Bob Box Braids Tutorial!

So um I am about to do something very fun. I am about to cut my box braids in to a bomb, I'm so excited cuz um. This is my second time having a bob box, braids style um. I did the same thing a couple of years ago. Um pictures here and um - this is my third time I'm having a bob protective style, because I did Bob Marley twist pictures here um. So I just really love going from short to from long to short styles or just having a bob in general, because it's super 9v super in right now and I just love the way it looks. So I'm going to show you all how I cut my hair into a bob, so stay tuned. I'M also sorry about the camera quality, I'm recording on my iPhone, because I cannot find my battery charger for my camera. So oh well, but yeah, let's get started. So all I need is some thinners and a later in some ponytail holders, Wow, okay! So right now have my hair, the side part and I'm just going to go to a middle part so that each side can be even and I'm going to bring all my hair to the front. So I have a man jewelry in my hair right now and the one I'm going to cut my hair to like right here, get all right here. So all the hair jewelry, that's below that line or kind of close to it. I'M going to take out and put it back in so yeah. If you have any hair jewelry make sure you take it out. I used to have a lot of hair jewelry, but I lost it all. Okay, so I'll make sure my hair is even on both sides yeah and I'm going to put each side in a ponytail at about where I want it to be cut and beware because um my hair is not so much longer. So I would like to do a shorter bob, but my hair in the back is like I'm not sure, really sure with also I don't want to cut my own hair, so I'm making it kind of long, but a good way to tell is, if you um, My braids are kind of old. I'Ve had him in for seven weeks at least seven weeks, so my hair, starting to fuzz out, but a good way to tell where your hair stops is. If you like, run your fingers up the braid and you can feel where your hair starts to puff out, so my hair starts to pop out like right here, so I'm going to go like an inch and a half below that. To make sure I don't cut my hair so in the back, obviously my here in the furnace, but all wood up here, but in the back I have to make sure I don't cut my real hair so, like I said, I'm gon na cut right there. So I'm gon na put my ponytail like right here, so take your ponytail holder and put it right there and then do the same to the other side. Again i'ma check to make sure I've got cutting my real hair, okay, yeah! Something right here make sure it's even okay, so go long then take I have hair scissors. Unfortunately, I originally have real scissors, because this will take a look. I got ta take small pieces, but then just start cutting you, okay, so first side is cut. I love it and if you have like uneven pieces, you can keep cutting, but I kind of don't really want like a super straight across Bob. So this is not perfect for me see and in the back get my hair stopped like right here and I left it to like my hair. Stop like right here. Look you can kind of see the footsies right around here you see, then I left all that. May seem a given better example. Look you here's Greg example. You see like the fuzzies coming out. Well, that's a long piece, so my hair stops for like right there and I love all of this just to be safe. So that's what the first side is looking like, I love it and now we're going to do the other side make sure this is even you you, you did it. Okay. Beside that, I made a little bit longer. Someone cut a little bit more from this side. Just a little bit, nobody actually nope, I'm gon na leave it. Okay, let's leave it okay! So now you burn, you burn baby burn. Okay, sorry yeah! I just have a regular little dude flying like that, and I'm just gon na take up he's burning, wait! Til! It'S not hot and then throw it burn baby burn mmm there you have it it's a little bit. Let me try to put Brenna some more. Sometimes I don't get like nice and pretty, but hey, oh well. You have mother burn yourself. Come on always do yeah. Okay, I'm gon na burn Metis and then will be that a so I'm mostly done and then just want to come back and do a couple more to show you how I burn them so take the lighter light. It hold it on there for a couple of seconds and then before it cools twist it in between your two fingers so again light it little bird for a little bit and then twist it. It looks like that. Okay, so I finished - and these are the final results so right, underneath my collarbone and I'm feeling very like Cleopatra ish and I'm loving it so usually with my hair on on the side.
