Hello, everyone welcome back to my channel. If this is your first time, thank you for tuning in. I hope you all are doing well. Today'S video is part two of above box braids week and i'm going to be showing you guys how to cut above this unit using a flat iron. The link to part one is going to be in the description box below. So let's get started so guys. I made this unit some time back and i usually use it to guide me when i get orders. If not, you can always just measure it. It'S about 12 inches or you can use the bottom of the neck as a guide. I'M going to go ahead and place some pins where the cap ends, so that when i put the other unit, it's at the same point, my flat iron is already connected and i'm making sure that the center part is in the middle of the mannequin head. You want everything even now, i'm moving the hair to one side and i'm going to be working with like three or four braids at a time just watch and see how i do it now, i'm going to get my flat iron, and that is where it's going To end so you're just going to press and hold until you see the bridge melting and then you grab a pair of scissors and you cut it and that's it if it feels too hot, you can always grab a towel or a cloth to hold the flat Iron just make sure you protect yourself, i'm done with one side and i'm going to do a couple more on this side. As you can see, when i press i curve it inwards, that is how you get that bob look, as you guys can see. I'M working with few braids at the time, no rush, guys you want to make sure they are. Even someone asked the question why we measure two inches of the cap. In my opinion, it makes the wig less bulky at the bottom. Also guys, you can always cut it to the length that you want, you can make it shorter at the back longer in the front, you can make it shorter on one side and longer on one side just get creative, and it also depends on what your client Wants so this is our last braid i'm going to cut off every fly away here, i'm going to make sure that the braids are, even if you notice any one that is longer just grab your flat iron and cut it off. So we are all done guys. It'S all looking nice and neat. Some people do burn the ends, but i choose to use the flat iron so guys. This is what i wanted to share with you guys in part two. Let me know in the comment section what you think about this method. If you have not yet subscribed to this channel, consider doing so. Thank you guys so much for watching give this video a thumbs up share with someone and i'll see you guys in my next video
