I hope you enjoy this short video on how to create a loc knot bob. There is a step by step text description on how to accomplish this look midway through the video. Stay safe during these difficult times my loves, things will get better.
All right, i'm here from orlando florida, checking in with you uh this is day i don't know, maybe two or day one of having to not work and a lot of you don't know. But i am a lactation, that's what i do for work. So i'm going to be doing my own hair today, um, i have two strand twists already in i've. Had them in for a little while now - and i am going to do - make this side look like this side, so we're going to have a little lock, not bob thing going on sun's kind of bright, so my eyes are going to keep watering guys, maybe all Through the video all right so step by step, i'm going to start with the front of my hair. Just so you guys can get a better view of what's going on now. A lot of my locks aren't the same length, so you're going to see where, like some of my ends, are going to be longer than others um, just because it's layered and it falls all crazy like so, let's go ahead and get started so we're going to Take a two-string twist very simple, you're, going to find where you want it to fall. I i'm going to say right here, so i don't want to fall, so i'm going to bend it here, i'm going to hold it and i am going to wrap the lock around itself until i come back to this little hole, kind of like when you're using Uh pipe cleaners to curl your hair and you just stick it through same thing here, but you're using your own hair, pull it down, tighten it and that's your knot. This one goes on this side. I'M gon na put this here. Let'S take another one, this one's longer. At the end, i did not uh wrap the ends like i do with uh two strand twists. When i do my clients, you know and make it look more uniform, because then i won't be able to just stick the end through the loop. So again, i'm gon na find where i want it wrap it up, wrap it back around. I'M gon na hide where that one's sticking out, because it's shorter, i'm gon na tuck it through the hole and pull it down. Tighten the knot. Here'S another one, this one's longer, i'm gon na, find where i want it to hang, i'm going to wrap it up, wrap it back around itself, so wrap it up. It'S a little bit long wrap it here, hold it here and start wrapping back around. I'M gon na tuck the end through here, pull down secure the knot a little bit closer, get it here, gon na bend, it wrap it back around itself around itself again. Stick it in pull it down secure my knot, didn't get it in there wrap it. Stick it through the hole and pull it through a little bit and then i'm going to secure my knot. There we go secured, so i'm going to go ahead and do the rest of it. Oh full disclaimer. This was my first time doing this style on myself. Only my second time doing it total. Chrishel Tannis: Easiest thing ever .. I’ve seen some tutorials with rubber bands which is another method yes but think about taking out the rubber bands for the two strand twist and for this too!
