Hair Cut Flowy Layered Bob

Hi friends, it's dyral welcome back to my channel. If you are new here welcome, so my client has been wanting to cut a nice amount of hair off for a while um she has been putting it off and today she decided to come in and just get it done. So, as you can see here we're discussing how long she wants the bob to be um, she showed me a picture that has been going around in pinterest and instagram of above. That has some light layers in the back and a little bit of a stronger, shorter layer in the front. It does have a lot of movement. So the first thing that i'm going to do is set the length that she wanted um and then i'm just going to follow through bringing hair down and cutting it to that length. So when i got to the sides of her hair in the picture, it's kind of looked as if the front of the hair was a little bit longer than the back. So that's what i started to do. Um make the front a little bit longer and then i asked her if that's what she wanted and she said no, she wanted it straight. So then you see me cutting the bob straight on the side and after i got to i'll, say about this point. Then she says you know what you can leave it a little longer on this on the sides and i'm like uh. I already cut it, but we left the other side um longer and it kind of looks cute to have that asymmetrical bob. So the other side is a little bit longer, which is nice because that's also the side that has the shorter layers. So then, here i'm just going in and giving her long layers because, like i said, we didn't want to have um a whole lot of layering back there just a little bit to give it movement and to show a little bit of texture in the hair. So what i'm going to do is point cut the layers into her hair so that it doesn't show as blunt layers. So if you point cut it kind of blends in as you can see when the hair falls back in with the rest it sort of just blends in, but it gives you a nice effect when you actually style it by um feathering or curling it. You see me trying to show a better view. I i'm trying i was trying to get make sure i got the um point cutting in the camera, but this day i happen to be filming on my phone, which i can't work as well as i can. My camera, but yes, i'm point cutting the rest of the hair and i'm going um in a little bit and then i go in some more just because my model always is you can always go in and remove hair, but you can't put it back if you Take it off so i play around with it and make sure that the length that i want um is there okay friends, so, as you can see, i did go in and just feather her hair so that it can have some movement, and this is the finished. Look that we got, i did add, some shine: spray, um and yeah. This is the look. She was so happy. She finally cut it um. I think it looks so nice on her her body. akiyoshidai1231: I dont like bobs but your technique made it divine. Blunt + 45 degree + some dusting at 90 looks a-ma-zing on any length. Personally I dont like 90 and 135 degree on such short haircuts. Hair grows badly and weak.
