But I've had some worse bloopers in my time than that. I'M telling you if someone ever finds that blooper reel I'm gone. Hey guys welcome back to another episode of hear tube and I'm here to that's Chloe I've known for a long time but died you guys. Don'T so maybe Chloe could tell us, are where you're from and how you know me and how you ended up sitting in this chair for Chloe has had many haircuts over the years. We'Ve done really pixie short we've had a long. This is the longest. I'Ve actually seen it for a while, but one thing we've always done folk has been something that an element in the hair that's always suited or is a fringe fringe or bangs. So I've been given a very specific brief today, as comen shinned. She is a half French Alps train, so she wants to do a really classic French look, which is a strong bulb right on my jaw, and a nice big heavy friend, sir, might seem simple in our theory, but to do it well and execute it nicely. It'S not so easy, so he's looking yeah, so I'm gon na get over there, and now I get her hair shampooed and get it all prepped and we're gon na come back here, we're gon na start. I would die for a kiss a few. I wanna be a part of your little collector. It doesn't matter what I am to you. I don't care. If you don't really love me, I don't care. I wan na give myself to you. I don't care as you wan na control me, I don't care cuz. I believe I love you, while a large wall, where the hair for these haircuts we're going to start in the back, you see well you'll, be away from the mirror temporarily yep more than half Chloe, definitely more than half poke chin down just a little bit. Thank you, so I'm just you guys can see back here, I'm actually removing some of the length just freehand first, because what I find is when the hair is long and you're going quite short, like this and you're maintaining a like a baseline. We don't want to have the hair jumping up when it's too much so by removing a little bit of that length first and then cutting it accurately. We make sure that doesn't happen. I am to you, I don't care. If you don't love me, I don't care. I wan na give myself to you. I don't care if you wan na control me, I don't care in your heart of hearts. Oh the tension, I would die for a kiss of you like it doesn't matter what I am to you. I don't care the shooter. Give myself to you as you are you all in your heart of hearts? You always make those last adjustments at the end when it's work, we just want to get 80 % of the way there and make sure we've got a great foundation. All right now, move on to the sides be careful again not to stretch too far over the year pull the hair out. Once we have the hair come down. I always like to just push back a little bit and then again we can check that and it's dry swinging around the other way, not dizzy yet yeah. I just did a little spin around because I want to actually see obviously we're not facing the mirror. So I wanted to see Chloe from the front. I just want to make this adjustment I'm just being very cautious, because I know the hairs gon na spring up quite a lot over the ear and in that crown, when it's dry. So it's better to make little adjustments and change the length and try and get it right on the right length when it's wet and then it springs up and all of a sudden you've got a baseline, which is not really heavy and full. It'S got holes in it and then you need to make it a bit shorter and that sometimes is not what you're looking for. So I always proceed with caution when I'm doing short bobs around the ears, because so often you see like holes and I've done it myself when you get a little bit tired, you're, not concentrating it's a very easy mistake to make sir, why not to do it? Often another four wall - it's, let's hope what I'm doing in this video huh. That could be awkward. Alright, we'll check those ins again when it's dry, you not bad, definitely um better for your face show. Did you do nothing? So, let's spin you around now I'm going to tighten this up, so we don't get cut hair down there and we're gon na have to. Basically I go back now and I'm going to almost recut the entire shape. I'M gon na pull those hairs into the back of the seeker. It'D be so careful when now you're working over the ears when you're doing Bob, because you can pick it up like this, and it looks like it's long here and then when you sit it back down there because there has to travel, it's actually um. You know perfect length so sometimes when you're cutting with while working with them dry, hair can get a little bit static. So don't be scared to give it a little mist just to settle it back down. You can see. I'M just gon na take the speed out here and we're done so if you were to stretch it like that, it looks like there's a hole there right. You also got to remember this is going to be a natural fall, and that means natural Falls not pulled forward. It'S not pulled back it's straight down over the ear. You need to make sure that you know if there's an earring or something it's not caught on that got a double check. It'S close your eyes from don't come out to any water book. Perfect! That'S there's a little bit here! You can see if you look there. This is where I've been little bit cautious and and over directed it or maybe haven't stretched it or being more sort of cautious. With my tension, they're Eddie's there, if I would it cut it, I've stretched it. But when I leave it, you can see it. There'S a little bit behind either on in front of the ear it's good just head to the side, slightly yep. Thank you. Why was telling me that she um cut around friends? I know if you can tell. I don't want to know all right. Let'S um some things we just keep to ourselves: huh now we're gon na move on to the fringe. Why it's Chloe doing this, so we can put on one of these. This is gon na look after not only stop here from getting her eyes, but actually has a very practical function, and that is to make sure that we can cut you can let go now gorgeous. We can cut it onto her face without having to worry about eyebrows, because with these particularly haircut, we're gon na go quite close to eyebrows, it's going to be just above our eyebrows. So if you're doing with your scissors, sometimes you can actually cut alive right here, which I don't do that I'm not a beer therapist. So you leave that to the experts. So this is really good. Not only does not get stops of clients from getting here in their eyes, but it's also makes it really accurate and easy easy to cut it. The fridge, accurate you can use clippers. You can run Cesar along this, so I'm gon na spin clay around in the place now we'll get into the French. So you see I've sectioned out, Chloe screens they're just give it a little mist and again with fringes. We know that when they dry they can shrink so we're going to make sure that we give ourselves a little bit of leeway so that when it dries, we've got room to make adjustment. I'M actually going to make this fringe not rounded, on the sides actually going to be cut into there, because we want to make it square so I'll. Show you how I do that cuz. Normally, what we do is we don't omit all so I'm gon na start with my rectangle just checking the length. Let'S say we want to do it just above the eyebrows well on just on or just above we just want to. We want to be able to see eyebrows, but I'm bringing the other side in again we're just working in a rectangle and um. I am graduating the hair slightly, so I am holding it off the face a little, so you can see I'm actually resting on this fringe guard, which makes it really easy to get that crispy and sharp. Like you need it, you can use a pair of clippers. I have use clippers right on the bank before and that seems to work quite well just make sure that you don't sleep using Clippers as they can be pretty brutal. They can make a difference I'll slowly, take this off. So we don't do much be careful when you take them off, because it can be a little bit. Uncomfortable they've been on there for a while they're designed to sort of stay on, but not sort of get stuck their life like. What would you call it? Duct tape and right just so, we can see eyebrow, it's perfect, they remember. Chloe is also not going to dry this exactly the same, each time she's going to let it dry naturally. So we want to make sure that we can. You know not have to worry about straightening a perfect all the time sort of dry. Naturally, so I'm going to get nice close your eyes for me, it's how any tiny little bit of texture not too much, but we want this to look a little broken up. We don't want it to be too perfect a little bit of movement in the fringes, something that actually, I think, looks really cool, not that strong fringes don't look cool, but we want this to look slightly, ripped and torn. But the reasons I mentioned, because if Chloe just tries it with some air and using her fingers, it'll move around little bit see just get that separation in there. It'S just that cool little bit of almost like a little bit gapi a little bit separated and see me releasing hair as we're doing that. And then we like to leave the top untouched same on the side same on this side, because we don't want to actually texturizer top. We want the top to remain sort of heavy, but you can see now under here it's starting to actually make it a little bit choppy, which is sort of cool who says all end stuff guys can grab these on my um website. People ask all the time. Every day, Adam, what Caesars do you use? Well, you can go onto my website, Adam cha-cha, con forward, slash store or shot brother and all the like go to Caesars that I use it there. I don't use that many period Caesars actually Aaron behind the camera was asking me today. I use these. I use a six-inch pair of straight blades and I use a texturising scissor, which is obviously the fine toothed one very rarely do I use that. Texturizing is not something I do a lot of in terms of thinning. I guess, if I'm gon na texturize here the only time that I'll use the thinning scissors, where it's actually too short for me to be able to hold it and then I'll actually use those scissors. If I have to this is really about a feeling to this. No, no sort of method you can follow. No, that's not something I would normally do but meets a feeling and the way that the hair looks. You could start to see it's sort of looking a little bit less perfect on the ends, but we still want it to be heavy. So this is when sometimes using a scissor like the crock and texturizing. Underneath is really good because you don't disturb the hair on the top, but there's one final little trick that I show you at the end, which make sure we don't have any hair. That'S long over overhanging each side we use a straight blade again. Let'S get er gon na put this down and get you to dip you your head for a little bit. No, no, that's C back up chin down, so I go and push all this forward and then we just want to pick up the hair. That'S in the middle and then if I spin Chloe around you'll, see a little bit of hair in the back, which is like we almost do a shoot. A horseshoe section just to incorporate in to the hair we've got on the top and then through each side. Stop again for each of these sides we're just gon na zigzag all the way through and then on this side too, and these diffusers are top hair back this way, yep and I like to cut away from the head so right into my hand, we just very Gently take this point out and I'm going to texturize this top, because sometimes what can happen is we could end up with little hairs that are overhanging in places. So this is a great way to prevent that without actually traditional airing here I'll tell you what was a quickie but a goodie. You look amazing. It'S a blast. You off get that hair off your face, then we'll come back and do the reveal and we're done just like that, Eckles that yeah it's good for you. I think I, like I like these two so yeah thing I like about cutting the fringe into the corners. Like that that, actually you get this where it pulls up your face, that looks pretty cool a little bit edgier. I'M not do you gon na we're behind you ease much, but when you pull a back off your face, it does help hold the hair away from your face a little bit rather than it falling on and really hiding you in but start spinning around. So you can see the back pirouette nice Bob back. The other way done the things that were a little bit challenging, as I just slide to the side. There was that crown in the top. I'M glad that I was careful there, because at the end, when I combed it back down it um, it really sprung up like when the hair was dry. So something to be mindful of is, though, although in theory of any principle doing a haircut like this could be. You know I consider to be quite basic in many aspects. It'S a when you have elements like that crowns that are in here. It'S really easy one to stuff up nothing worse than having a beautiful one, wink bobbing in at the very back. You got a hole there. So um you do yeah, that's right, so it's Knesset's never as easy as it seems so um. But one thing is for certain: you look great yep yeah, you can check Chloe out online, I'm gon na put her or I guess, Instagram and Facebook in all or other sort of what uh handles IDs in a description and now you go and check out some Of the wrong, but movie subs great, actually I've seen some of myself. Beez knez: Absolute artistry Adam you are so darn good Brilliant She Shines with this cut gives her this innocence yet with a lil spirit of sprite in her eyes gorgeous ✨

Road Runner: Nice to see a proper stylist do a nice simple bob properly . This is a well trained stylist who knows what he’s doing. Great job

Dawn Griffiths: Classic and timeless! I'm not a hairstylist, but loved watching this x

Jody Lancaster: My guess is...any hairstylist can cut a "bob" But only the truly talented artists know how to make it work for your head, face and features.

Patricia Harmanci: Again, another great tutorial! Although a basic bob, Adam uses his exceptional skill to ensure the hair stays in place and holds its shape. Bravo! Love it.

Jennifer Rinaldi: So cute! I get my hair done next week now that our salons in my state in the US have opened. This is exactly what I was hoping to get done. Thank you Adam!

debra dennis: You are Awesome! I've been a beautician for a well over 30 years and for whatever reason this type of haircut has been incredibly challenging for me to have it late evenly.Thank you for breaking it down and showing it step by step. Stay healthy!

Tammy Mcpherson: Thank you so much for getting the left side after the spin, bc the original design line was longer on the left side. I’m not nit picking, but it just drives me nuts when a cut is asymmetrical, and it wasn’t intentional. It’s like seeing a rogue thread, and not being able to just reach out and grab it!! LOL. I’ve noticed that you do a rough draft of the cut, and then you go back in to refine the cut afterwards , which is great! So many stylists will do a cut, style it, and out the door you go, unless the client points something out. The refining stage is a must due to how the hair changes shape as it dries, and you just can’t predict that, so that’s why it’s so important. I guess that is why you are so popular, and I can definitely Italy appreciate your techniques, and talent. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that you are easy on the eyes! enjoy watching your channel, so thanks for sharing with us!! God bless, and keep you and your family safe and well!!

Andrea Lordelo: Adam, that last step is phenomenal. Here in Toronto I had to get a dry hair cut a week ago. No blow drying I believe at any salon. What a beautiful cut.

smoo thy: Fantastic teacher for any apprentice or stylist to learn from, very articulate with his knowledge and deliberate in his movements, I could see this from his execution in combing her hair from the start. No Dribble just a couple sentences and straight into the cut with a very professional outcome for a pretty lady. Thanks for the upload Adam.

Lina Radatti: Hi Adam Thanks for making all these videos. I’m not a hairdresser but I love knowing about hair looks -especially bobs! You are awesome

kimmy0868: Beautiful, you make it look effortless. The Bob is my worst cut, I honestly think my fingers are crooked. Some of your tips have helped but I still struggle, the left is ALWAYS longer, and I’ve been at this for 28yrs. What would help is a chair, there’s nothing like looking at a cut while it’s level with your eyes.

Harold Smith: nice cut and enjoyed how you worked the bangs into it, very cool, also breaking up the top section at end was exactly what i would have done also, very cool thanks explaining and shooting the video-stay safe KTF

Joy1977: Beautiful cut.The bob never gets old. What i`d give for a cut like that now..(covid hair is real!)

Gillian M: Very chic and flattering, perfect ! Can take a while to adjust to new hair length but I think this works really well with face shape ‍♀️

paulabevan: I remember cutting hair like that we called it at the time freehand cutting , just for Bobs with no graduation at the bottom , I taught by people in the early 1980 by people that’s worked for Vidal sasoon in London , then may be put a long layer in to it, that’s a great haircut

Connie C: Adam has amazing skills! Great work!

Brenda Kirk: Sure wish I could find a stylist that could tell me exactly what cut would look perfect on me and be able to make it happen. I hate my hair.

K Harrell: I imagine he's expensive, but well worth it. Fantastic cut a true artist.

Arts And Entertainment: Beautiful and accurate. It suits her fantastically well. She looks gorgeous. Bobs never go out of fashion and there’s always a Bob for any face shape and hair texture. Amazing job. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Kind regards from the UK

Saleena Son: I’m sorry if this comes across as rude or being unappreciative of your work - this is a great cut. I was wondering why you chose not to wear masks in the salon?

Rubens Van Swieten: I love this, I did it for our daughter. But she likes it longer. She has the same thick hair.

Maria Griffin: So beautiful and you cut hair so wonderfully and shes adorable thank you Adam I love watching you work your magic. Hugs Maria

Rachelle Kebaili: So chic! I absolutely love it!

Sinister Beans: I've got this same haircut and it's the most miserable style I've ever had. I feel like the Child catcher from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I've been growing it for 5 months and it's not budged from jaw length. It makes me feel like an old woman that asks the nursing home hairdresser to give me a cut like Daddy did and with a plastic tortoise shell hair slide. Horrible. Never ever again.

Dracula Dracula: Love those shears Adam! What are they?

Amber Gaitan: So informative! Thanks!

Joy1977: Ok ,.so i bit the bullet this week ,found a hair salon open ,and a "hairdresser" willing to do my hair. Now i had to come back and rewatch this video ,because i remember my husband always started a bob from the back...Sooo..When the guy started chopping it all the way round to one length i KNEW this would end badly! Fortunately i didn`t take him up on his offer to "graduate" my hair ,so it`s still longer than Chloe`s final cut ,and if i can find a good hairdresser ,possibly be corrected."Sigh" ,i was really hoping to leave a comment saying i too had the "perfect cut"...:(

Virginia Conway: Hair looks great I liked the hair behind her ears, she has a pretty face and it shows it off..

Katie M: Gorgeous cut!

sonia regina da silva: Qual marca de tesoura você usou?

Eileen Chmielewski: Beautiful haircut, beautiful girl!!

Vegas Zen: The haircut was stunning . . . but it made her look 20 lbs. heavier; her already full cheeks got more emphasized. I could sense she was trying to smile away the onslaught of tears. She ended up channeling Carnie Wilson circa early '90s.

Helen Ryan: Wow, that's a great cut.

Terri Werning: Absolutely adorable!!!!

Osnat Gerzon: Wow!! Amazing! Gorgeous!

Kaye Carter Mature Woman Daily Dose: Beautiful and fun cut.
