Loving how you wind up for me tonight is: i need a taste, baby, hi fairies and welcome back to my channel, it's theresia andreas. So in this video i'm going to be styling my natural hair, it's been such a minute, since you guys have seen me style. My natural hair on my channel, i'm going to be dyeing my hair jet black, i'm also going to be pressing, my hair with a flat iron from eap heat, and i'm also going to be trimming my ends so before i do all of that stuff. I'M going to make sure that i wash my hair and to do this, i'm going to use this as i am cleansing pudding. It'S my favorite low poo shampoo. I'Ve been using this for about a month now i have a whole different wash routine that i want to show you guys, because it's made my hair so full, but that's going to be in a later video and before i put in that jet black color, i'm Going to put in this ion protein filler, i did go ahead and use this product in my last video on thursday. If you guys did not see that video make sure you guys go and check it out, because it's so informative for beginners, but in that video, when i dyed my hair, a blue black color before i did that i did put a protein filler in it, and I just love the way that that made my hair feel on my wig, so i decided to go ahead and do this as well on my natural hair. So once i have all of that protein filler in my hair, i'm just going to move on to putting on a shower cap, and i did let that sit for 20 minutes. I'M not going to rinse that protein filler out because, like i said, we are going to be using that as an additive to our jet black color. I didn't necessarily want like a super black black color. I honestly just wanted to start to cover up my gray hairs because your girls getting old, okay, we are pushing 30 and my grades are showing honey and to do this, i want to be using the ion jet black color. I absolutely am in love with this color because it just made my hair so soft and to activate that color, i'm going to be using some 20 developer from willa. If you guys want to be doing your hair jet black on your natural hair, make sure you guys are using the walla, color charm, 20 developer or the actual developer that goes with the jet black die. So i'm just going to mix that developer and that color together and i'm not going to rinse out that protein filler do not rinse out the protein filler. You guys want to make sure you are keeping that product in your hair go ahead and take a towel. Blot off any excess of that protein filler from our hair and then move on to using our jet black color and to make sure that color is all in my hair, i'm just going to run a comb through it. Let that sit for 30 minutes and then rinse it out, and then we are going to move on. So i know you guys saw me put this die all on my forehead. That is because i have a ton of baby hairs on my forehead, but for anyone that is like me, that puts dye where it's not supposed to i'm just going to take the dye off easily using some organic apple, cider, vinegar and manuka honey mix. It literally takes a dye right off my forehead and my skin is completely fine. We are moving on to doing my conditioning treatment, i'm going to be taking some conditioner from as i am as well as putting in some heat protectant oil. Honestly, you guys this brand is the shiz nye. Okay, it has natural herbs in its oil. Not only do i use the heat protectant oil in this video, but off camera i've been using their black rice foil, as well as their edges oil, and that is literally why my hair is so different. My edges have grown in so full. My hair itself has gotten so thick. You guys will see when i blow dry my hair later on how thick my hair has gotten, but my hair is so beautiful. You guys literally i'm going to be doing an updated wash routine for you, guys that want fuller, hair and thicker edges so definitely stay tuned. For that video. I let that conditioner sit for about 30 minutes and then i rinse it out and now i'm just moving on to using some cocoa water, from as i am as well as some lemongrass leave-in conditioner, and i'm going to make sure that it's all throughout my hair Massaging that into my scalp and then i'm just gon na rake, my denman brush through my hair and, like i said you guys, can see how much fuller and how much thicker my hair has gotten it's just so beautiful. Now i'm going to blow dry my hair and to do this, i'm going to use a blow dryer with a comb attached to it and i'm going to start by blow drying my hair on cool and then, when i break that throughout my entire head. I will then move on to using a medium heat, i'm going to section my hair off into four sections. I'Ve never had to do this to my hair. You guys, like i said you guys, are gon na see how thick and full my hair has gotten using. My new wash routine, my hair, has never been this thick and this full okay proof is in the pudding. I'Ve been using these products for one month, and this is how long and thick my hair has gotten so, yes, kudos, my hair has gotten super long, but my ends are pretty dead. Okay, hairstylist actually say that you guys should trim your ends every 12 weeks, so i've grown my hair out officially a year now, which means i should have trimmed my hair about three to four times now, and it makes sense as to why i cut off so Much i am going to be trimming my hair myself, not a pro trimmer over here, but i did learn when i did go to the hair salon. A lot of people do straighten their hair before they do trim it, and when i straighten my hair, i'm going to be using the eap heat one inch flat iron. Honestly, i love eap, heats flat irons in general. They are bomb.com. They are the only things that get my hair and my weaves, so straight and just so silky. This is a titanium plate flat iron. So it's gon na. Do my hair super good with getting my natural shine as well as getting my hair super straight, and i only put it on a temperature of 390 because i don't want to fry my hair and it's not too hot, but it's not too cool to where it's Not straight in my hair, just a now that my hair is all straight. I was just going had to comb through it and i was like okay, my hair is long. Don'T get me wrong, my hair is long and it has grown so thick. My hair's never been this thick after i flat ironed it, but i was like okay, i'm not seeing anybody. My ends are looking real frayed right now, i'm just going to teach myself how to trim my own hair. As stated, i am not a professional. I am not a professional okay. The only thing i did research was the proper scissors for cutting and trimming your hair. I was not trying to cut my hair. I was mostly just trying to trim it, so i did research on the internet, the type of scissors to properly trim your hair and you guys are going to get freaked out for those that are licensed. Don'T let this video freak you out, it's going to look like i'm going to be hacking off my hair, but i'm really not so, like. I said it's gon na look like i'm cutting my hair all off, but i'm really not these scissors. I will definitely link them down below the exact measurement, because i just feel like me cutting my ends just made my hair literally come to life. My hair looks alive. It looks healthy. This natural jet black is literally shining through and i'm so happy so y'all. This is about two days later. I'Ve had my hair straight for the past two days now and honestly, like i said you guys, can see how thick my hair is. It'S never been this thick. I can't keep saying that i'm just so happy y'all, but i'm just gon na rake that eap heat flat iron through my hair. One more time i haven't been straightening my hair every day, but you know i am going to be going out and running a few errands today, so i just want to look a little bit decent. You know my baby hair is a little bit all over the place, my curls kind of going, which way every way yeah. I hope you guys enjoyed this video y'all saw me literally slay. Now that i'm able to straighten my hair and flat iron it and all that stuff, i am going to be using my eap heat one inch flat iron to do this, because y'all can see how good my hair looks. (2008) In March 2019, I decided to go natural. Since then, my hair has grown tremendously. I wash my hair & braid it up. I've only used Jamaican Black Castor Oil (JBCO) & I will continue to use it. I recently dyed my hair but…I did a box color ( off black dark n lovely) I wish I would’ve learned about the protein product that you talked about. But, next time I’ll just use the wella, try as I am, & protein. I’m looking to thicken my hair & edges as well so I’ll check all the links ❤️. & I honestly think we should keep cutting our own hair…because time after time we go in saying one thing on what we want done & our hair is hacked off. You dusted your hair properly…The stylist I went to took off 2 inches of hair ( I vetted her & she lied about bout not knowing how to dust)…It was hard for me to have my hair done because the requirement was 4 for most stylists ♀️ 4 inches. I was so devastated really depressed because I told her I needed the length because I don’t know how to do my hair when it’s really short I am unable to grab it.
