lin lin: I use the banding method on my wash n gos I sleep in them and take it out in the morning,my hair is around 3b 3c and almost waist length but shrinks up to my shoulders.This really helps my single strand knots !I used to stretch my hair with a blow drier and it was fine but hair is alot shiner since I started banding
