#LoosenTightBraids

Hey guys, looking back to my channel since Tierra here for all of my new subscribers, welcome it for all my old subscribers welcome banks here and gang okay. So you clicked on this video because you just got your hair done like last night or today and your scalp is on fire. You don't know what to do. It'S killing. You y'all. I swear. I just felt like that. Probably about five days ago, I've had these braids for yeah, but six days right a week now, oh yeah, literally a week, I got them done last Thursday, so yeah I've had these braids in for seven days now, and on that first night, like all Thursday, I Was wearing a fight like I was ready to fight it's okay, I'm gon na give you guys some tips on how to get rid of that sore tight itchy, just oh, my god, my neck hurt my edges hurt. I can't lay down. What'S it girls to do. I'M gon na try to help you guys get rid of that feeling. Now, of course, it won't completely go away automatically, no matter what you do not just gon na go away overnight. Obviously they are super tight to your scalp, so they have to loosen up before you just can't feel them anymore. It'S been seven days and I can still kind of sort of feel mine. If I don't lay kind of the way the braid is going, I can feel it like. Rotating doesn't hurt, but it's kind of uncomfortable. This is not let's go overnight. Oh my god, you don't hurt no more. It'S gon na stop. No, it still hurts no matter. What vicious kind of eases the pain a little bit until you do get to that seven eight day mark, if you guys would like to see how I kind of get rid of some of that tightness. Some of that pain and my brace then just keep on watching this video okay, so I have a couple of different things that you can try. I pretty much did all of them just because I couldn't take it no more like I was just trying stuff and then, when I was done, I realized like okay, I can kind of sleep on this side like this without moving. Here are some of the things that I did. Obviously, the very first thing that you do want to do is take some type of medication, if you can, if you're underage at your family first, if you can go ahead and take it, but something like aspirin, tylenol, advil, ibuprofen, anything that you pretty much take for A pain headache whenever you have any type of migraines or headache pains just take the medicine. It doesn't change the fact that you're here so tight, like it's still gon na, be tight, nothing changed all it does. Is it triggers your pain, sensors in your brain and it kind of numbs them the drugs and the pills numb them? So you don't feel the pain as much it's pretty much all it does. So that's one of the first things you want to do and it does take a little bit of time for that. So just like hit you so take a couple of painkillers and just like suck it out number two you're going to want to make sure your scalp is oil. This is going to stop some of that. It is also it does kind of loosen up the hair. A little bit so you just want to take any type of oil and I'll go ahead and take down my hair for you guys this I can now. I know you wishing like. Oh, my god, I wish I can do that so you're gon na want to take a or any type of oil. I use this healing oil that has vitamin E in it. I use this on my entire scalp. Now I don't want my hair to be too oily, so what I do is I pour a little bit on my fingers. I'M not gon na. Do it right now, because I've already done it sit for today and then you rub your fingers together and you pretty much just gently give yourself like a little mini hand massage with the oil you want to just go in to where it hurts the most, and I just kind of like it. It still feels so good right now. My brakes aren't even like crazy sore, but this are really kind of loosen it up it. Just it kind of just messes, with your sensors and your nerves in your head. It just kind of relieves the pain makes it feel a little bit better and you want to do that with oil. That'S gon na also help you can definitely do it without or if you don't have oil, but you want to do the massage with some type of oil and also, if you warm the oil up, it makes it feel even better. So if that doesn't work, either you're going to want to get a cloth, I like to get a small moon just because you don't want your hair to be drenched now. This was really hard for me, but it works. I just put some water a bowl of hot water in the microwave, and I let it cook for about our boil for about three minutes. And then I took this rag or any write that you have and you put it into the water. It'S kind of hard because you do have to wring it out before putting it on your head and your hands are gon na, be crazy, hot. So just kind of do it as much as you can withstand the pain once you're at your rag is wet. It'S gon na have steam coming from it and you literally just want to lay it on top of your head. Just like this, the steam is going to loosen up the strands in your hair, and it makes it feel so much better. Another thing that I did also because I wanted my right to be crazy hot. I boiled some water and then I realized that the steam is coming up from the boiled water. So I literally just like, took my hair down and put my head, like my scalp on top of the boiling water, so that I'm making sure it's hitting it and it felt so good like. I can almost remember how I felt, and it's just really loosen up. My scalp, I tried to do it over my entire head and it made it feel ten times better. I truly think that that was the main thing that made my hair feel better. Take a comb any type of comb that has one of these little thingies and what you're gon na do is, and I actually seen someone else do this, so I had tried it and it does kind of work, but you want to make sure you're not actually Messing up your hair missing up the part you just kind of like take the comb and stick it through, not even all the way through. If you can't, but just kind of like play with it and loosen up the ball, a little bit, then kind of get some of your hair to go ahead and start falling out up to the extension and be looser on your scalp rotating the braids. This still feels super good, just rotating the braids, because they're already a certain way and the reason why they hurt when you try to do this or do that, is because you're pulling it away from the way they're supposed to go. So I literally just took like some hair like this. It still hurts a little bit guys. I swear. I took some hair like this and I did it over my entire head. I pushed it down and then I just kind of like a rotated, the braids. This literally make sure it feels so good, because you're kind of like you're kind of pulling your hair strands out of the nuts slowly but surely and you're kind of also letting your hair know that you can also go this way. Well, yeah. You could definitely try doing that, and I literally just did that with my entire head. Just pick it up and just like rotate it. It feels so freakin good and when I just do it back and forth forward up and down, and you guys should be fine. After doing all of that, and then lastly just put your scarf on and try to get some sleep cuz, I promise you, it will go away. You just kind of got to not think about it and it'll go away. So definitely try some of those tips. I feel for you girl, I know it hurts if none of these work and you still hurt within the next week, you need to go back to see within the next three to four days. Your hair should definitely start feeling a little bit looser by the week itself. You should be able to kind of just like style it and wear it in ponytails. I, however, you really want to wear it. I think I so that is pretty much it for this video. There isn't too much that you can do without definitely messing up your style. I see a lot of girls wet their actual hair or spray it with water and conditioner. I ain't doing it because I want my hair to still stay fresh and look like brand new, and I just feel like getting my hair wet. Would just poof up my natural hair and kind of just make me lose my boxes in my parts. Now I'm willing to risk that so I did not try it doing the water thing. If you want to try doing the water thing, do the or anything I'm just not gon na, advise you to do it because I am do it. That'S pretty much it for this video. Thank you guys so much for watching. I do hope it was helpful and I do apologize for the soreness hopefully does go away soon. Give this video a big thumbs up if it was any type of help for you today.
