY UNSUCCESSFUL AND SOME DID TURN COLOR SO I SUGGEST HAVING SOME EXTRA ON HAND OR USING A YELLOW RUBBER BAND AS AN ALTERNATIVE.

We don't have to do anything. The scent of skin is strong a little bit closer. Be let's see if I guys welcome and welcome back to my channel. So today I will be installing some Bob box braids. I don't. I just really want something, quick and simple, because my hair has been out for a few months now and I just need a protective hairstyle protective hairstyle that you know I can just wake up and go. I need something: that's gym friendly, so something that's. Definitely not heavy and long. So that's just what I need so I just decided on you know I set it on a bob box spray, something quick. You know medium sized, not too jumbo, not too heavy. You know just things like yeah, so I just want to install this really quick. My goal is to keep this in for at least four or five weeks before I change my hairstyle for a vacation, I'm going on. Also, I wanted to keep in mind that since it's a bob I have to be cautious of how long my hair has gotten. So I don't cut any of my hair in this bob style process, so this is the front of my hair. As you can see, this is how long my hair is, so I have to make the the bob box braids a bit longer than this or I am going to cut my hair and I don't want to cut my hair because I'm actually growing my hair out. So I have to be very cautious of this and, if in the back, so this is how long my hair is so my boob, my bob - has to at least stop somewhere on this blue on the rainbow. So I don't cut my hair, so I'm very, very, very cautious about that and yes, I'm going to be using this pre-stretched I'm here I got from my local beauty supply store. I would highly recommend pretty stretched hair. Okay, I don't know this is something new, but pretty stretched hair. I don't know everything exists when I was younger because I have to I had to like manually stretch out the hair, but pre-stretch hair is a lifesaver. I got five packs on my local beauty. Supply store, each pack has three in them. So that's five times three, you did the math. I can't do that right now, but I'm hoping that's enough and also I would be burning the end of the box braids because I know burning the ends edge and I want to avoid that so I'll be using the rubber band to secure the ends but yeah. Let'S just jump right into this video i'll, be using this shine and jam to really slick my my parts. It'S not. I don't consider this an edge control. It'S really great for your box break styles. So, to make your part like to hold your part and to your parts and to make them look, you know give them that extra hold and extra shine to it. That'S what I consider this product. Yes, I'll also be using rubber bands to help me hold and secure each part, and for this super easy, simple hairs that I'd like to know how many you know box braids and put it in how many I have left and things like that. So I really just want this to be super simple, easy short, you know just a protective style that can hold me for the next four or five weeks. We don't have to do anything. I thought I did my hair, I just you know, I fell asleep and I just didn't have the energy to do anything now. So this is me, you know I just put a scarf on when asleep, and this is me the next day and I have really not done anything to let since yesterday so right now. I think I am going to actually burn in the ends because the inter not chunky their tinier, so I'm gon na take my light. It and just burn the ends. So I have my lighter and I had just a case of water to like dip my hand in it. One sound like smudging the burnt end, but you see what I'm talking about don't stop. This is my favorite, like it's imagination, isn't running the difference between the burn and and none burn, just like the cut the burnt fresh versus the cut, and so you can see that if you can see the difference, I actually liked this side better. I'M gon na go ahead and do the same on this end, so they're all even and now both sides are equal, as you can see, I'm gon na go in with this this jewel, like this brave jewelry and I'm gon na put them all at the ends. So this is my big size, so you can open it up and then take the piece of hair and just wrap it around it as tight as possible. So it doesn't like fall out so so far. This is what it's looking like, and I'm just gon na go ahead and finish up off-camera and come back and show you what the final result is so yeah. This is the final result. I hope you guys like and enjoy this quick tutorial um. This took me a total just one hour to put an end, and I have a total of 38 braids in and yeah. I look forward to it getting ordering you guys know the order looks the better the order, it is the better it looks, and the last like I have to like do my head like this, so I am looking forward to that so yeah.
